Online website order not cancelled after I went to the store and cancelled it in person. I absolutely hate Staples website and will never use their website to order any documents to be printed. I had ordered a memorial poster for my dad, his funeral was on Nov. 17. I called the store to ask when it would be ready as I ordered it Nov. 10. When they said they couldn’t deliver it until after the 17th, I came to the store and canceled the order and they refunded me. Now, Nov. 22, Staples sends out an email to say my order is ready for pickup. I called Support which was a total waste of time, called the store and they never pick up the phone. Now I will have to go back in person to once again get this refunded to my credit card. Staples, as a business, your website ordering system sucks, your Support line offers zero solutions. It’s too bad that the customer service people at the store are nice. But I won’t be buying anything from your company again.

Online website isn’t updated. It said they have 1 more laptop available in the one I wanted I went in and they said “the only one we have available doesn’t have a charger”. So you’re telling me if I had ordered that one online you would have shipped it without a charger and said nothing? Staff is dismissive and doesn’t help. Waste of my time.

Got help from Teresa in the print shop to get my colour print out right. It’s an online submission and printed out with a large margin. She fixed and reprinted the image for me on the spot without hesitation. Greatly appreciated!

I would give negative star if there is an option. One of the worst staples manager Talha in Stouffville location, I never seen in Canada. He is truly unprofessional and very rude. Don't know how to behave with customers. We hope Staples head office should train their store managers before hiring them how to behave with customers.

Bought AirPod Pros (2end generation) online for in-store pickup, got them the next day. The day I got them, an AirPod broke in half. Went to Apple to replace said AirPod who then said they were counterfeit, and told me to go back to Staples. The problem is, Staples makes all headphones final sale NO MATTER WHAT, so I couldn’t do anything about it.

When my Uxbridge store was out of stock I headed to Stouffville. Manesh went above and beyond helping me find the stock item that was not stored where it was supposed to be. Fortunately the store was empty so he had the time to search in the back. I went home a happy customer and was back within a week to buy more.

First class customer service in the printing department today. Give that young woman a raise! She's amazing, knowledgeable and so easy to work with.

This Staple store has got to have the worst experience a consumer can possibly receive. I purchased a opening entry computer mouse which turned out to be defective. I returned it back to the store within 30 days with receipt, since I didn't have the plastic container which by the way, one has to practically destroy to get the mouse out they would not allow me to exchange it or upgrade. Even if I would have had the plastic container what use would it have served. After I told the manger I would be shopping at Best Buy which has better customer service and is 15 minutes away he says go ahead, wow these people have no sense of customer retention. All this for a 21.00 mouse. Shop Best Buy Markville Shopping much better experience.
