Bought a mouse online, but it didn't arrive after 2 weeks. The order was canceled, and the online customer service representative told me to get it in-store. However, when I went to the store the next day, the price had returned to the original amount.

I asked the first cashier (a woman) who was impatient and a bit rude. Luckily, the second staff, Mark, was very helpful. He adjusted the price to match the online one and went the extra mile to help me find the battery. I really appreciate him, and he turned around the whole experience after the online purchase didn't arrive by Christmas, causing frustration. Thank you, Mark! You're the reason i gave 5-star to this store.

Great location and customer service. Special shout-out to associates Mark and Pranav who helped me with my (2) black ink cartridge purchases when it looked like the dual ink pack I was seeking was nowhere to be found. The end result purchase deal was even better than what I came in for!

I came to the store to ship out an item as return for Purolator. The store is EMPTY of customers and more importantly associates. I asked one employee at cash where is the shipping he pointed to the left. I walked in to find no one to help. Waited at counter for 5 Min to run into that same person at Cash again. I asked "will you help me? " he said I have to wait for the girl working that counter. She finally made it back to let me know that all system in Staples are down and they can't scan items in for shipping (not her fault). I will never walk in there again or ship with Purolator for that matter. Canada Post in any Shoppers Drug Mart is more dependable.

Annoying checkout girl (brown) was kept recommending a $9.90 replacement plan, she kept saying that when I said no needed for twice, rude service in the end. (09/01 ‘15: 23pm) sb

Im giving a 1 star totally based of their printing services. If I could give a negative star I would. I came to staple to print 6 items, just for an important document (huge deadline btw). I was told I had to use the computer and login to do so. She told me it’s 30 cents per minute. I told her I needed to just print 2 pages but 2 extra copy’s. So I was like weird, you don’t have a Bluetooth way or something? Long story short I had to load money on the computer before using, the lady told me $5. So I did just that. I login, and it takes forever to load each page and I’m paying 30 cents per minute.get ready to print and then it tells me I don’t have enough money loaded to print?

The lady now tells me I have to log off and reload the card again! I ended up spending almost 23.00! For 6 sheets of 8x10 paper. They charge $1.00 a sheet!
Why would staple charge people so much when you can use a library for free and print for like 10 cents a sheet.
This is actually robbery.

Worst experience with a return ever. Bought merchandise 2 days earlier. Wanted an exchange. Workers were nice but the guy who claimed to be the manager was an a$$.

Was at the copy center twice recently. There were only 2 staff both times. One staff was fully busy with admin work both times, meaning there is only 1 staff available for customers with questions.

Poor poor poor! Received a promotion email from staples for additional 25% off on clearance items. A store staff found a laptop sleeve from back and clearly stated it was on clearance. However, the casher refused to enter the promotion code by repeatedly claiming the promotion only applied on furniture, even after reading the email which states "clearance furniture, and office and cleaning supplies". After I pointed it out, she changed her tone by claiming "I don't think it is a clearance item". How can a casher know whether an item is not on clearance before scanning the UPC? After lengthy debate, she finally entered the code, but very reluctantly. The promotion was applied with any issue.

I finally got the discount which I believe I was entitled to, but was very unhappy. Is it what the store managers want - yes we can sell you something on promotion eventually, but we will make you upset at the same time?

I have been here a few times usually to ship stuff out or to print pictures. All of my experiences I have been helped by Dimitri. He has great customer service and really cares to help customers. I appreciate his efforts on coming up with a solution to last minute printing of pictures.

I use the printer that black and white printin is $0.48 per single page and I printed 13 pages it charges me $15. I will never go back

Been going to this location for my printing needs in the past couple of months, good experience so far. Staff are friendly and the place looks tidy and clean all the time.

Staples is a chain of office supply stores that provides a wide range of products such as office supplies, furniture, technology, and business services. They are a one-stop-shop for office needs and a popular destination for both personal and business customers.

I regularly visitethe Staples location in Markham and overall, it is a good experience. The store is clean and well-stocked with a wide range of products. The location is also conveniently located with plenty of free parking. However, my only complaint is that on multiple occasions, it has been difficult to find an employee to help with an item that is under lock and key. The employees seemed uninterested and unwilling to assist. Despite this, if you can find someone to help, this is a great location with a variety of office supplies.

Unfriendly staff at printing department after spending 3 dollars on printing Amazon return label they all printed too large, nobody tried to help or knew what they are talking about. Dissatisfaction and disappointment.
