Hired star team cleaning 2 months back first 3 times they were supposed to show up, they didn’t. With no communication, the team didn’t even let management know they weren’t coming, so management told me the team had already cleaned, when they didn’t even show, after not showing up the first 3 times, they were given another chance, for a month their cleaner wasn’t changing mop water, pushing dirt back and forth, all 4 floors were covered in filth. Cobwebs forming on everything, took me over 10hours to clean up after their mess. This was brought to their attention, was told they’d be talking to management and would get back to us. And of course never did. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND this company for any of your cleaning needs.

I was given a fair quote, and the team came the following weekend and did an incredible job. They were communicative through the entire cleaning and made sure we were happy with the result. Terrible company. They will rip you off if you are looking to start a franchise. I was there with a partner and the owner walked out right in front of me, gave us a fist bump and kept walking. Like as if we were not there to see him. You won't make any money with this company because he takes out all the fees and leaves you with nothing. He says he wants to do business the right way but all he cares about is making you buy a new franchise from him so that HE can make money. My partner was still owed contracts and yet he was trying to tell me to buy a new franchise from him and separate from her lol. What a joke. He'll probably remove this comment. I was told he did with others, but if you read this just know that you will be wasting your time if you deal with Star Team Cleaning.

The Star Team has been wonderful! Their customer service has been quick and friendly. The cleaning has never been better for our offices. They do a very thorough job and we are very happy with everything.
