Staples

Ordered some picture mugs for x Mas, they came with noticeable scratches on the pictures, but the employee was quick to restart the order. My main complaint comes from an older employee who came to me with an attitude. "Ya folk, plan on buying something!? " Truly rude, especially since my wife and I were, in fact, waiting on another employee to finish checking some other stuff for us.

The young man that helped me start a small business account. Also helped me with my business cards was on the ball. He found a 20.00 voucher so my first set was only 14.99. I'll be sure to shop there from now on.

Staples Brockville is a nice clean store. Everything is very easy to find and the workers are very helpful. Almost too helpful. It almost makes it seem like they don't trust you when you enter the store. They are right there, asking if you need help which is great when you do need help but when you are just browsing it is a little of putting how they seem to stay on you. Also, and I have this complaint with many stores, they only seem to have Samsung and iPhone accessories, nothing for other phones such as my google or any other. Besides those 2 very small details this store has friendly, knowledgeable workers who are eager to help you, the store is always spotless, and everything is well placed and easy to find. They offer photo copying, printing, and faxing. This is great as it is very well priced to use, and the staff are always able to help you with all of it. Great store, just sometimes staff are a little overbearing.

Very friendly and helpful service. I purchased my laptop here and they were very knowledgeable regarding my wants and needs (about the laptop, of course). I will definitely shop here again and again.

Staples is an excellent store. I haven't used the copy center in years but recently used it and it was an excellent service.

Yesterday I had to drop off a package at the Staples Brockville Purolator desk. ‘Jakob’ accepted my package and presented me with a $5 coupon to use in store. I went to browse the cell phone section and Jakob came over to assist. He went through several models explaining individual features, costs etc. He was tremendously knowledgeable and courteous. He alerted me to the current sale prices. I learned a lot about the cell phones I was interested in and had a very positive experience at Staples due to Jakob’s expertise and his customer-friendly approach. Bought a laptop. Immediately had issues with the USB port; store refused to do anything about it. Lost a customer for life.

Had good service polite lady served me I ask her were can I get 67xl ink color and black for my hp printer she directed me to the right product thank you

Purchased over $ 200 for ink cartridges over the last 2 months. Defective? Poor customer service - cheated on returns. No longer shop there!

Went for passport photos. The staff was great we actually laughed about the photos and the process. Staff were great.
