I had the absolute best experience at staples this evening! Maureen was beyond helpful and an absolute delight while we dealt with some technical issues in the print shop! @stapleskemptville give this amazing person a raise!

The store is good, for what it is. It basically has all your business needs and they have a convenient printing service. There is also a machine that spits out 4×6 photos. For any printing options not in store you can find online and pick up at the store. The staff hasn't been the most knowledgeable in my experiences, but they are pleasant. It seems like everyone has their own specialty, so hopefully the person you need isn't on break.

I buy all my ink here. All the staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

Afraid I cannot share the good reviews. Had our laptop repaired at this location but unfortunately the problem persisted. Was told that their warranty is only 30 days. When I returned after 43 days from original date, which of course includes days store was closed over the holiday period, Carlos would not guarantee that additional charges would not be incurred and asked me to leave. I did and bought a new laptop from another supplier and will purchase all other office supplies elsewhere going forward.
