I took my car in for yearly maintenance. Dan was the fellow who helped me in the service department. As it was a snow storm that day, and the shuttle was running late, he sent me an Uber to retrieve my car. Five star service throughout the complete process.

Gord Smith has been our Leasing and Sales Consultant for many years, and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service that he provides. He’s always professional and very fair in presenting the lease and sales options available to meet our requirements. I would like to thank Mony Reth, our sales consultant who assisted my wife and me in the purchase of our new AMG EQS vehicle. He even guided us in finding an installer for the Level 2 home charger and went out of his way to make our experience pleasant and the process efficient. He also came to work on his day off to deliver the vehicle and set up and explain its features. Thanks to Mony, this was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

All I have to say is we were fortunate to have a great team working with us throughout every step. Mike my salesman who went over and beyond to find us the right car. Sam the finance manager who made sure we had everything we needed before signing the papers and finally Leo who took his time showing us everything we need to know about the car taking us step by step on how to on everything our car’s features.

I come to see Sal for a lease of a new CLA 250, Sal had all documents ready for me to review in terms of car options and payment. From start to finish Sal had items cover. My experience for a return costumer was impeccable. Also Sam from the finance team was on point as well as Cole upon delivery of my new car. Thank you so very much for the excellent experience.

Here’s the thing… good service is only provided when selling cars but after that your almost on your own! The service department sucks… very long processing with little to no communication on updates. It has been a year of nightmare dealing with them.

That was the worst experience I have ever had at a Mercedes dealer. I signed the contract and paid the deposit, and the sales consultant said it would take 4 days to deliver the car. The car needed to have the driver's seat repaired and the inside cleaned.

After 5 days, I called the finance manager to inquire about the car's readiness. She informed me that I could either get it without the seat repair the next day or wait until the end of the week to receive it with all the fixes. I decided to wait for a couple of days and called her back again. She checked with the service department and confirmed a delivery date and time for the next 2 days. I went to their office with a bank draft and insurance to pick up the car, but to my dismay, the car was not ready, and the inside had not been cleaned at all.

Unfortunately, the purchase contract was canceled, and I ended up losing 10 days.

Would not recommend. Used car manager is a greasy scam artist. I was expecting higher standards from Mercedes.

What an incredible experience from the moment you walk in through the doors - until you drive out in your new Benz! Michael, our sales associate was professional, very knowledgable and extremely customer service oriented. All the staff were attentive and took the time to answer all my questions. It was my first time getting a MB and the whole experience was great. My sales consultant, Mony Reth, was very helpful too, took the time to understand our needs and walked us through all details and features of the car. The delivery went smooth as well, but the paper work process could have been slightly better. They should actually provide a copy of some of the agreements for us to read when we put down a deposit rather than expediting the process during the delivery date. But overall their service was exceptional.

Phil Brown, sales manager: He will sell you a 10 year rust protection warranty that doesn't cover commercial vehicles, let you purchase the vehicle with your R. I. N and then ignore your calls, emails and completely dodge you when you need to use the warranty. Never buying anything from this stealership again.
