The inventory isn’t updated. What might show available in-store might not be there once you get there. Drove 20 minutes far only to be disappointed.

Tina Boca helped me today and was amazing! She really went above and beyond to help me and throughout the whole experience showed me nothing but kindness and patience! I totally recommend her if you need help for any of your printing needs she’s awesome!

While the other staff members are always very polite and helpful, Tina consistently makes an effort to go above and beyond. Some stuff at staples in general are overpriced but other than that, this locstion specifically is great, never had a bad experience or a question unanswered knowledably!

Do NOT use their printing or any service. One of the women manager will mass up your order and using lies to cover her mistake!

Me and my boyfriend wanna buy laptop in very urgent time, but unfortunately wait so long for customer service to help it’s not even crowded I don’t know what take so long for someone to help us. We are really disappointed it and I won’t recommend anyone to go there. Go to bestbuy.

No wonder the store can’t run properly when you have a management that can’t function. I was being helped perfectly by an employee when a manager Brodie walked over being so rude to her own staff and me too. The manager interrupted me several times and the managers behaviour is so inappropriate.

Used photo copy centre. Staff was right there to assist if needed. Cost was very reasonable

Very bad service. Specially, the girls working in the printer stuff. I asked three ladies many times to help me with the printer, but nobody do and they was very rude with me.

Had to get something printed out from my phone the young man that helped me and showed me how to do it was so very patient with me

Staples is a dull store to be in, and gouging customers with pricing. Staples should adapt the amazon business model or perish.

I was looking for a screen protector for a Samsung, but no luck. Like most places, the majority of the protectors they carry are for iPhone's.

Very clean and organized. The staff is friendly. However they need to be trained more in electronics. Only 5 years ago noticed they more qualified then they are now. To be fair most places that sells electronics today should have their staff trained more. At least they do not huddle in groups talking while customers are looking for help, an excellent example is Best Buy in Windsor. Would rate Best Buy at 1 out of 5 and The Source at 2 out of 5. So Staples is still Better then the other 2. Also check on return policies at any store that sells electronics.

Alright I don't leave too many reviews but my goodness not only did they honour my extra in store warranty I bought for the cost of my chair but they also just sent me the replacement seat 2 years after buying it. Spoke to the warranty department with a lovely lady named Denise and I will be buying any piece of furniture I need from staples in the future. 6 stars you guys.

They were ok, I had trouble using the copier and getting stuff off my fone to copy, and the attendant came and helped me through it all, I don't no his name but I was in ur store on Sunday about 2-3 pm

Great place all office goods In one place was able to walk all around store without being bothered found file boxes I was looking for looked at some other stuff for future purchases paid for my items with debit card good service going back on weekend get a daytime book still like to write stuff down haven't graduated to electronic day timer yet

Love staples. I can honestly say in all my dealings in different branches, I've received excellent service.
