They don’t answer the phone. You go there and the staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful while they blatantly ignore you. Go to Walmart instead and save yourself the trouble and loss of self respect by going here to be treated like dirt.
I have visited today. I asked for any deals going on. The employee here just hand over me paper. He was busy in gossiping. Not a good customer service. I have visited this location before. Employees were corporative. But this time I am disappointed.
Bad customer service at this location, long waiting time, never enough employees working at the faxing/printing centre. Wasted half an hour just waiting in a lineup
I had last minute printing that I desperately needed for my business - I needed it by the end of the day. C. J welcomed me with a warm and big smile (even though she was very busy). At the time she was the only person behind the counter in the print shop - I am assuming her co-worker was on a much needed break. Even with a large line of customer she assisted me and walked me through a few steps while multitasking with other customers. She was able to complete my order while I was there. I am beyond grateful for her professionalism and being so warm and welcoming during as busy (and probably stressful) period during her shift. Thank you C. J. Warmly, Sharon
I called to inquire about the stock level of a lunch bag that was on clearance and was very satisfied with the help I received. The staff member who assisted me (I believe her name was Monique) not only went and physically checked to make sure the item was indeed in stock, but they also put one aside at the cash for me. Thank you for the great service.
They lock their doors 5 minutes before close time. Don't waste you time going. You just never know when they will close 30 mins prior to the stated time. Staff obviously didn't care about the customer experience but seems like he just wanted to get out of there. September 27th 2023.
It's impossible to order businesses cards. Web site always freezes when you attempt to publish your business cards. Tried 5 times on 3 desperate devices. Vista Print here we come
Horrible machines (scan-fax) After attempting to scan a 2 page document unsuccessfully an employee tried on two other machines also unsuccessful but finally was able to scan documents then left me to put in the fax # and send. I waited twenty minutes for page one to send, machine said please wait. Asked same employee about delay of sending she replied it takes awhile. An hour went by nothing changed. I've never sent a fax before but thought it was impossible to take so long. I enquired again, employee offered to restart machine so I could attempt again. All this time spent waiting and no employee questioned why I was waiting so long. Left store and went to corner store where my documents were sent in 5 minutes. Never again will I go to a Staples store again. One Star because it won't post otherwise
Ordered 300 4x6 pictures. Picked them up and they were such poor quality. Pictures were very dark and grainy. Do not order from them. I received a refund for my 300 pictures.
I have worst experienced with this location at Niagara falls. I bought a monitor from there spend 350 dollars but with in 24 hours I returned it buz i didn’t like the product. However, they didn’t take it back buz when they unopened it screens has sort of bubble or scratcher in there. I told the manager it was not there when i open it and pack it again so I don’t know how it happened im sorry. She said I can’t take this back. She didn’t take any effort to solve the problem keep saying I can’t take it back. I was expecting at least half refund but no nothing was offer to me over 300 dollars. Never happened to me that i can return product less than 24 hours. Worst experience of my life: (. I would probably give 0 star.
During the worst of the pandemic I spoke to the manager about their sloppy mask wearing. Now I am stalked by staff the minute I walk in. I will continue to submit these reviews as long as this continues to occur.
I’ve made several attempts to order business cards online and their web sight keeps crashing. I’ve even visited the store 3 times they asked me to go home and try again. So I went through all the efforts of designing a business card and it still will not let me save or complete my order. Been at this since Friday. It’s now Tuesday. Time to try elsewhere
Print shop manager gave wrong information & was not helpful when we took our 97 year old mother for photos to renew PR card but Khushboo a junior part timer was more helpful & compassionate
This copy center is the worst. Every single time I come in here there is a problem. The girl working here, Bella, needs an attitude adjustment because her abrupt non caring attitude will not get her far in life. At least the manager was able to come and correct the problem but even still, this copy center needs more people working that actually care about their jobs.
Worst experience I ever had with this place! I went there for scanning my documents and generating a pdf files! But there was only two ladies working and they were looking after everything but still as customer you have to wait long for your turn, I was standing there for almost 30 mins, because I need assistance with their system! The owner should hire more people, its not worth going there instead you can go somewhere else! I will never go there and not recommend to anyone!
Staples was very busy as usual but Khushboo being the most busy and rushing one place to another was the only person to help me with the prints. She is very patient and friendly in a sophisticated manner. Loved her customer service!
This is the worst Staples centre in entire region and should avoid going there. The manager of this center is extremely rude and does not value his customers. I have had multiple experiences where they denied services citing reasons for break or the store needs to be closed early etc. There is no professionalism primarily because their manager doesnt provide training to their employees on treating customers. Please stay away from this store unless absolutely necessary.
Purlator shipment is missing. Impossible to get support from the store over the phone. Very frustrated that I wasted 30 mins trying to get through and no support. Had to hang up a go to the location. This generation of young kids are really struggling to have any high standards. The new normal for customer service is at such a low standard these days and I've grown very impatient and I'm in constant disbelief of how company's operate these days!
Store Owner: hire more people to get work done, one lady working on shipping/photographing area. She does not has time to do photo for passport. Stop putting burden on one shoulder
Very clean and organized store. Staff was nice and helpful as well. Got all the supplies I needed within a decent time so I could continue my daily tasks.
