My experience was shockingly terrible. I prepaid for some cards to be made, needed them for a funeral. Morning of the funeral stopped in to pick up a wrong sized card with half of the words cut off and it looked like the printer ink ran out on most of them. After waiting another hour at the copy centre for them to try to reprint, I ended up leaving with nothing for the funeral. No one offered to refund me. I think some more training is much needed in the copy centre.

Regular customer here for printing services. I needed to by the annual journal. Came to the store; all shelves are empty. No staff to help. Looked around and left after 10 minutes. When to Oakville location. There were multiple people to help. Assisted with the search; unfortunately, the journal was not available. It was actually available at this location. I came back. Nobody to help after asking to assist; the cashier told me to go and look for someone again. After another 5 minutes, I found the guy and asked for a journal and presented the barcode from Oakville location. The guy looked in two empty shelves; ran to another aisle and climbed on the stairs and got me one. The inventory showed 10 units. He asked me how many I needed; I said one. He gave me a look. I did not realize that Staples is a new Costco. I asked if he would put the remaining inventory out on the shelf as people might need some. He told me that I am lucky that they did their inventory the day before and this journal showed as available. He ran away even though I needed the help with another item. I made sure to say thank you. The moral of the story: if you need anything else than printing services, go to another location. To the manager of this location: please, visit another Staples locations to experience the customer service and please stock your shelves, so I do not need to be lucky that you perform your inventory. 2 stars for having the journal in stock. Thanks

If there was less than 1 star I would’ve picked it. Went to return a printer, after the sales guy checks everything and says he will do the return and goes to grab cash, he decides to call his “manager” on the phone who tells him that he can’t do the return because it’s not a “staples” item. What a joke maybe learn something about keeping your word and not say something and do the other. Never coming back

Love this store! I use their print services. Staff is lovely, and the quality always exceeds the expectations! I typically receive my products earlier than when they anticipate.

Same day pick up LOL don’t offer that service if every time I show up to get it the staff are mystified when I ask about the order. It’s like they forget they’re running a printing service. Unprofessional and ignorant. Manage your print jobs effectively.

Difficult to find help from staff when needed. The self service is okay as long as you do not need staff's assistance!

I got helped by Fahad with looking for items and he made the shopping experience. Staples should hire more people like him! He helped with showing me how to price match, gave me a list of items that matched my needs along with even giving me his phones as a demonstration!

Staff was friendly. However, I needed to print a last min order, I placed the order online, but I was not advise at any moment that certain orders are not printed at the store, but at the “production centre” in Mississauga. So order won’t be ready until 1-3 business days. Staples needs to make their services more customer friendly and clearly advise for these things. I needed my prints today. I paid my products and for nothing…

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a sales person I was looking at a laptop that was on sale for boxing day I asked if they had one in store and he pretty much ran and got me one he was very polite and knew his laptops all the way from when I walked in till I left was a really good experience, nice job guy

Short dude with the ponytail was the least helpful person I could have interacted with. Rude and just uneducated. I Was looking for something that your website said you had and this guy just gave 0 effort into helping me find it. Thanks for wasting my time staples

The copy and print department at this Staples is amazing! They go way above and beyond to make sure you’re happy!

Not usually not a big fan of staples but this one is so different and accommodating compared to the rest. My most recent experience was especially good as the manager helped me out a lot while my stuff was being printed.
Plus.the employee Ava always goes over and beyond for everyone in the printing line. Hardest staples worker I’ve ever seen. Never a “Wait time” like all the others when she’s behind the counter!
