Went in to pick up a print job today near the end of the day and the employee who helped provided exceptional service!

We went here to get our 5 week old baby her passport photos, and Taryn was amazing! He went above and beyond trying to get her to look at the camera. We had to get them retaken as she wasn’t looking directly at the camera, and he remembered us and did amazing again!

The store hosts courier business drop offs.fed ex, purolator etc. The clerk made it very easy. I looked around the store as I haven't been in one in years, other than less variety, nothing has changed, prices on cell chargers was half of Walmart price.

This is specifically for Pam who was so kind and helpful when I went in to exchange my IPhone charger which was under warranty and she dint have it in stock. She offered alternatives and was very considerate. Thanks Pam

Good service but no stock on the required item but sales associate located item in another location.

Went in for some boxing days sales on the 28th, happy surprise they had what I’d been looking for. The staff was very polite and helpful (Tim) was great!

I have had good experience with the 'Copy and Print' in recent years, but lately I find more and more long delays because they use a 'hub' to produce material and the turnaround goes from 1 day to a week or longer. If the web site clearly indicated when the hub was used I could avoid sending those items to Staples. I can understand longer turnaround for photo albums, for example. But most recently I sent in simple 5x7 photos and am still waiting after a week.

Great range of products and services related to all things office and technology related. Better than bestbuy. Maybe they should be "ultimate buy" instead of Staples?

If your looking to get something printed don’t wast your time. I showed up when it was not busy at all and they told me I had to do it online. Understaffed and disorganized. The poor girl was working so hard she had no help. Not coming back to this location.

I would avoid this Staples’ print shop at literally all costs. Their customer service is horrendous; only one employee seems to know how to execute things properly or answer questions. Every time I go to pick up my regularly placed order for print… it’s either “lost” or in put in the wrong spot and I’m forced to wait while they reprint my items. As per another review, pack some extra patience if you’re visiting here.

It's your typical Staples but its a Big store. Lots of parking and it is a Purolator Drop-off as well. Food and Home Depot are right there as well.
