Like this place a lot. We rely on them for our printing and supplies and they have always delivered. Keep up the good work guys

They had an amazing kid and education section in the store.
Employees could use some education in the stuff they sell though, no one knew where the Apple cables were

The printing service is quick and easy but a little expensive. $1 a page for color printing.

I was in Staples for a new case for my older version of iPad. Steve kindly came to help. Not finding any on the shelves, he went on-line but nothing was available. He suggested I might need an updated iPad but then asked me to wait. He checked in the back and returned with just the case that fitted exactly. I was most impressed with his determination to find what I required. It was well worth the visit, especially getting Steve to help me out so very well. I am delighted with my purchase.

Don't go there unless you have a hour to kill. Hey Staples here' s an idea, how about having 2 checkout lines? I shouldn't have to wait for someone to get their passport picture taken or learn how to use a printer before I can buy a roll of tape.

Munawar was very nice when welcoming. He introduced me to Mohammad who went above and beyond when helping me! Mohammad helped me create several posters and went through every detail of the print and made sure my storefront poster looks amazing! Five stars and more if I could.

They have helpful and friendly staff. This is a low star review because of my experience with their scan-to-email self serving machine.

This time-based machine is pretty much a scam. I only needed to scan 1 page and save it to my email. How difficult should this be? There are no clear instructions, and it would take forever to sign in on my accounts to send the file. I gave up after 3 minutes because by the time I sign in, scan, and send this 1 page, they would've charged me for 10 minutes. And I am tech-savvy. Of course, eventhough I did not scan or send anything to myself, I still was charged for the time!

Received the most outstanding customer service by manager Munawar this afternoon! He was so warm and kind, treated me with such respect and extreme patience. I left the store in a fabulous mood:) Staples is lucky to have him run their store.

1) You have to download an app and give away your personal information to get the 2-hour free parking. That's outrageous.
2) A 1-hour wait at the service counter

If I could give less than one star for customer service, I would give it. Sales associates don’t seem to care about customer service or their customer’s experience. I’ve tried shopping here several times and always had the same experience that I’m not welcomed or that my business is wanted.

Returning to Staples a third time about my order. I ordered Christmas cards for same day pickup. I did not receive an email to pick up my order. Went in the afternoon the following day, and they were still not ready. I picked them up later that day but the envelopes were not included. They are impossible to get a hold of over the phone. Waste of time.

Rude associates, slow service and unwelcoming environment. Don’t give them your business since they don’t seem to care about anything other than your money.

Wouldn’t recommend this store the machine charge extra $$$ for one scan & very bad customer service beware

Helpful staff. Asked to open the box for a new monitor. They opened it. Left with peace of mind knowing it wasn't cracked or missing items.

Never answer the phone and comparing prices for the wrong product but close I'd totally wrong and your Cricut supplied no one knows enough about it why sell it.

Self service Printing/ Scanning and Copying of documents.
Really convenient.
Only downside was I had to buy a pack of envelopes when I needed just one.

It's a staples. Not sure what else can be said. Note that there IS free car parking in the back, along with a back entrance.

Picked out a book to write in for $6.

They charged me $18.

Of course, they were fine with that. Even though I complained.

Finally, I got a second person to check it out. They scanned in another book for $6.

Why would you charge $18 for a $6 book unless you were trying to rip people off?

Terrible service. Basically ignored; while trying to buy a Bluetooth speaker. Second time it’s been unpleasant. Staples: Never again will I go there

I frequent this location. I’ve used them for my small business and community needs. Only one time was there a mistake on a huge order needed for next day. They fixed it by closing. Great knowledge.

I always find the staff at this location to be available, willing to listen, and know the stock.
I find the Happy Goat Coffee bar convenient and easy to accesa from the street. The menu is good and the prices do-able.

Great, store, good selection of office products and also lots of computers and electronics stuff.

Staff was helpful, they understood what I need and promptly directed to the aisle.

I went to this branch of staples to send a package. The staff who helped me had great patience but poor in building rapport with a customer. Althrough out my transaction, she was bland and to the point that she sound rude. I know she can express some emotions because I heard her talk multiples times with her coworker. Hopefully, this would improve among the staff.

Went there to get a poster scanned. It was as if i was bothering the staff there at the poster / scanning center. They wanted to hold my item to be scanned for a couple of days till they can do the job. Had to buy a usb stick to get the scan saved, which it is not on the usb stick they made me buy. Not very courtious and short on client services. After all that they did not know how to operate the scanner, kept me waiting longer to get the job done now on the spot, dud not have to wait anymore after i needed to buy a usb stick to scan the item. Promised to send the file to my email address provided that i never received all of which after the fact. Quote was all wrong when confirming the work to be done. Thus most probably will never return there again for anything. However, the sales staff at the back were kind and helpfull.

Terrible shopping experience at this location. Although I do understand shoplifting hurts businesses significantly in lost profits, the tactics employed at this location to follow customers around the store borders on insanity. I was constantly being followed and watched by at least 3 employees and a security guard. Not once did anyone actually take the time to approach me to ask if I needed help with anything. The whole experience left me not feeling valued as a customer and made me feel like I was being targeted as a possible criminal. Better tactics could be used to make the shopping experience pleasant for customers while keeping an eye out for possible theft. I will not be back to this store.

Never buy online from Staples. They will tell you the item will arrive tomorrow when it arrives a week later. Their customer service is bad you always have to call, they won’t send an email follow up. They always over promise and under deliver. If you need to get something go in store because the experience online is very upsetting.

Unhelpful / uneducated staff, poor service and blatantly selling a product for the fundamentally incorrect price. Was sold a pair of Gen 2 AirPods for Gen 3 price. Got them home and they were defective out our box. How does that even happen with a company this big? Disappointed to say the least and will be returning to purchase from the Apple store and no longer shopping at this location.

My husband and I went down to Staples on Bank St.to look at office chairs and we noticed that we were being followed by store security as we walked around. Very embarrassing and a lack of respect for us customers. Clearly a matter of prejudice because we were speaking Portuguese as we are Brazilian. I'm never coming back to this racist company.

Worst staples in Ottawa, very poor customer service. Try to avoid Samir, bad attitude. Very rude.

Self-service printing was quick and easy to use. Besides that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was relatively easy to find

This is a ‘concept’ store according to the store manager. This means that Policies that apply at other Staples locations do not apply here. Unfriendly management. Avoid if possible

They have everything you could need, large business center. They have parking at rear, only gave a 4 star because of the busy location

Excellent service. They had two people on cash, saw a line and a third cash was opened to deal w the lineup.

I have been coming here for school supplies since I started middle school at Glashan. All shelves have always be neatly organized and it is extremely easy to find everything I need.the staff is always helpful and friendly. Great memories as well!

This Staples store (South Keys 2210 Bank st) has provided me with consistently good service. The store is clean and staff are helpful. I use this store for my printing needs, including; making laminated sheets and printing out business papers. The quality and on time delivery is very good with no unexpected surprises. Good business to deal with. Due to provincial Covid restrictions the store is limited to curb side service and you will need to shop first on their website.

Website order didn't go through and I learned later when i stood outside the selected store. Staples won't /can't process a phone order or help me place the order from the car park.

Great location for a Staples in centretown Ottawa. A large parking lot in the back which makes it a easy location to drive to while in centretown. Sanitisation Station available as soon as you walk in either door, from the parking lot or the street access entrance. There is also a Happy Goat coffee shop location near the Bank street access entrance. Large and spacious and so it is easy to remain physically distant. Masks required when inside.

I really only use it for exchanging CO2 cartridges from SodaStream, when it has sales on there can be some good deals (I have a laptop from 2012 boxing day sale that still works ok from them) and they have good general office supplies. Otherwise it is expensive compared to say 123ink.ca. 3.5 stars.

I like the service you receive from the store. I recommend it, I also like this location. Be aware that there is parking behind this location.

Perfect note binding service. Can come with a 24h delay if do not want to pay extra CAD10 for on-the-spot service.
Also, the quiet reading area is a grear place to study.

My most recent experience at the Staples print shop at the downtown Bank location was amazing because of the remarkable customer service they provided. I am incredibly grateful for all Kira did to help get all of my printed materials ready in time for my wedding.

Took my Samsung Galaxy phone to Staples to resolve issues with no notification sounds and a full internal storage. Jesse thought he would be able to resolve these issues easily but had to try a number of approaches before he could get the phone working again. He even gave up his lunch break and worked a bit of overtime! The Staples store has always been my preferred store for technology products and services and sales associates like Jesse keep me coming back.

Just went to a special request opening of Staples. Very impressed. There are office and working spaces for daily or longer rental. Even a podcast room. Little cafe. Interactive workshops and events. This will surely attract slot of business while bringing the community together.

The new renovations look great! Who ever thought Staples would have a Happy Goat coffee shop with free wi-fi. I think they'll do well. Open now

Nice location currently under redesign. Fairly easy to find what you need provided there is a employee available. In most cases there was someone there to help me since their redesign.

My go to for home office supplies, subs, ink cartridges etc. But right now half the store is closed due to construction so stock and space is a bit limited

Newly renovated and open interior but the parking enforcement guy followed me around the store to make sure I didn't leave and go somewhere else while leaving my car in their lot

I purchase all my office supplies at Staples. Today I appreciated the hassle free return on an unused product.

I cannot get anyone on the phone no matter what time I call. I go in person and no one is interested in helping me. Trying to retrieve photos that I was old would take 3-5 days and 12 days later.still no pictures. I believe they are upgrading their Bank Street store at the expense of their customers. Not good.

I like this store. I'm in there all the time. Other than one recent experience where a tech person refused to admit that he didn't know if Staples sold the item I actually saw on the Staples website (and was pretty condescending in front of 3 coworkers standing by), I've always had good experiences here. Nice, friendly staff. But one person shines! His name is Franklin. He knows EVERYTHING about computers it seems, PC or Mac. But where he really shone was in his truly exceptional customer service. My husband and I were in there 2 days ago to compare pros and cons of purchasing a new computer - trying to decide whether to go with PC or Mac. Franklin ran us through the whole thing, without leaning toward one or the other. He was impartial and thorough. And he didn't take personal credit for his service, either - he attributed it to Staples' stated policy of truly putting the customer's needs first (maybe, but I think Franklin shines above all others). When we left the store, my husband said "I think that was the best service I've ever gotten. "

Today I visited Staples, to buy Office supplies one of customer service representative, her name is Ruveyda. She helped me a lot and she had good skills for customer service

The Staples stores are really great. Sales people don't bother you when your searching or browsing. But they were all willing to help in anyway. I purchased a laptop from Staples it is a cromebook and it works great. Staff are always ready to take any question at any time that they are open.

They've recently renovated this space, and it's really great. Decor is a awesome. Happy goat coffee shop. Co-working space. Some really nice products. Friendly staff. Check it out!

The staff here were very helpful with getting my printing done in time for a deadline after somebody else originally made a mistake.

I like what you are doing Staples. Keep pushing the envelopes and bringing that energy. I can't wait to see what we will accomplish together.

They told us we could recycle a TV. Carlos on the phone. A manager female in her normal cloths not in uniform advised us that it needs to be out of the wooden case.we were going to take it apart and they threaten to call the police and security that we could not disassemble on site. Even though that is exactly what they asked for. Both manager lack proper communication skills. They had no patience to let us figure out an appropriate answer. Solve the problem, they jump to aggressive and defensive over a para ramp. We were temporarily (not even 2 minutes) in the way and no other guest needed the ramp. Carlos continued to chase us out the door and threaten with the police, yet 15 min ago on the phone he mis-informed us over dropping off the TV. Did not take any ownership over his error. Do not take advice because clearly they don't even know there own policies and rules.

What a great experience I just had at this Staples Store.

My orders usually go through Distribution and when I came to pick up my order that was sent here due to a power outage at Distribution, I was amazed that the quality was very similar.

Tyler helped me out at the counter and even assisted with some additional printing that I needed done and was very courteous, knowledgeable, and above all, professional.

Highly recommend this Copy Center!

There's too little help, too little friendliness. The place looks like nobody is really taking care of the facing. I went there to fax documents, but it was hard to figure out how to do it alone.
