Staples Print & Marketing Services

I went to staples on Monday to simply print some documents when I was told to speak to Rob for help. He immediately was very rude and told me he had 30 things he was working on and angrily asked what I wanted. When I explained I needed to print things he scoffed at me and asked me to do it myself. I do not take well to rude employees and so I walked away from him and heard him yelling things after me.

I don’t think this unprofessional, miserable employee should be working at staples. He should find a job he can perform well enough and provide decent customer service, or a job where he doesn’t interact with people. This employee is a bad representation of staples and I feel sorry for anyone who has to speak to him or call him a coworker
