Both arms of our Kendros Task chair (purchased 2016) have worn through and we needed assistance and direction as to what our options were. As it turns out, with the aid of staff including Liam at the Kingston Store, and besides an understanding reception and sympathetic ear, we were provided a contact phone number to call customer support. We followed up with Kirsten at customer support, who promptly offered full support for their product and customer (us). What a pleasant way to do business. Thanks to all.

The customer care services are not worth. This company could save money by putting some mannequin instead of giving salary to the customer care associates.

Manager spent an hour helping setting up a computer for my friend and showing her how to use it! Went well above and beyond and was so pleasant and patient. I will be going back to get my office supplies from there from now on thanks to his amazing customer service and encourage you to do the same
