Very new and spacious. Love this location more than previous location the other side of Hwy 7.

So this is more of a review of Staples photo website, but there is no place to leave a review there. I couldn't place any order. Every time I tried it said my credit card # was invalid. It's especially ridiculous because it's the holidays, so fix your website. This is 2023. Terrible experience, do not print your photos here.

Christian and Anusha helped save me today in a crisis. Huge shoutout for them helping me today last minute. Really was a huge life savour. We need more people like Christian and AnuSha. If your the GM reading this please make sure they are recognized for there efforts

I had a last minute photo printing job ahead of my sister's wedding and I was lucky enough to have been helped by Denise and Anusha. Both of them went very out of their way to make sure that I got my photo printed on time and that it was done perfectly. Truly some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you Denise and Anusha for your patience and expertise - you're life savers!

AVOID THIS STORE. Employees are rude, miserable, unapproachable, have no idea what they're doing, and laugh in your face. I've dealt with this store for a while and have taken my business elsewhere. They've messed up $700 print jobs and left me stranded for a trade show, I've called for product availability, told it's in stock, only to drive in and find out it's not, the list goes on. More than anything, I'm baffled at the lack of professionalism from the GM, down to part timers. Print area is the worst, by far! If you hate your life or your job that much, it's time to move on. What a shame, as the store itself is neat, but literally every human in that building is useless and clearly miserable. If you read all the 1 star reviews, it's all about the employees, not the store itself. DO BETTER.

I had excellent shopping experience at the colossus location. The general manager Feng deserves a 5 star! He is very professional and friendly. He resolves issue at his top priority whenever he got called.

The cashier is also value customers. When there is a huge line up today with some returns. She managed to taking customers with 2 different registers to speed up the check out process.

This location also has accurate stock information that matches online stock information. I can easily find the items I'm looking for.

The store is very clean and tidy. Everything is well organized. There is always staff around the store and happy to assist you

A calm and orderly environment with an excellent layout and a great variety of products, coupled with the respectful behavior of the employees. I am happy that I bought from this store.

Jay went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Made sure we left with all the items we had questions about and mentioned we needed to complete our task. Fast, efficient, friendlyand polite.

Wasted my time and money. First time at Staples. It doesn't warn my doc couldn't be printed in size I want.

I would rather give half a star because of the poor sales associates and customer service. I went on the store looking to buy some tech and desk accessories. I asked someone to help me and they walked away. I've never been somewhere this unprofessional.

Had a poor experience with customer service. Samsung monitor was on sale for display $139.99 at the store. The cashier and the manager refused to sell it saying the sale ended yesterday. They should have taken the price off or given a discount but refused to do so. Beware of their price tags.

Waited for half an hour to get my five month olds passport photo done and no one helped us. They were helping other people in line who got there way after me and left me standing by the passport photo sign. Got frustrated and left.

I wanted to mention the outstanding display of customer service I received at Staples Colossus. I had Allen go up and beyond what I would have expected. He fixed a Shredder for me taking it apart and cleaning the jam and putting it back together, I was greatly impressed with the extra service I received.

I usually come to this location and staff are super friendly to post my packages. But this time the new guy or manager was super rude and not helpful at all.

Don't buy anything from here especially headphones as they won't take returns if it looks like you opened the box even if you actually didn't. Don't even get how staples is still in business when there's so many other better retailers. Buy stuff from Amazon cause they have so much better customer support and returns services.

Super friendly staff. Went there in the evening and my questions were answered in the electronics department and I found the other items I needed on my own.

Don't bother calling for curbside pick up - they never answer the phone. And the wait indoors at the counter was super long. The pictures I printed came out good though.

No one will pick up the phone and when you go in store they just tell you they can’t assist you and you have to put orders in. Waste of time, not convenient, not of why use.

I wanted to make copies of prints and had to go to this location twice. The first time, there were 6 employees, I was the second customer in line and waited 30mins until I gave up and left. The second time I was the first customer and waited for 15mins while all employees looked but did not approach.

I thought Staples would be better quality (especially for the amount charged) but was absolutely disappointed when none of my 4x6 prints were the same size. Quick and dirty job, poor cutting. Please save yourself the money and time, do not come here.

I placed an order for some documents to be printed (6 pages). I got the email my order was ready for pick up, I went the following day. I ask one of 5 or 6 employees if I had to stand in line or could they help me since it was paid for and ready for pick up. She said she could help, ask for my name and never came back. She was chatting with the other employees behind the counter, with the FedEx guy and finally left behind the counter. I ask another employee me to get my item and ask for the manger. A young man came claiming to be the manger, he apologized but kept staring this Yonge women was just busy training and it’s not her fault. If you have a person who provided customer service as poorly as she did you surely wouldn’t want her training anyone. Not one of those staff members behind the counter offered any type of good customer service to any one I observed in line, they were all rude, snippy and slow but found time to talk to each other in between each action they did while serving a customer

The customer service was amazing. The Staples associate Damian was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive.

Don’t bother, the lines take forever even if you’re just there to pick up an order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Extremely rude staff and very lazy as well. I wish there was something else close to me. Avoid the print shop.

Attention management. I was in this store for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me with a laptop purchase and not one person approached me. They didn’t even have to do much besides get me the laptop off the shelf so I could buy it. The store was dead and a few staff members even made eye contact but never asked me if I needed help. When I tried to flag them down they would look the other way. How is this store operating without any working employees? Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Great place to be. Supervisor Faith is so helpful and extremely friendly when cashing me out. He provided excellent customer service. This is my new staples location and will come back again

Unbelievable Experience I stand on the line need to take a picture a young lady Miriam from the photo department was to busy talking in the phone with her friend for more the 5 minute totally AROGANTE and DISRESPECTFUL POINT ME LIKE i am HER pet!

The photo centre is so bad. Only one person working all the time, very slow NEVER and I repeat NEVER answers the phone. Takes forever for me to just get a photo, that I can go inside Walmart to get for just 10 seconds. They need to step up there game

Great selection of school, and office supplies. Lots of variety, and friendly staff willing to assist.

So what happened? Is this location closed? I called in and no matter what option you choose, there is no answer and the auto answer keeps on repeating the same message. Are you open?

Not impressed. Second time I have wanted curbside pickup, but cannot get through on the phone line. The option buttons do not work. Today, Saturday November 27, I went in around 1: 30pm and told customer service that I tried for curbside but it wasn’t working again. The older lady just shrugged and said “Okay”. I let them know that this was the second time I tried and she just said “okay” again.
So during these CoVid times when we supposedly have the option for curbside pickup, Staples Colossus, can you please tell me how to activate your curbside pickup?
And.could you please train your associates to respond to customers with more than “okay”?

One of my favorite one stop place to get all my stationary items be it for work or creative endeavors.

The staff was nice to help me get the heavy items to my car, appreciated the extra help they offered.

If you are looking for decent quality and relatively cheap art supplies, then Staples is a good choice to start off with rather than Michael's.

After my most recent attempt at ordering from these guys I now know what my brother meant when he said Staples is on its way out. I ordered a printer, some pens and some tape. Printer never showed up, then the tape and pens didn't show up either. Took me a week of multiple emails and calls to get my money back for undelivered product. Additionally, wasn't even given any sort of explanation. I guess Staples ran out of bic pens and tape. I certainly wont even try to get something from these guys again and if your a fan, get your stuff now as I can promise you these guys are now as important to society as fax machines and homing pigeons. Just another giant corp, asleep at the wheel and couldn't keep up with the times, or even standard staples.pun intended.

Usually shop in Brampton but visited here a few weeks ago since I was close by. Great selection and I was impressed by the customer service from Jonathan

Very organized and lots to choose from. The young asia lady who attended to me was very nice, kind and helpful in explaining and making sure i got everything i came there to buy. But the other lady that came into the picture i had to get her name, her name is shrerene she was disrespectful to me for no reason spoke rudely to me for no reason. If she doesn't like her job she should not be working there.

Bad customer service! Don't go there for passport picture. Went there with my son and the guy Hakim took so long. He started doing other things after he asked me to take out my baby. I waited arround 45 min and then my baby started crying! And then he told me that the camera is not working. So after 45 min wait with a newborn I have no passport picture.

If you are planning to get id picture for passport in staples please don't even think of it. Very horrible experience they keep telling that your face is oily even to a 9 yrs kid they said the face is oily but he's actually not. There's no even oil on the oil paper absorbent. The problem was their white backround with light plus the flash of the camera. We spent almost an hour and we decided to go other place and turned out verywell not even complaining for oily face.

Worst customer service ever!
Came in to ask if they passport picture for a 3 month old. The lady at the entrance yes so I took my son inside and waited 25 mins in the line. My my turn came the guy said their system is not working. I insisted him to try again so he went on to pick his camera and ask me to take out son from the seat. I took him out and he went to do something else for 10 mins with me holding my son in my hands. He came back and tried to take a picture and he got to know that his camera isn't working. I wasted 45mins waiting and in the end came back with nothing!
They have only two guys working there and there's a long line and no one cares!

Not sure if it was just because the guy was being unhelpful, but high-end printing option were pretty limited. Couldn't even get glossy photo's.

This location is very clean and organized. I didn't really have much interaction with staff except the cashier. I understand that the store was not busy during the peak hours. This cashier looked so bored out of his mind. Didn't say hello, didn't ask if I had air miles, or have a nice day. Just read the total and how I'm paying.the bare minimum interaction.

Since nothing really wowed me here. I'll just give a 3 rating star for now. Just an average shopping day for paper and computer ink.

This used to be the old Rona, they converted it a to multi Plaza with one of the units as a Staples. Exterior has a different look than the other traditional Staples. Plenty of parking.

Very bad customer service. Lots of attitude. So I left without buying anything and went way to Brampton to shop.

Checkout takes forever at this location, I once waited 20-25 minutes in line here, I never wait more than 5 minutes at any other Staples so not sure what the issue is with this location

This location is okay but experience was not amazing either. Pretty good selection of items organized decently. Staff are somewhat helpful but many were a little lethargic to be honest like no energy, smiles, or enthusiasm. So many things are also only available online, what's the point of having a physical store if customers cannot purchase most of the items there?

I when into Staples to get a copy of confidential information converted to pdf 1 page. She told I had to fill out a form and come back in a hour to pick up. There was another lady being next to me she had a few papers and she was being help right on the spot. I had to waste two trips to go get a 1 piece of paper into a pdf I would understand if it was 50 pages or more but not one and you know the funny part is it wasn't busy at all. I saw on my way out her playing with computer after I left and there was no one so yo tell me if thats good customer service. I go in there almost every day and I have never have this issue. The other is to there should be deleting the file right in front of you.how do they delete the information how about if your credit card on there for example.the file was not deleted in front of me Theses people should be fired for something like this I spoke to store manager and told me it was standard to fill out a form he did care to find out the real story from the employee.

Great location. Great selection and some quality products. Staff ask me if I needed help shortly after my arrival. It's a good one.

Complete store in office supplies. Good specials in smart phones, and their insurance guarantee works perfect. I buyed Sky smartphone for $99.00 + tax, after 18 months of used the phone stop working correctly and I bring back to Staples to fixed and for my surprise they give me gift card for $102.00 x refund!

Costumer service, non existent. Had to wait forever to see somebody to get informations concerning a laptop.

Nothing especially good. Nothing especially bad. Staff are undertrained. Considering how big the store is and Sal the water vertical space in the place, you'd think they'd have a greater selection.

Website claims that this location is family friendly for passport photos but they lack the tools necessary to take infant pictures. We journeyed to this location based off of Staples website with 2 infants and left with no pictures. Cant help to feel like this is false advertisement as it lured us into the store for services they cannot provide.

Staff n management make staples great.prices are much better than Walmart. (Bottom feeders) - zero customer service at Walmart.

Print staff was incredible helpful! Juanny (pronounced uni I believe) went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be back.

Staples is a great place for office supplies, and school supplies. Today I went to Staples to print out some pictures that I needed for a project. The printing was easy but expensive. In you local library you can get it for cheeper, like 40 cents per page, but in Staples they charge you not only for the printing but for the time on the computer too. How annoying. Anyways Staples has great staff and great products, but is expensive.

This experience of mine at Staples was a true waste of time. I was using the self serve printer and when I was done no photocopies or receipt were obtained. Due to the fact that there was no paper in the machine. I asked one staff member for assistance and I was brushed off. Then I spoke to the manager named Inas who was no help whatsoever. They said as they were closing there was a glitch in the system. Which was no help to me because I did not receive photocopies or a receipt. And then I was told to come back another time in order to get my refund which is a great inconvenience.

Go to place for office and computer supplies, always have things in stock and checkout is decently fast.

Staples Woodbridge did an excellent job with my posters. They are professional and knowledgeable and most of all fantastic customer service.
