Sham is a very pleasant, accommodating, hard-working, and high-expertise manager of the Printing section of the Staples store. She was always engaged and accommodated my different printing needs, even as my options and preferences needed adaptations over time. She is honest, attentive, and takes care of each individual need. She always went through each process step-by-step to make sure her customers are well-informed and well-protected in all elements of printing security and protection, reassuring me that all documents are protected, encrypted, and deleted on the server with high respect and care for her customers' documents privacy and answered all questions with expertise and fluidity.

She took thoughtful attention to what the customer needed and treated me with unbiased respect and open-mindedness, with a desire to keep communication transparent. She also went above and beyond her standard roles and responsibilities by also accommodating all printing requests efficiently, quickly, and respectfully to streamline important administrative & technical situations and made sure it gets resolved even if it is beyond the scope of her work, showing care to the customer to make sure that I had the best experience possible. She is a true reflection of excellence at Staples and made the customer's journey a perfect and streamlined process. I truly appreciated her help, and I would like to thank her very much!

Very bad and worst customer service!

Worst staple store i have ever visited. I have ordered an item to be delivered to the store and it got delivered there one day prior to delivery date. It was received by Ahmed “as stated in the email from staple Canada. I visited the store on the same day I received email but the online service representative told me that they haven’t received it yet. Also, they said no one named Ahmed work at the store. We visited the store next day too after enquiring with customer support for staple, unfortunately their response was same as the previous day. The ridiculous part was when we asked to do a thorough check the representative was so denying, as said that he knows everything as he is working there since long. We gave a call to customer support in front of them and asked manager to talk with them this time. To my surprise, they could find it then and there at their warehouse. Such a worst service they are providing on online order and pick up.

Nick in the SolutionShop is the epitome of kindness and helpfulness. Poor service at the photo booth. Firstly uninformed staff said that they will provide only 2 physical copies of photo for Canada passport application and no digital copies. When I spoke to the manager he said that they will provide digital copies as well in my USB. I gave them the USB and they said they have put them in my USB only to find out after driving home that they had not copied it into the USB. Very poor customer service. For photo services I would say avoid this staples branch.

I had such a bad experience with photo centre, I ordered a photo print and after a week of waiting for preparation, I found the quality very bad. The staff didn't refund my money as it was a custom order. Thats so disappointing. They not only didn't refund my money but even didn't apologize for such a bad quality.

Why would Staples still opens at noon on Sunday? So many families are visiting in late morning with kids and all are disappointed. I understand if we were still in the peak pandemic restricted time with shorter hours, but not that makes sense now.

This store probably doesn't even care about the review that i am writing now but FYI if anyone is dropping off a parcel such as DHL or fedex, make sure you stick the label before you go. They won't provide the plastic label sleeve nor tape to stick it. Had to go another place to drop off my DHL and they were happy to provide me the sleeves and trust me this is not the first time i am dropping off a parcel and it never happened that i actually had to turn away because i didn't stick the label. Come on it's staple. At least he could have suggested me to use the tape if they don't want to give a sleeve.

Worst experience I have ever had calling a store. Their phone menu literally RESTARTS if you press zero. When I eventually made my way through the maze that is the phone dial tone prompt system to actually speak to an associate, no one picked up. I am so excited for the day that Staples finally declares its long due bankruptcy.

Non of the printers are working due to the NETWORK ISSUE. Ask me to wait 5-10mins for it. Which means force you to print from a staff.

Very bad customer service I experienced today. If there is zero start I will do. I went in for a simple courier service within Canada. I had everything ready just need a label for shipping. There was another customer in front of me sending lots of items. I waited patiently for a while. The girl asked help from her college (a south asian lady), instead of offering help in either way, the college asked me to come again the next day saying they are not able to help me with 10 minutes away from the store close. First of all, any customer who came in before the store closes should be served; secondly, it was a lie that it takes 20 minutes to process my courier. Simple types in the address and create a label can be done in 5 minutes. Thirdly, in a rainy day for a simple courier service I was asked to come again the next day, do they think I will still come? Not only for courier service I will not come for any other business and will not recommend anyone to come at all! Too bad the store manager couldn't manage to help and solve the simple problem.

Very helpful, friendly staff. I called to place a hold on a few items to pick up the next day and Kiana was very helpful. She had it ready for me at the front of the store when I came in. The staff then offered to bring the items to my car for me. Great experience!

Terrible customer service and no professionalism at all. Was there today and asked 4 staffs to check the availability of an item and no one helped me. I'll never be back there and I wish I could give them zero stars instead of one.

David has been amazing to deal with. He continuously solves problems that come up and works extremely hard to satisfy customers. He has kept me updated constantly and continues to keep in touch to make sure I know everything that’s going on. David has seriously gone above and beyond and deserve some serious recognition. This world needs more people who try and solve problems and satisfy the needs of customers like David.

Print service is extremely unprofessional!
Customer service isn't well trained, no patience and rude to client. If you don't want to have a suck day, go another place.
Staple manager should pay attention to this, because I believe I am not the only one experience this, otherwise your business reputation will be sullied!

Someone mentioned it here already, but it is worth repeating to give recognition.

Sham from the Solution Centre is outstanding. Sham took the time to assist us with what we needed, had patience to review whether we included all required documents, innovated a solution when material needed for a shipment was unavailable, and provided genuine connection.

Sham understood customers' needs and provided exceptional customer service.

Worst staples ever. Ordered something online, and their warehouse delivery incompetent person did not even bother delivering it, after the item was delivered twice. Ignored all instructions from customer service and now the item is out of stock. Thanks staples, will definitely switch over to Amazon from now on, better pricing anyway.

Ordered a tablet online and went there for pick up. Four workers were working on online pickup service desk, and none of them were wearing masks. Aren't they supposed to wear masks?
One of the workers gave me attitude when I asked for a bag, as she threw the bag on the counter.
It is shocking how unprofessional and bad they are at doing the most simple tasks.

I went this store for exchange today.
First, employee did refund then she helped me to purchase again.
All of sudden, the price was over $50.

Employee said it isn't on sale anymore.
I was very embarrassed and never seen like this happen.
After that, store manager came to me to tell me it is the policy. Still, even if it is a policy they must notice me before they do something.
That means people can not exchange with sale price even if it is damaged or something.
I was so disappointed with the customer service since I always stop by for my kids art things.
If they explained me before they did anything, I didn't have feel like this and would get it.

Hope I could go there with smile again.

P. S - I checked the policy. It is totally different what manager said.

Their passport photos and print section are not professional specifically for young babies.
Some of the staff are full of attitudes and not professional in dealing with customers.

This is a great store with a great Team. The cashiers are always smiling and helpful. The GM in particular, Gurpreet, was very accommodating when we had an issue with a return (which was our fault). He is almost always at the store when we visit weekly, so he's not one of those leaders who stay in their office away from the customers. He's right there on the floor with his Team. Thanks for being a "Staple" in our community:)

Customer service at this location is terrible. I came here twice to print and both times I was brushed off when I tried to ask the staff for help.then I was pretty much left to my own devices to try to figure out the printer and computer system. Staples is a great company, but other locations are much better.

Very disappointed at the print shop. They couldn't figure out how to print a document with letter and tabloid sizes? While I was paying, I was cut off by another customer and I had to wait for them to finish their conversation?

Overpriced, a 20 page document shouldn't cost $15 to print.

I was there on a very quiet afternoon and the only one at check out. I have to wait because the cashier was busy chatting with the other 4 staffs. Then she finally saw me, scanned the items and held my money then turn away from me to continue the conversation before she could finish off the transaction. I wish I work there.

This is a fantastic Staples. I printed out a pdf for more than 6 times due to the wrong orientation of the pages, but they got the fee of printing only once!
The staff are really patient and friendly. They are well behaved and polite. I’m generally very satisfied with the service!

Not there best Staples location obviously, visited here yesterday. They have decent selection on items, but the pricing is quite demanding and the staff seem quite clueless. I went over here so I could buy a big paper calendar for my back to school needs and they sent me over to aisle 6. There were some calendars over there but they were laminated and they were the dry erase type and I SPECIFICALLY told the staff that I was looking for a pair type. After some mumbling, the staff sent me over to aisle 5. Well guess what? There was NOTHING related to calendars at all in aisle 5. At this point, I was frustrated. I decided to ask another employee since the first one was obviously clueless. The second sent me to aisle 10, and I finally found some calendars. They were reasonable priced at 7$. Cool, but they all started at Jan 2020 and I needed fall of 2019. At this point, I decided screw it. I bought two of the same calendar because I needed 4 supplementary months and the summer for each one only counted as 2 months. After a TON of HASSLE, I went over to the cashier and finally purchased my items. Would have rated 1 star if the pricing for the paper calendars was a bit higher or if there were NO calendars at all. If this store wants to have a chance to be competitive, they need to lower their general pricing, and their staff needs to become more knowledgeable asap.

The people working there are amazing. I’ve been going to this location for the past 6 years, but more so recently. I had a few problems from the shipping end but they helped resolve them for me. They’ve helped me with every concern or question I asked, and they’ve recommend products which suit me best. Some memorable employees include Valentine, Gellie, Sunny, and Bis. Amongst some others whose names I didn’t catch, these employees have checked the back for stock of items I was interested in, and they have sat there tirelessly on the phone with other locations and their shipping department figuring out the problems which occurred.
Definitely a great environment and I look forward to my next visit!

Had to buy a new printer for my small business, and Valentine helped me find one for office printing. He showed me an HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 printer that did double sided printing and double sided scanning as well. Inks are less expensive the laser printing. Great quality and fast. Valentine listened to what I wanted, and gave me the perfect one! No pressure and great experience.

Been printing all my business documents and they are looking great and saves me a lot of time.
