I bought google pixel watches online, they stated LTE in the description so I order them, when I recieved they Infact were not the LTE ones so I returned over two weeks ago and I have still not received my refund. I've emailed them multiple times to help and even tried online chat but both have had no response, love chat is not available for some reason and no returned email after multiple attempts! Very displeased and stressed that in out $1000 with no tracking or responses

I would have given them a zero but I wouldn’t let me

It died Jan 14/22 would not take it back because I threw out the box
Just said it suck to be you
Now out money and computer refuses to help at all

Update I bought a new in the box acre monitor lasted 14 days then quit kept the box and receipt took it back next day
But they refused to exchange it because it was 1 day past 14
Now I have to ship it to acre for a new one

Super clean place, has everything I ever need (that you’d expect in an office supply store), and staff were super helpful and went above and beyond helping the kids pick out inexpensive wired buds. Recommend.

Walked into the store and asked for a box (HP All in one desktop), which I bought from Staples a year back, in order to ship the product. I came across a guy, earnestly requested if he could provide me with an empty box, and he didn't even bother to check. He said he can't give me an empty box just like that, and he has got none. Would've believed him if he took a little bit of consideration and effort into checking if the store has got an empty box. Walked into Best Buy, asked an associate about the same, and he went back and came with an empty box. Got elated, got two (4pcks) of AirTag from Best Buy. Sorry Staples, you just lost $260 and a customer.

Keeps empty boxes of products with "get an associate" stickers on them that are known to be out of stock after checking the back while keeping more expensive products in stock on the floor. Why? Terrible customer service.

Ordered business cards last week was told they would be in by wednesday it’s friday and they say might be in next week thought printing was done in town if I would have known would have went elsewhere got charged extra for express shipping no express there

Good supply of office supplies, computer equipment and headphones. Curbside pickup was great for my Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and had ink cartridges I needed.
