It's the end of the night 5 minutes to closing and Lucas in the print center took the time to help me cut my artwork. I just came from work so I couldn't come any earlier and I needed to cut them in order to sell them at an event I'll be at 1st thing in the morning. Thank you Lucas. You are appreciated.

I work in the area so this is one my goto shops for tech and office supplies. I have to say the customer service is amazing.

Every time I needed to return an item or needed assistance almost all of the staff there are super helpful and very friendly. They really do give the warm welcoming vibe.

They printed my Law Society Materials Reasonably priced, their printer ink was reasonably priced; customer service is beyond knowledgeable and very welcoming and willing to give u a hand at any turn I couldn't be more satisfied with the help and knowledge I got from Staples employees.

Ordered 50 custom menus from Canva for an event to be picked up here. Canva cut the menus all different, resulting in a poorly executed finish. Jason was wonderful and helped retrieve the file from Canva and was able to reprint and cut for me on the spot - free of charge. Him and Lillian were both apologetic for an issue that was Canva’s error, not Staples. Truly above and beyond customer service. Thank you, both!

Had a wonderful experience with two staff members today! I was helped on the floor while shopping and the cashier checking me out was so kind!

I had a very poor experience at copy centre provided by long haired gentleman. I wasted lots of time trying to get copies at the machine and after 40 min I ended up walking away empty handed. I have noticed other customers struggling and asking him for help, only to be sent off to the copier. Very poor customer service from an employee, I won't be coming back.

Liliyan helped fix everything! I was in a crunch when I accidentally ordered my cards too late. She had them made quickly for me at the Staples in Ancaster and was so helpful. Thank you Liliyan!

Had a really great experience dealing with David and Jonny from print. They were extremely professional and experienced. As a business owner, I really appreciated the extra care they took for my large order. Thanks so much guys!

Was there today needed help to print some documents. The young lady was not very helpful basically not showing me how to.print few pages.went yo manager and she was even worse. They don't car about cundtomet service at all. Take your business elsewhere where. They are garbage and rude.

I had a horrible experience yesterday. One of the workers was being very rude. We asked him questions and he was showing attitude. He even said the F word.
Also, he was giving wrong information.

We only asked to help us with the printer because it was our first time.

Oct 22,2022 completed online order for printing 1-3 days pick up for ancaster arrived as I did not get a confirmation that it was completed in 5 days and was told it went to the hub and will be ready in 2 more days. I spoke to manager and asked why I was not notified about this order being delayed and it was not a large order to be sent to the hub. He did not offer to print in store but I ended up cancelling my order and will only deal with the Milton location as they are on time and quick. Terrible customer service.will not come back.

This place is the best, photocopying, shrinking paperwork, plastisizing, all done while you wait, so helpful

Jason helped us with printing out supplies needed for my wedding! He was very helpful and kind. 10/10 service. Would definitely come back again.

Only 3 stars because of the so so service. Waited in the online order pick up line, when it was my turn I gave my info, gentleman at the register told me in a very rude way that I was in the wrong line and should be in the print / photo area. Not sure how I should know that? Proceded to the print section and the service representative was fantastic. Product I received was just as ordered, happy with that part.

Staples has provided me with a lot of great printing services through the years that are reasonably priced. I've just recently have done laminating services and they're actually better price than some. They are definitely following covid Ontario Health guidelines and the store is kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I recommend this place.

My wife and I visited Staples Ancaster and were pleasantly met by a staff member named Abdul. He was super helpful / knowledgeable in helping us choose the right tablet with all the right apps for our son. We were VERY happy with his service.

Was able to get the vaccine certificate laminated. They were able to do this in a timely manner.

Staff are very nice and friendly, although you really gotta pay attention to the price tag and make sure it’s for what your buying, because last time I got charged more than what I thought I was paying.

I love the store for office supplies, but it’s overall a headache for both technology purchases or online orders. I avoid their curbside pickup as the staff seems to hate them, and they’re always mishandled.

I was at Staples in Meadowlands, in Ancaster, today and Max helped me understand the differences in laptops. I can only say that Max did an outstanding job: he was patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, understanding and helpful. I was truly impressed and all I can say is Thank You.

Had an incredibly disappointing call with a customer service rep at the Ancaster location. I called to follow on an item I paid for but did not receive in my curb side pick up order. Without asking for my order number the customer service associate first told me that the items were not picked because they weren’t in stock and I should check my email. Once I told her my email confirmed that I should have received the item that I didn’t, the response changed to well then come in and get what you need. I then asked if she could confirm whether they in fact have the item that I need in stock so that I avoid coming in if I don’t need to, the response was I can’t check that because we are really busy right now. What a complete disaster! Honestly, if she was simply nice to me and quickly checked her stock, this disappointing exchange could have been avoided.

Went in to purchase some office supplies and I asked Brittany which aisle the supplies were in and was told, “Not my problem I’m about to go on break”. They made me feel bad about asking for assistance, I struggle talking to strangers due to my anxiety.

It is the usual stAples. However the staff we interacted were kind of spaced out. Not what I was expecting.

Curbside was excellent, I ordered a colour printer, got an email 10 minutes later saying it's ready, drove to the store, called the number and they quickly brought it out.awesome service. Thank you

I sent in an order for a photo to be printed, and it was ready the same day. Fine. What I wish they would've done, though, was call me and say "hey the quality of this photo is garbage, would you like it printed in a smaller size? "
But instead they put it in my trunk (for curbside pickup) and I drove home thinking all was good. When I looked at the print it was fuzzy and pixelated. Not knowing, it would turn out that way. I have wasted time and money.

Again, I just wish they would've called so I can make the change

I looks like this Staples store has employees who doesn't seem to follow the safety procedures and definitely does not verify the customer he is delivering the products to. Terrible services here.

The photocopy team works extremely hard to get my projects done on time. They are a super busy team and they are always friendly and greet people when they see them.

When one of the only customers in the store and three employees are standing behind the printing area gossiping and told that it would take six hours to have one photo printed is a bit ridiculous.

Head over to Walmart (unfortunately) - photo printed within 5 minutes.

Had the item we wanted in stock and brought it out to our vehicle. Staff loaded it into our vehicle.

Store hours posted are incorrect or there answering machine message is wrong. Open 12-5 pm or 10-6 pm? Which one!

Picking up product can get frustrating.

Decent prices on sale items, well stocked, good variety of products, near impossible to get help from an employee.

Last week we had to get a laptop for kids because School is now online and at home. Since I work at home half the week and then have to be at the hospital half the week we only have one computer so this was a desperate need for us because my kids will not have a computer when I was home. The we spoke to Ryan in the computer department he was awesome very honest and told us what would work best for us. We never had a chrome book before but that’s with the kids use at school it’s an amazing computer and I’m glad I listened to him. The tech guy called me the next a few days later because things needed to be done on the computer because it was a demo model his name was Alex awesome guy as well super helpful and friendly. I think the store managers name was Chad I could be wrong the next day when the stores actually got closed he came out to do a curb side drop off to me he was super helpful the day and awesome. I get everything you guys are doing and going through since I currently am working at McMaster Children’s Hospital going through this crazy time I can appreciate all the hard work and effort you guys Put in. All I can say is I appreciate the honesty, knowledge and kindness from Ryan and helpfulness from your tech guy Alex and manager during times like these are really good experience is needed because times are tough for everybody so thank you keep up the great work guys.

They always have what you need, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's clean and organized. It's just a staples, nothing fancy.

Had some issues printing at the print shop but when I explained the issue to the employee (Jesse) he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Could not be more happy with my experience there. He saved the day helping me print my assignment and personally, I believe he is the staples equivalent to superman. Thank you Jesse!

Brutal. This location is a prime example of complacency and indifference by some staff and management. The 'customer' has disappeared completely from 'customer service' at this location. If stores are assuming that 'online shopping' is affecting business.it's not. It's the lack of customer service while employees languish on the sidelines. This Staples location, and in particular their printing department, lacks professionalism and expedience. If you have a printing job to be done.this ISN'T the place to go.

Sold out of almost everything I was looking for. When I got to the cash the cashier was busy socializing with some people, after about5 minutes she decided to help the lady in front of me then she went back to socializing with the other people. That's when I put down on the counter the things I managed to find and walked out, never to return to this location.

The printing service at this location is terrible. I needed to print out a board for a business competition. When I received this board, the sides were not cut straight! I also ordered business cards and asked them numerous times to have them ready before my competition day. After excessive calling, they were still not ready. Furthermore, I talked to both the online customer service and an employee in the store. They both said that they would be ready the next day and way before the date that I wanted them by. When I went to pick them up, the employee told me that there was no way that the cards that I asked for would have been ready by that day. The different answers that I have received from different employees is what I dislike about this location.

Located in the heart of the meadowlands. I found their staff mattermatter-of-fact or not overwhelmingly warm. Trying to utilize their copy centre can be frustrating. When you ask for help the staff almost make you feel as though you have imposed on them. I found the prices for photocopying foxing to be excessively high.

I wouldn't use the printing services at this particular location again. Customer service is poor and there's a lack of communication among staff members. I would just head over to the Limeridge location for printing/marketing needs.

When my dad passed away, I went to Staples to get some memorial pamphlets printed. After having trouble printing these online, I called the store and they told me to come in and they would help. When I got to the store, I had a hard time finding anyone to help me and when they did, they were so rude that I started crying in the middle of the store before having to excuse myself. I will never shop here again. A truly terrible customer service experience.

If you're looking for a great printing store, definitely visit Henry's. After crying in Staples, I went there and they immediately found a rep to help. They sat down, made some photo edits and recommendations, told me how sorry they were for my loss and gave me the memorial brochures on the house.

Something is lacking here. The electronics are a bit overpriced (but they do price match). Some of the stuff is outdated, but the staff try their best to be helpful, and there are a variety of services provided here. Wish airmiles was 1 for $20 like other stores. I tend to use the website more frequently than the store, but its a good place depending what you're looking for.

Dont put your credit card on the copier/printer machine that charges 30 cents per minute. The operating system seemed like windows 99. And it didnt print anything. Charged me 2.7 $ for a paper that wasnt even printed. I wanted to kick and break it but i wasnt pushed byond my boiling point otherwise i would have done it. (its not about 2.7$. Its about companies becoming sneakier and sneakier in grabbing money they have not given service for).

A last minute printing project and a klutzy client! That said, it was beautifully handled by Stephanie. Very happy with my experience here

Really good! I ordered online for pick up. When I went to go pick it up the whole transaction was super fast and easy, they just needed a signature. Fastest pick up!

Great location and has everything a Staples should. I use it mostly for printing documents and the price is reasonable. Also they have a pretty good computer laptop and accesories selection.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, and merchandising. Couldn't find certain items and then couldn't find anyone to ask where they would be or if they were in stock, so I had to walk down every aisle. Cashier was fast and polite though.
