Happy with the customer service that they provide their friendly kind and very willing to help if you have any questions about any product that's in that store and if they can't answer your question they will find someone in the store that will be able to answer the question for you I highly recommend Staples to everyone I know thank you Staples

I’ve frequently printed at this Staples location. Taahirah has consistently provided incredible service. She patiently answers my questions and my print orders are always accurate and on time!

Manager is an absolute knob head. I would not shop here ever again. I asked for one Purolator envelope and he wouldn’t provide one so I could ship my documents later from home. Great display of poor customer service and bad management skills.

I went there twice and for both of the time the photo printing machine was down and the team couldn't do anything as there is only one photo printing machine. I don't know why there is only one kiosk for the photo printing, yet I believe the team work on this to make the experience better for the customers in future.

Very clean store, kind staff and overall just a good experience! I like how they have their crayons colour coordinated… Makes the OCD community happy:)

Staples has gone downhill for me! Had to visit several of their stores in order to find the office products I needed (2 magazine holders and 1 pkg of glossy printing paper). Each store barely had any inventory in it, and the staff were more interested in speaking with each other than offering any customer service. To top it off, the instore prices were very high and the tech support I purchased didn't provide the service I requested and was promised.

Used to be a decent store where I could get office supplies and furniture, but now it's barely worth the time to visit considering you have to runaround to more than one store just to get an item and the service is not so good.

Locations had plenty of free and wheelchair accessible parking. Door entry was wheelchair accessible, on one level, and with aisles wide enough to accomodate wheelchairs and persons with disabilities.

The cashier/customer service representative went out of his way to make sure we had the right product. He was friendly, yet professional.

Can't find anything in the store, completely backward and senseless organization of absolutely everything.

Employees act like you're stealing and glare at you, while simultaneously avoiding you by constantly running through the store into the back while on their phones.

Also no indication where the cash is, it literally says "online pickup" above where you're supposed to pay.

Staff aren't very knowledgeable unfortunately. I find when I go in I have to do most of the work cause the staff don't seem to know what I'm looking for or have it. I look around and find it on my own eventually.

So I needed some help to get business cards, went into the store and asked for "help" I was told, you have to do it on line, I've already tried to do it online, I told the lady she said, you have to do it on line. I came to the store because I wasn't able to do it online No help!

Had a question about my laptop and the gentleman was sooo helpful. I just needed to get over the hill and he was great.

Stood around for 45 mins waiting after an employee called for someone to help us, simply to get someone else from staff to help get a printer from the back. Watched as 3 employees sat on computer chairs doing nothing the whole time.

They removed all signs directly leading to the cashier's, many customers were waiting in line not knowing that thy were not even close to the right line waiting to cash out.

You can find lots of office and school gadgets easily.you can print photos, documents and some other stuff.staff is helpful.store is clean and well organized.

I went here to copy some notes and to get them bound and my agent was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She made my experience a very pleasant one. Thank you!

Bad service. Purchased a computer and it needed repair. First I was told it would cost me, by the hour, for them to look at it. When I told them its under warranty and I also purchase the extra warranty program, I was told they can't touch it due to the current pandemic situation even though they're now open to the public. So I decided to wait until the pandemic is over. I want to hear their excuses they'll come up with. I'm only giving them a 2 star because of the associate who was trying to convince them to look at it because, apparently it's an easy fix.

I came looking for a specific cell phone charging stand and the website said there was one in stock. I couldn't find it. A very helpful Associate went to great lengths to find it. He checked the racks then got the ladder and checked the storage area above. He then verified, on the store system, that their system still said they had one. After finding out it was clearance priced he then checked three clearance sections but finally tracked it down to a back office!

I have always used this location for my business needs. Purchased from most departments over the years. After my experience today I will no longer use Staples or recommend them.

Yesterday, I submitted a print document online as it was over a hundred pages and I didn't want to print it myself. I dutifully checked the box that said I had the right to use the material. They charged my credit card and I thought all was good. This morning I get an email cancelling my order and essentially accusing me of intellectual property theft and Oh, I have to call the store if I want a refund. They did not call me first, inquire if I had proof of purchase, nothing. Situation could have been handled with more professionalism and tact.

THIS STAPLES NEEDS TO DO BETTER. I would like to say that I rarely write reviews (almost never) but this one had to be written. This Staples will drive out several potential customers. Their customer service is one that needs an immense (huge, huge) improvement. Workers are rude when they are on call with their customers. There is no form of patience when it comes to assisting the customer on the phone. If they do not know how to perform a task they do not state that they are unsure or ask for assistance from fellow co-workers. Instead they reciprocate their feelings of frustration because of lack of confusion with rudeness to the customer (and this is just on the phone). I do understand that this time is one of their busiest times but this form of rudeness and impatience is on a whole other level. They are also not very clear with their instructions to the customer when it comes to the curb-side pickup. During the curb-side pickup, they do not carefully handle the goods but THROW IT TO THE CUSTOMER. I am writing this not as a way to bash this staples but AS A TOOL FOR CORRECTION because the respect for customers is almost non-existent. The Staples at this location please do better, maintain proper etiquette as well as have respect for your customers.

Don't expect great help at this location so if you need assistance with a product or service be prepared to figure it out on your own.

Ordered some engineering drawings on line. Ordered last night and picked up today curb side. Wonderful efficient service!

The way they behaving with Costomer’s is not right I was standing in line after 18 mint a women comes out and telling us that we are only doing curb side pick up and the only answer she have was go online go online

Went in 2 days ago, to have my laptop checked, under warranty. I was told to return today, because the technician would be onsite. I had asked if I could leave my laptop on Monday but they refused to take it. I was informed today that they do NOT have any technicians onsite & I had to leave my laptop to be sent offsite.

Staff was very helpful with shopping for a new tablet, and they allowed us to return over 25 empty toner cartridges for recycling at a busy time. Thank you again!

Extremely unhelpful. Employees stand around mostly and fraternize. Great way to run a business (into the ground).

Staples currently has some fantastic deals for back to school. Keeping the premises clean and sanitized and observing physical distancing rules. Many other great deals on electronics and other office products. Good time to shop.

VERY HELPFUL
I dealt with two very nice young ladies today in the printing department, they were very kind and explained the problem and helped me out! It was very nice of them.

Both of them had smiles on their faces (you could tell they were smiling even with their masks on) and made me feel welcomed.

I highly recommend not going to staples to print. Printer ate up $20 with barely any sheets printed which is not what I was told. On the bright side, thank god Cassidy and Mason (in training) have superb customer service skills. Thank you.

Best staples in Durham! Store manager understands the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! And is always willing to go out of his way to address if issues arise!

Best customer service I've received in a very long time. We had to get a printer. A young man named Josh assisted us with choosing a printer. He had so much product knowledge and was very pleasant!

Watch an old man trying to find ink he asked for help and the floor staff just pointed and said over there where he could not find anything l went over and helped instead

They gouge. And charge additional costs for services that aren't self service. I won't be using their services again.

The self printing/photocopying and scanning area is atrocious. I think the machines they use are commodore 64s.

Staff are slow and not interactive. Employees are alot better at their job when theyre asking customers what they can do to help and helping customers out that might need assistance with something. The printing section is to slow with a long line and poorly set up

Poor customer service; had waited for so long for help at the computer while the counter was going down.at the end did not get the work expected.

I honestly get confused when I am in the printing copying centre and the staff here know it lol. They are really good and assistance.

Very impressed with the staff in supporting local businesses meet their needs. Joyce and her team went above and beyond to make things happen for us and in the end it all worked out perfectly! Considering this is shortly after opening in-store shopping due to the provincial mandate, I am quite pleased how prepared they were. 5-stars all the way. Thank you Joyce and team. <3

Only store in the area that had the exact Macbook Pro model that I was looking for. Very nice staff. Gave good discount on the printer.

Staples is one of the best most trusting places I have ever been to.
Every time I here we get to go to staples I get all jumpy, and exited.
When I go there I find the stuff I am looking for, and good quality.
Its one of my favourite stores, and I recommend you try it out, and go whenever you can.

The staff here is always there to help you as soon as you walk in the door. Great store for any computer supplies I need and for print outs.

Went in to use their print service and found all of their associates friendly and extremely helpful. I even had an unexpected " Have a great night! " from one of their customer service reps as I walk by on my way out!

This is a great staples store. One of the big ones in Durham region. The customer service is friendly, on spot printing, technical support, office furniture, technology, etc. The locations is also quiet convenient. My go for store for any of our office supply needs.

FedEx drop off, all your office supplies can be picked up in one spot. I've even received a Staples card that can be loaded and used for the copy machines and fax machine. They recently had a sale on all their planners. I picked up a new Daytimer for 2020. A bit pricey but worth it.

I called ahead of my visit here, and asked about a deal on epson printers, where you could receive $50 off if you brought in a used printer. The person I spoke with on the phone said that Staples does not do that anymore, which was fine because the printer I was looking at was already $100 off. When I got to the store, I saw a sign attached to the model I wanted saying that the deal I called about was still on. Joshua came over and helped me with this, and I told him the situation and that I would come back tomorrow to get the printer, but he insisted on helping us, so much so that he got his manager to approve the $50 off and are able to bring in the printer tomorrow! He was so friendly and helpful the entire time, and i’ve never had service like that at staples! He’s very personable and memorable. Thank you so much for all of your help Joshua!

Always a good place to get office supplies for those items that are used at home. I have never been disappointed with thier selections, and that covers quite a few years! Have a great day everyone.
