Had a few bad deals prior to this last experience but always gave the benefit as they are literally around the corner. Bought a single $42 pre roll. Couldn’t get it going, tried playing with the filter, loosening it and till won’t smoke. Brought it in (didn’t even want refund, exchange) basically he said to bad and deal with it. Pretty sad customer service, and no support for products you sell. For a regular pre roll ok get it. You charge someone $42.00 and they can’t even smoke it? And the aloof attitude just sad customer service. Just horrid service. Plenty of other establishments luckily I can give my business to.

I have been a customer with Starbuds for a substantial amount of time, and i can tell for certainty that Starbuds is the best or one of the best dispensaries out there. There prices are almost always unmatched and the customer service is always appropriated and kind. Keep supporting them. They know what there doing.

Love this store. I go because it’s the closest and I don’t drive…haven’t been to many other dispensaries, but the ones I have been too do not compare to Starbuds. They’re friendly, helpful and remember you, which leads to even better suggestions. I miss delivery but that’s ok, it forces me to get out! Noah, and Izzy (I believe that’s her name?) are especially excellent. Seems like true cannabis lovers and what I feel is the true/authentic “stoner” vibe which is being mon judgemental and open to everyone. Places like One plant gave me such attitude and actually laughed in my face when I asked for a higher CBD flower. Not cool. Rant over, Starbuds is the best and I will be going for as long as I live. ️️

Edit: now that I’ve learned her name…. Shout out to Sara! What a kind and helpful employee. Even if we talk for 2 minutes she cheers me up and makes my day a bit better. Keep rocking it you guys!

Terrible unknowledgeable customer service. I've noticed alot of responses to other negative reviews say "oh you should of talked to the manager" well I went to talk to the manager but sadly he was next door at noon stuffing his face. When he was informed on the situation he thought it was more important to finish his pizza and let the customer that only he could help wait. So after 10 or 15 minutes I realized he planned to take his entire break before doing his job. How someone like that can make it to management is just 1 of many examples that shows how incompetent the owner and upper management are. Enjoy explaining why a $300 dollar a week customer just up and stopped coming. A pizza was more important and you open at 10am what are you doing taking a lunch break at 12 dude you just ate breakfast stop getting high at work and maybe the munchies won't be so important to you. Go to Tokyo smoke its super close to the livingstone location and if your on the other end of town go to one plant it's the best in barrie go to star buds once then go to one plant and notice the difference in how a proper business's is run and an improper business is run then thank me later.
