Was in this store yesterday and because i was wearing a hat and a covid mask due to my allergies and constint sneezing the manager at the time MEGHAN short caucasian lady was extremly rude and demanding she rubbed me off as a person who doesnt like people of color and someone who enjoys to abuse there authority if you go to this location and are a person of color beware you might be subjected to this type of treatment

Just went to this Staples and had an amazing experience.
I went in to buy some push pins for a Bristol board, and when I found them I brought them to the till to pay for it.

The kind lady behind the till seemed a little confused why I, a customer, had gone to the till. I happily explained my intent to purchase the 100 pack of push pins, and she seemed to understand.

Perhaps the lady is new to the region, but she asked me "Why do you talk like that? ". I am aware that the Southwestern Ontario accent is a little strong, but the question seemed a little out of the blue, and I had not been expecting it. Attempting to break tension, I joked that I've been talking this way my whole life, since I learned to do it when I was three. She didn't seem to appreciate my sense of humor.

When I was ready to pay, I took out my debit card, tapped it on the screen, collected my push pins and made way for the door. My friend who was finishing their shopping in the store approached me outside, informing me that the lady had called me a moron!

I've never experienced such exemplary customer service, and am appalled that this middle aged lady has such a meager position for the hard work she puts into the Staples brand. I would strongly recommend a managerial position for her, as her customer service skills are the best I've seen in years.

This location is great, the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I was not at all upset by the fact that they don't offer public washrooms, as this is a somewhat rough area and I assume it is a matter of safety for the employees. Also, I am an adult and thought to use the washroom before I left my home and I do not have tantrums in public. I would give it six stars if I could.

After spending 20 mins and over $25 in the store, store staff and Manage Paolo refused me to use their store washroom when I was in desperate need to use, saying it’s not for public use, even though they new I a customer and part of their earnings come from the our business (money we spend)
Highly disappointed and not giving my business ever again to this particular Staples on Clark road or any other staples who refuse their customers the washroom access when in need, No logic behind or any explanation provided, just refuse….

Overall I was satisfied but I had to find someone to help me with chairs as there was no staff on the floor in that area to help.

James is an absolute beauty, helped us find the desk we needed it, pulled it out back, rang us up and had us loaded and out the door in under 10 minutes. Super helpful, A+ experience

I purchased a very expensive fountain pen here a few years ago. Now they have stopped selling that brand of pen and the ink refill. I will take my business and money elsewhere from now on.

No bathrooms available for customers using paid computer system. Was told to log off and come back. For solution. Really respectfully for disabled & local residents of London.

With a vast selection of products and printing services you cannot go wrong. Lots of parking and fairly close to other stores.

The isles were organized and a clean store.

We have been doing business with this location for over 15 years. The management seems to do an incredible job with selecting people-oriented and helpful staff. A special thank you to Jordan and Mehri today who provided excellent customer service in the print department. They were incredibly, kind and even though they were busy, they managed to find time to help me get my work done. Karl has been there for years in the tech department and he is always super courteous as well. I could never think of taking my business anywhere else.

This is really funny. I admire that staples don’t sell umbrella. Educate the front end employees. Bad vibe.

I have, in the past used this store extensively. I have had issues over the years but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went there today to purchase a computer bag, and an office chair. During my shopping I asked where the restrooms where and was told that they weren't open due to COVID. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that they were too busy to deal with such issues. I had to leave so that I could use another washroom. I did end up going to the Staples at Richmond and Fanshawe Park Road. Their washrooms were open to the public.

Great place, a really useful shop if you want to get your passport photos taken or you want to take a custom printout.
I usually visit staples to get my custom print done and it's so fast and easy to access.
The staff are really friendly and the shop is well maintained.
They also provide in-store WiFi.

The staff here will bring you right to the item you're looking for. The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

I purchased a DVD player for my computer. I am a senior and could not get it to work When I went back to the store Jordan and his assistant made me feel very comfortable. They couldn’t get it to work either. I didn’t have my receipt. No problem. They just looked up the serial number on the date I told them that I purchased it. Hassle free. Thank you for your patience, politeness and treating me with respect.

I was impressed with the knowledge this young group of staff knew about all their products. Well done with their training Staples!

Good deal on pictures to be taken for official purposes, passport, visa, etc. In 2 mins they print out the pic and give a receipt and will refund if it is rejected

Nice staff. One stop to make photocopies or print stuff. Black and white is 12 cents per page. You can also take passport, PR and citizenship pictures for 15 dollars for 2 copies. Parking is awesome. Lots of electronic stuff, bags, phones and etc.

During lock down a employee was quite rude to me, when I asked him a technical question.
That stores has lost all of my business after many years of me supporting them.

DON’T GO TO STAPLES FOR DOUBLE SIDED PRINTING. I was printing double sided pages for a planner book and I knew that they lined up properly because they printed at work fine. I wanted a bit higher quality than a work printer so I went to Staples. Not only was there a streak in the front cover (colour print), which I thought I could ignore, but all the double sided prints weren’t aligned (both colour print and black and white), which only became apparent when I got home and started trimming the pages. It’s obvious that they are skewed, which is a printer problem, not a document problem. I called and they offered to reprint it but why bother if the printer isn’t aligned properly?

Needed some posters printed off on Friday, not only were they cheaper then my usual place but so much faster I was in and out in 10 minutes. It will be my usual place from now on

I somehow lost my laptop charger and when I went in to replace it, the one sales associate Mitch was extremely helpful and friendly.
He aided me in finding one and testing it. I didn't feel rushed and he didn't try to upsell me.

If you are in the market for a laptop, ask to see Danny. He is knowledgeable, honest and doesn't try to push anything on you. He also LISTENS to what you want - a rare trait from a sales associate! Thank you, Danny.

Everything you'd expect in a Staples with friendly staff eager to sell you things and extended warranties

Went in to try to find some home audio speakers. I knew it was a long shot finding what I was looking for here. The guy who helped me showed me the best of what they had. I walked out empty handed. However, I am giving it 5 stars because the guy never even thought to push a product that I wouldn't be absolutely happy with. So now I know that when I'm in the market for a new computer or something else they sell, I will walk out with something that I will be completely satisfied. This for sure will be my first stop!

Friendly & knowledgable staff. Wide range of products. Prices of some items might be higher than at other competitors.

Took over 2 hours here to print off one piece of paper beecause staff didn't know what they were talking about and had to wait until someone else took over for actual assistance. Please train your staff better and bring more on. Other than that this is your typical staples.

CSR that, although answered my question, gave me an easy excuse about product availability and was unwilling to help after. Had to do 2 solid laps around the store to find one sales associate - and when I did, they were held up in the technology area. No personnel walking aisles.shrink must be huge at this location.
Do yourself a favour and go to another store or a local shop for supplies, the CSR was all too excited to push me to purchase boxes online. 100% going elsewhere, as this is not my first disappointing experience at this location.

I went to staples to print invitation card, saw Grace and she is very nice and very helpful. She knows that I really need to print the invitation card and she did her best to print as soon as possible. She calm easy to deal with.

Alex is awesome! With out asking a help he came to me and ask me if theres anything he can do to help me, I told him about the picture that cant upload, he find a way to upload it and he did it! Fantastic Alex thank you for that, he did extra mile to make his customer very happy and satisfied! He is kind of employee that makes customers happy, satisfied to all they need and most especially makes people leave in the store with a smile. Good job Alex! My kids and I are very happy and will never forget what you did to us. Simple thing but big impact to me. I hope all staff are like you then customers will leave happy and keep cminh back again!
