Shout out to Kristin who goes out of her way all the time. She remembers my name, drink of choice and totally rocks.

I have only been here a handful of times but every time I come it’s about a 45 minute wait for a coffee. This is clearly pretty ridiculous.

Ordered a turkey, cheese, egg white breakfast sandwich and latte. Breakfast sandwich taste bland. One side of English muffin was soggy and the other side was hard. There was hardly any turkey meat on it. Not sure if the oven used heats evenly. I wouldn't recommend this sandwich. Latte was good and too hot. No sleeve; almost burned my hand. I had to ask for one. Empty side counter where you usually have can get napkins, sleeves, etc. Not sure why this is the case.

When the store was renovated it made the area more open and less congested. It's a busy location, can be a bit noisy for those looking to sit quietly reading a book but a good location, friendly staff

Served the 3 people behind us, obviously forgot about us, then gave us attitude when we spoke up, worst starbucks service I've experienced

Horrible starbucks. I mobile ordered at 4: 02pm with the expected pick up of 4: 10pm. I didn’t get my drink until 4: 22 The staff are rude and passive aggressive. I pay $6 for a drink and I should not be waiting 20 minutes for a drink when I am trying to “skip the line” with the mobile app. The manager with blonde messy hair gives customers dirty looks and looks unhygienic while making drinks. I often see her and it disturbs me. Despite the brutal service, Cody is very pleasant and was so sincerely apologetic about the wait. You need more cody’s!

Amazing coffee and even better staff. Erin went above and beyond to make sure my complicated order was fulfilled. This will be my new go to location!

I wish there was below 1 star for this location
no one should be waiting 40 min for a mobile order pick up and this is every day always waiting game on this location you have to pre order 1hr before going there not sure why app eta is 3-8 min for pick up

I know you guys are busy, but for a simple cold brew I ordered 15 mins ahead and stood there for another 20 mins is is not acceptable When I asked some of the staffs Do you have my order they just replied all the same “We are just behind…”

It is funny since when I asked the fifth times someone finally noticed my order, went to the machine open it and packed up, it only took 1 mins….

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I love my chai tea latte but i am really upset that the past seven times (sadly I am not exaggerating here) that i have placed my order on their app ahead of time.
I have shown up just to hear "sorry we don't currently have any lactose free milk".
Come on guys get it together i could understand once or twice but seven times? I am extremely disappointed here

Pleasant staff although every other Starbucks I've gone to, the bathroom (or at least 1) is available for customer use.

A bit ridiculous for not even 1 to be available for patrons.

I always come to this Starbucks, it’s closest to my house. It’s amazing how every single time I have an amazing experience. I have to say I am 1000% satisfied with evey single trip. Thank you lovely employees and management for everything

Ordered my drink with no whip and almond milk as I am lactose intolerant. Received my drink with whip and dairy. They were busy so I removed the whip myself nbd but my stomach did not appreciate the dairy that I was assured was almond milk.

They don’t let pregnant women use their washroom. Seeing as the woman would (hopefully) be alone in the bath room, not sure how “covid” requirements override basic human rights.

If you can’t provide basic necessities to those with extenuating circumstances, perhaps you shouldn’t be selling diuretics during a pandemic.

How can a place that serves food and drink deny their customers a bathroom and a place to wash their hands? ! I’d expect better from Starbucks. I also believe that this is a violation of human rights and will be contacting the corporate HO.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. A cashier by the name of Kennedy, had horrible customer service skills, and didn’t seem to enjoy taking coffee orders. She was ignorant and extremely rude and unhelpful. Terrible representation of Starbucks. If employees hate serving customers maybe they should find a more enjoyable profession. Yikes.myself and my family will never give our business to this location again, I’ll be sure to spread the word.

Starbucks is one of my favorite restaurants and with amazing customers service. If could give 10 stars I definitely would.

Most expensive coffee to go shop. And I had the experience of another customer touching the cap (where you put your mouth on to drink) to check if it is hers. TG that I caught that moment.

I'm not sure what the hype is I'm not down with paying that type of a price for a coffee but it certainly hits the spot for caffeine there's a few things that I do enjoy when they're bought for me but I wouldn't spend my money there

Just had the absolute worst customer service ever at a Starbucks in Ancaster near the Cineplex theatre. Guy behind the counter did his best to ignore me for several minutes before finally offering to help once his work associate asked him to. When I asked to load my card after ordering a drink he rudely asked if I wanted to load the card before or after I paid. Never offered me a receipt. I then asked for an almond bar and he said they didnt have any left in spite of 3 showing in the case. When I pointed these out I was told there were flies in the case and "he wouldn't recommend it! " Wow.

Extremely friendly staff. Ordered a venti iced true north and the drink was prepared very quickly. I was later approached by a female staff member asking if I wanted a second cup (a grande) as she brewed more than she needed and would have otherwise thrown out the additional coffee. Two cups are always better than one! While I intended to stay and do some work, there were no appropriate seating areas to enable me to securely do my work without the chance of onlookers. Definitely exceptional service!

Large location, beautiful atmosphere and lovely staff. It can get a little too loud or crowded sometimes, but you'll always find a place to sit.

Never enough seating. If you are looking for a place to meet or even find a table, look somewhere else.

Great service! It's a beautiful space with the new renovation but seating and outlets are limited. It can be a challenge to find a seat or table if you're looking for a spot to work or meet with clients.

Came into Ancaster Starbucks on Wilson. At 4: 05pm asked for a blond, told they stop serving it at 4: 00pm.
But we can make one. It costs an extra $1.20! Really?
Your coffee is good but not that good. You already over charge! And because you decide to stop making a certain type of coffee at a certain time, why am I penalized for it?

The barista was amazing, he was very friendly and accommodating. The person at the register however was unfriendly and she got a few orders wrong from what I could tell with the people who ordered ahead of me. She also got my order wrong when I asked for almond milk twice.

Only go here if you have nothing better to do all day. Orders were made out of order and as slowly as possible.

Coffee was good, of course. But seating is limited, and the background music was way too loud. Why does that racket always be so loud. Could hardly have a sane conversation.
