Extremely friendly and professional place. They went above and beyond for me, needed my rear glass fixed because it was shattered, were willing to take me in to help me out the very next day, Lorenzo helped me out a ton. I don’t live too far from their shop so was even willing to go pick my car up from my house and take it to get the glass done for me because i was too scared to drive without the glass, did this all on such short notice. The prices are also very reasonable and payment method was super simple. I was able to get everything done from start to finish all while I was at work during the day, even after running into a delivery issue the morning of, they worked to find an alternative for me on the fly; I left my house that morning with a shattered rear glass and returned home to my car parked back in my driveway with the glass completely replaced and the shattered glass cleaned up from the inside of my car. Overall a really great experience.

Had my windshield replaced by these guys through a car dealership. They ended up redoing it three times afterwards since they failed to install the seal properly the first time, used the wrong seal the second time, then just did an overall poor job the third time. Ended up breaking some other trim pieces, leaving broken brackets in the engine bay, and didn't even hook back up the windshield wiper fluid hose. Also deleted all of my dashcam footage.

The owner finally stepped in to do it properly the fourth time. Honestly shocked by this whole process.

I was referred here and told it was good service. I wish I hadn't ever heard of Star Auto Glass. My insurance covered the windshield replacement fully. They installed the new windshield (in the summer of 2021) and right away, I could hear air getting through on the side. I contacted them, and they told me that I could come back in a couple of days to have it patched. When I showed up (at the time they said), they were closed. I called - and they said they were at their Hamilton location. I drove there from Oakville, and they 'fixed it'. I don't believe it ever had a good seal. 17 months after the new windshield was installed, I had electrical issues with my car. My mechanic found that it related to water getting in because of the problems with the windshield. Although Star Auto Glass offers a 'lifetime guarantee', I wouldn't trust them to touch my windshield again. I went to a different provider, I paid cash for it, and they did a professional job. Avoid Star Auto Glass if you want professional work done on your car.
