Only one printer working at self service station, and there is a long line-up and waiting. Front desk can help to reduce line-up by using their front desk printer by helping few customers in line but rather they are asking extra service charge if they print for customer at this moment when all self-service printers are broken except one. Not happy with the customer service.

Rude and bad customer service management I felt. I was there with my kids and my 7yr old just touched the ipad gently (I was with him and know he didn’t do it harshly in any way). It started beeping and all the staff was looking at us sternly. None of them came to help out and stop that sound for 10 mins while we stood there confused. The guy probably the manager came and was so rude to my son as if he broke something. There ipad thingy was faulty, not my sons fault, but he still made him feel bad.

Maybe be more nicer to your customers, even the girl at checkout was low on the nice factor. Well if management doesn’t believe in cx service, the effect trickle downs for sure.

Be polite guys, customer is there to give you business and not the other way around!

Sam was very helpful when buying MacBook, I originally had issues online making this purchase but Sam was able to make our experience very easy and simple. Thank you for the experience and will definitely be returning for all my needs.

Girl at Purolator desk was rude AF and totally unhelpful. Not even one smile. Won't go back to this Staples store.

This is the second time I’ve had extremely poor service at this location… first time they printed my picture 3 times complete wrong - it was navy on the original and they kept printing in black and white so the navy looked black. I had to wait for multiple hours for them to fix their mistake twice. Then when it printed out the right colour the quality was very pixilated and had markings on it that wasn’t there in the original. The male said he had to change the picture format to print it in the colour printer. I already paid for my print and I asked for a refund and got it printed somewhere else.

Today I decided to give them as second chance and I tried to use them again, I drove 15 mins to bring my photos to them in a usb format and the male working refused to serve me and said that he had too many pending orders and couldn’t take it, he wanted me to come back in the evening… I told him I needed it for 3 weeks from now so I don’t get why he couldn’t take my files and print it later. I asked him what difference coming back in the evening would make. He didn’t answer and and he still refused. I will never be returning to this location again. They have proven to be incompetent at the photo Center.

Terrible customer service in the printing area. Went in to print a document (color, double sided) post card, Sai kept on giving many excuses on how he can’t do 4x6 size. After I said I would cut it myself, he said he can’t print double sided for that thick paper. When I try to give him a solution, he continued to give excuses on why he couldn’t do it. There was no one in line, it was actually dead in the store. So much for customer service.

Went in to the print center and asked to print a 5 x 7 file. The poor individual working the counter couldn't resize it from full page, even though the file was a 5 x 7. Completely useless. She suggested I email the the file for next day printing.she said it would be fixed by then. Maybe staples should train employees better, or not leave 17 year Olds in charge of the print center.

Very rude employees, especially the guy who works the laptop department. Waited 30min to try to purchase a laptop and was told another customer was waiting before me (however not true). The employee argued with me and was very unprofessional. Left the store to go to another location.

No one answers the phone at this location? Bad customer service sorry!

I ordered photos and unexpectedly had to leave the country for 1.5 months. I tried calling to let them know about this and to hold it/expect me/let them know I haven’t forgotten about it, for their own sake. I literally called 17 times throughout the 1.5 months and no answer from this store not once. I finally went in person today to grab my order, called the number in store just to see what happens, and heard the phone ringing, the associates just ignore it lol.

I think I've tried calling this location 3-4 times every day for the past 2 weeks to inquire about specific printing services and have never been able to speak to anyone. No wonder Staples are dying everywhere.

Not stocked in accordance to online/in store scanned stock. Asked for help, the staff scanned it and saw they should have 9 in stock and proceeded to stand and stare at the empty shelf. Then asked for help from their colleague but both dragged their way over to me to just shrug their shoulders. Useless.

The manager is effective, but due to issues lead by corporate, I had an unsatisfactory experience. They didn’t have the envelopes for included in my same day greeting card order. 20 minutes later, I have oversized envelopes for my cards. They weren’t even going to give me any envelopes at all.

I went to purchase a calculator the other day and had the pleasure to be helped by an associate that goes by the name omid he was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me.
