I gave this 5 star rating only just coz of one of the girl, she take care of prints and everything. Her name is Tèa.i would say i had best costumer service given by her. She understand all of the details and provided me whatever i asked for until i was not satisfied. I would say thanks again if she is reading this comment.

5 stars for product and the cashiers at front - -at the back well they get 1 star. No eye contact - leave you waiting for service without any acknowledgement; customers are invisible, no "ill be right with you" or even a smile. A customer behind me kept heavily sighing then asked me if they even spoke to me yet - I said "nope". I have been shopping online and decided to start supporting local so went in. Won't be back and they wont miss me.:)

Poor customer service, I went for digital photo and after clicking photo requested to show in camera before printing didn't expect employee would deny and told me to see on monitor also you wont get digital photo over email.either you need to get pendrive or have to buy one.so I walked out.

Having to wait 30 minutes + to have 1item laminated is not acceptable. Especially when serving people that arrived after I did. Certainly not very customer oriented or just lack of staff?

A good gadget store. Not as big as best buy but you will find most of your office stationary needs here.

We went to get a passport photo taken and the employee touched my babies face without permission. In a post-Covid era. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m completely livid. Furthermore, they were unaware of how to take passport photos. We have since learned that you can go to Shoppers Drug Mart and CAA for passport photos. Do not go with a baby to Staples. They are understaffed and untrained and do not follow hygiene protocols with babies.

Needed some help getting a big project printed. The only worker in the print section thought that having a nice, pleasant conversation with a lady was more important than helping the growing line of customers. I eventually left after 15 minutes of no help. Terrible!

I think the print area anywhere is notorious for slow service (usually theyre overloaded with work), but every time Ive been there and Philip was working, he's running around doing the work of 3 people and really makes sure the job is done, done well, and making sure customers are recognized and taken care of. He's always a pleasure to work, wish they had 3 of him behind the counter, lol. But everytime here the team has been a pleasure to print with.

Since they’ve moved to the new store and seem to have an entirely new staff, this store is a nightmare to deal with. Absolutely no service, or when you do finally track someone down, people are not at all knowledgeable and give bad advice. I’ve had to go through corporate numerous times to have errors fixed caused by this team. If you need to go to staples in Sudbury, go to the one on Notre Dame.

I much prefer this location! Philip in the print department was very helpful and easy to talk to.

I want to thank Philip for the outstanding service from him today. He actually took the time to listen.

I had a great experience with their service.staff were vey helpful and polite. Philip did an awesome job helping me when I was having trouble with printing my documents.

I have always bought computers, laptops and printers at Staples for myself, my adult daughters and my grandchildren. The service is excellent and techs go over and above to help me. I am 77 yrs old so I appreciate how patient and friendly they are. Today I picked up my laptop at Staples Marcus Drive in Sudbury, ON. I was sooo happy that my problem had been dealt with. Wesley (Supervisor if I recall) and Jaydon were very helpful and Wesley was able to simplify things for me. I was BEYOND GRATEFUL! Thank you, thank you. Westley and Jaydon

Today I went to Staples to get my photo done! Amazing service provided by Anny and the manager who was working at the photo centre! They helped me by all means and I was highly impressed by their service!
