1 person assisting 10 people in printing. This place is a mess. Better to pay extra somewhere else for printing because they gonna waste your hour just to get a print out.

Very unprofessional approach for pickup was put on wait for at least 5: 00 minutes and no body took a courtesy to revert back on call, then walked in the store and the approach of executive were very unprofessional saying you could have cut the call, very unprofessional would sure not try to order something online from the store really very unprofessional approach of the executive

There is huge variety of items, everything is perfect but the employees working there are really rude. There is a lady working name Varinder. She treats costumer like hell. No sense of talking, she just know how to blame their customers instead of accepting her mistake.

Very poor customer service. Disgusting environment I never seen before. Actually I went today for some printouts I have a problem in screen while doing the process. I call staff member for help she doesn’t guide me. If you are tired from your job then just sit at home please don’t spoil people’s day and mood.

The lady with black shirt in afternoon shift in printing section is very rude we gave engineering prints to get prints of that they called us in evening we requested and said that can we pls get this till 2 and they said ok and afterwards when we came at 2: 30 they said it will take 20 minute and again when we came back they start yelling at us that we said we will give them till 3 we said u that it will be ready till 3 we said ok after that till 3: 30 its still not ready and we need that prints its very urgent rather than apology they are still in the attitude and talking in veru rude manner

Experience was so bad not a single staff comes for help I call them 10-15 times nobody comes and i even pay more because they were not listening and my time goes. The lady on front dest with specs ignore 5 times.they need to change the staff and place more pC or printers there.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I don’t know why staples hire them if they are not willing to help customers. Girls working in shipping services have very bad attitude.

Jasmeen saved our years old book and gave it a second life. She was very detail oriented and calm. She did her due diligence in serving us.
