Called over the phone to get a couple pages laminated for my project. I was told multiple different prices from over the phone. When my classmate called she was told she had a pay over $40 to laminate a couple pages but when I called I was told 30$. When my classmate went in she charged twice for printing even though she printed once. Staff are very mean and ignorant. Refuse to help confused customer and did not explain any of the steps to her. Every time we called each person was told a different price. I would not recommend this store at all. I believe they just make up prices on the spot and do not care about their customers.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Emily at the print centre was the greatest help ever. Really thoughtful and genuine in her help for my printing needs. Will be coming back for sure because of how professional and amazing she was. Great job!

Disappointed to see most printer functions were disabled unable to select fit to page option when printing from pdf.

2023 and Staples self serve print shop doesn't have the ability to accept a payment from a MasterCard branded debit card for some reason.

We have a newborn who needed a passport picture taken. The moment we stepped in they said they can’t take a picture. He said we needed a wrinkle free white background. And then wanted the baby to be wide awake. And then he just disappeared. I find out 10 mins after my child starts screaming that he went out on a lunch break. Not even the courtesy to tell us. I asked if anybody else could take a picture. Matt said he and the other gentleman without a name tag once one of them is free he is going to take a picture. And then they keep attending other customers. Finally we had it and walked out and asked for a manager to give pms one feedback. Guess who’s the manager - Matt! He says he doesn’t know to take a picture and that only Ken knew how to. TLDR don’t go here for a picture if you have any self respect at all.

Should have read the reviews before choosing this store. Went to print off a document and was having difficulty, asked staff member for assistance but she couldn’t be bothered. She told me to follow instructions which I was.wouldn’t recommend printing anything at this store.

I do a lot of self serve printing at this location and the team working on Monday evening, April 17, did a fantastic job of helping me with the issues I was having. I can't thank them enough, they were helpful and pleasant, even though I was a bit frustrated. Thank you for your assistance, I will continue to use this location for my self serve printing needs.

Impossible to get service on the phone. No one answering phone, finally when an employee answered, I gave item number to check stock, was put on hold. Nobody picked back up, on hold 15 minutes. This store just lost my business. I'll get my monitors on Amazon.

"The store manager is absolutely rude and disrespectful to customers. " This is absolute truth. He needs training on how to behave with customers.

Your female staff person at the print Center on Monday morning January 30 needs customer training. I had never used the color printer self serve before and gave me minimal support. She couldn’t even stand by for a minute to see if her instructions were working. She was very curt and unsmiling and unfriendly. There didn’t even appear to be anyone in the store let alone at the print Center to demand her attention. I’ll never use your print services again if I see her working it

The staff avoided me upon entry and when I asked for assistance I was told the representative was busy, didn't get anyone else to help me. I waited until he was done fetching something only to be told what I needed was out of stock and he walked away.we then asked if another store had it and after prompts, he checked. I felt sorry for interrupting him from nothing

I work here so I'm biased. But. Incredible people work here. Knowledgeable and super friendly!

I went in to Staples to do some photocopies. But the staples lady said I had to pay by credit card. The machine way overcharged my credit card and I was shocked to see it cost me ALOT of $$ just to photocopy like 8 pages. What a rip off. Horrible. I will go somewhere else where I can pay cash and not get ridiculously over-charged on my credit card. What a scam!
