DUMMIES HEADQUARTERS in the photo lab at 2 locations. Keele and St Clair and Dufferin St and Lawrence Ave West

As someone who has a business account with staples, I would urge this staples location to retrain or re evaluate their staff. The staffs name is Musfik and my experience with him was deplorable. There was 5 staffs with no customers in line. I was the only customer in line waiting with every single one of them not attending to my services. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind waiting as I can clearly see they are busy, but when Musfik approached me with his poor attitude, asked me what I needed and then walks away and and pretends as if I wasn’t even there. It took another staff who noticed and went to help me with my shipping services as I was just standing there waiting with Musfik’s back turned to me.

This was absolutely sickening, especially with his poor attitude and cocky smile. It left such a poor taste that I will take other measures just not to use staples for my business and personal needs.

I would advise Staples Management to take stricter measures in monitoring their staff as they will continue to lose a lot of business with people like Musfik working there

Ridiculously outrageous. No staff were helpful, they direct you what to do although you tells them that you don't understand the printing service. Other customer had to assist. The staff completely ignored me. Will NEVER recommend or go there again.

Placed an order that was supposed to be ready in 1 day and its been 4-5 days and i still havent got an email saying it is ready. I have called so many times and yet nobody picks up. What type of “company” is this

The printing area is so busy. Make sure you are ready to pick up your staff or keep the waiting time in mind.

Excellent service provided by the staff. As well as their supervisors and managers! Especially the manager for their Copy MJ. He was super kind, professional and helpful. He tried multiple ways to help me find a solution to the problem I was having and managed to fix it. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Terrible service in the printing and scanning service, they do not help the customer and the machines get stuck

Great place to buy stationery and to do all kinds of printing, photocopy and scanning jobs. Recently moved to Ca and this is where I reprinted all my family photos I couldn’t bring with me. I also come here to print my kids home work projects. The service is affordable and do it yourself but there are staff to guide you if you need. Just have to use a credit card though for payment and location wise, it’s very close to a bus stop.

They work like if they hate el work there. So bad attention, mistreatment to the costumers. I can go to other place, do it.

I go here from time to time to use photo copiers to scan copy all set service if needed staff will assist purchased my phone online and picked it up from here parking seems adequate

It was quite busy at the time I arrived. However, everyone was dealt with expediency and efficacy. The staff was very attentive, professional, and catered to my needs. They even helped me organise my documents, although I was doing self print. The results I got made it worth the price premium when compared to the competitors. I was impressed at the number of machines they had and the huge jump in technology since the last time I visited.

I was waiting at cashier for someone to check me out while there were four workers right in front of me laughing and talking with each other. Trying to get their attention and it took 5 minutes for one of them to come over to me and check me out! Hire better workers!

I love this place! They have everything I need! I can even print off a fob and not have to stand in that long line for someone else to do it

Every time I want something printed in architectural prints they're always busy. Even if it's just two pages they say it'll take an hour and a half. He's the worst Staples I've ever been in

I wish I could give negative stars, I gave my license for laminating, they first of all damged it and then she photocopied infront of me and cut it with hands and improper laminated. Moreover, she lied to my face that she laminted and handed over the original one that I gave to her.

Never gonna be back there. Worst service ever.
