Needed to print a color document on a flash drive. Used a self serve kiosk for the first time. It was easy to do. In and out in minutes.

People can come and buy all kinds of accessories, you name it, from computers, laptops, printers, books, printing your personal documents, photos, and sending mails to your friends and family. So I recommend all people to go there and shop for whatever you need.

First time at the Sarnia Staples, walked in and immediately greeted by a young lady with a smile and kind tone. She asked how she can help and a gentleman overheard and he lead me over to the HP toner. He didn’t just walk away, he explained to me that there were two options. He proceeded to calculate the cost per page so I could make a informed decision on my purchase. Sure I could have done this myself, however this gentleman knows how to deliver customer service and knows how very important it is. So many businesses are lacking in the customer service department these days.
I would like to thank this gentleman for his assistance today, and for showing me that there are great customer service representatives out there, doing a fantastic job and with pride!

Customer service is absolutely terrible. The managers do nothing to help you. Why do people even go to stores anymore when online service ends up being better than these in-person idiots.

Awesome print job completed within the week. Came back with same file and another employee tells me it can't be done as is (even though it's the SAME file being printed) and sends me home to make basic copy and past changes. I would have been happy to pay for her clickety clicks and would have been happy to wait. One employees deep desire to not work translates into a one star and I can get my print jobs and stationary somewhere else. Thanks for the good times.

In-store prints are limited to paper and contain bleed, but they have great customer service and make things right as fast as possible

I had an excellent experience at this Staples location. I needed to print some documents and the staff here were friendly. An employee, Diya, was especially helpful as she helped me locate an item I had accidentally left in the store, which I was very appreciative of!

I had an item to return with a pre-paid FedEx label, and in the exact box FedEx delivered it to me in. Upon arrival at Staples, the employee told me the item was too long, and that I should try going to Russel's variety, or get it picked up from my home.
Russel's took it no problem. Don't waste your time going to this Staples ever. Apparently their humungous box store can't handle large items, and you need to go to a locally owned microscopic variety store with your larger items.

This staff here are friendly and respectful. If you're going to the printing area make sure to come with some extra time as the wait can vary wildly. However, if you give patience to the the staff they truly appreciate it and will go out of their way to make sure you're needs are met the best they can.

If you need prints, I recommend you go somewhere else. This place is awful. Their equipment often doesn't work and their service is terrible.
