Star Tire is one of the best store tire in the GTA. Good prices with the perfect service also kind staff. You can change your car oil’s as well as your brakes. All season and winter tire, metal rims and fancy rims include all types of vehicles tire. One their perfect service is changed and keep your tire in their storage with incredible price. Must important things is Mr. Aref who is the owner is the professional and helpful. I highly recommend this tire store.

EDIT: They consistently over-torque your tires to 140ft-lbs (avg car is about 80-90ft-lbs) because "it doesn't really matter". I retorque all my wheels after as even when you ask them for the right torque, the wheels are still over.

Went in with a slow leak in one tire. Fixed it in 10 minutes, after finding a screw embedded in it. They didn't even have to take it into the shop, done in the parking lot! Price is right too! Great experience!

Indeed they are the biggest tire shop in Toronto. You may think that due to this they might neglect on service of your vehicle! But, I tell you that I had the best experience with these guys that I thought the least I could do is give them good feed back. The owner of the shop endures every vehicle leaves the shop in 100% safe and happy conditions. Whether he has a profit or not he genuinely cares about his clients and if there are any issues after the installation he will be taking care of the service. I will definitely refer him to anyone who needs new or old tires or oil change and any service of any kind. Trust me you will be amazed by having your vehicle serviced there.

Very bad and costly experience. I was in his shop two times before for tires and today I went there to do the brake change and no one know to do the job right. First the employee remove the BENZ logo from the caliper for no reason which I will cost me $1600 to replace the caliper and ALSO he installed the pads clips wrong.what surprised me was that the owner himself didn’t know how to install the pad himself and he was asking how he should do it correctly. I responded to him if I knew to do it myself I would not be in your store. He sales cheap tires with bad quality.

Guys, you are doing a great job. They provided the tires storage and changed those for more than 2 years. If we face any problem they are always there to help us. Their price is so fair and they have a great attitude. Just be ready for the lineup since they are providing really good service to all!

He’s honest, he’s fast and the machines he use are all up to date digitals. The crew members are very polite and friendly. Nice and clean waiting room/ Office. Tim Horton is right around the corner if you have to wait for your car to be ready.

One of the worst shop in North York area.

Went there to get my winter tires installed. The next day, one tire was flat. Filled it up thinking maybe they forgot to pump air into it. The next day same thing happened. So I went back to their shop, and they were busy so I just went to my mechanic and he found out that Star Tire didn't clean the wheels when they mounted the tires so it's not making a good seal.

A week later, the other tire went flat. Filled it up to see maybe it was just a fluke, after 3 days it was low on air again, so I went back to Star Tire to get it fixed and they did fix it for free. They cleaned the wheels and remount the tire.

Then the next week, 2 of the other tires are low on air (by now, all 4 tires have had the same problem, not making good seal). Filled it up again, then after a week or so, air is low again. So I went back to their shop for the final time. They did fix it but the boss there asked me to pay for it.

He wants $40 for 2 tires which I refused to pay and tried to explain to him that it's their fault for not cleaning the wheels before mounting the tires. He gave me this bs that it's because it's my tires or my wheels. He's being rude now saying that he doesn't offer lifetime warranty and that if I came back the next day he could've done it for free.

To end the discussion with him I offered to pay just $20 for the trouble and he accepted it but told me to never come back there again. Which of course was my plan the first time I saw them mount the tires and their improper use of a torque wrench (they over tighten your lug bolts first using their powerful gun and then use a torque wrench, of course it's gonna click!) They couldn't even do a proper star pattern when tightening the lug bolts.

Just got tires changed on my BMW. Owner was nice, he immediately got Francesco to help me. Quick and super professional. And better price than the dealership too. Will use again.

Great customer service, and efficient employees. No gimmicks great prices and no hassle tire storage. Have been a customer for years. Aref, the owner is wonderful. I highly recommend. Just got my winter tires on.

Been here twice. The first time I got a puncture repaired. Second time I bought 4 tires. The manager/ owner is a reasonable guy. Very friendly and easy to talk too. His technicians are very customer service oriented as well. They provide fast service. There's usually a line up - so I would suggest call ahead of time. Definitely recommend coming to this place for your tire needs.
