Our barista Julia was amazing! She was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with us when we were taking our time ordering and helping us get it just right! Thanks again Julia! You made my daughter’s birthday!

Very disappointed with this location,

every time I come to this location Teri makes my drink wrong on purpose. The staff need an attitude adjustment. Who wants to pay 7+ dollars for a drink when the Staff go out of their way to make your drinks wrong and have an attitude problem.

I was looking for a different Starbucks to visit because I always go to the Atherley road location. I probably won't be coming back.

They got my drink right and I found a good spot to work but I had a sour experience with one of the workers who had a condescending attitude.
I was asking to get a refill on a drink I ordered through the app while I was in the store (I sat and worked in there for 2-3 hours). I've done this at multiple other locations as well.
I will say that I could be wrong about Starbucks policy on free refills, as it does not mention much about the app. However, if they were willing to scan my app barcode, I'm pretty sure it would have shown that I could get a refill.

The whole interaction left me feeling uncomfortable as the way they responded was kinda rude. As I walked away I heard them making fun of and laughing over my request. I don't post negative reviews often, but the interaction I had today really sucked.

This was my worst starbucks experience ever. First, when I entered, not one employee said hello. Usually, starbucks staff are so welcoming and full of energy. Then my drink was made wrong, and the staff seemed irritated that she had to remake it. Then, when I left, she never said goodbye or have a good day, nothing. None of this is typical of starbucks. It's unfortunate that all the staff were miserable. Definitely won't be returning.

What amazing staff from this location!
More often customers complain more than appreciate and felt the need to share my experience.
I am always greeted with a smile and everyone is always so helpful navigating through the menu. I haven’t had a bad drink yet!
I appreciate the staff knowing that they work in a very warm environment. Keep up the great service!

This is such a wonderful Starbucks to come to- I am always greeted with such friendly faces. Today in particular I had come in with a friend of mine who wasn't sure what to order as she has some allergies and food intolerances. The woman behind the counter was so incredibly kind and helpful- I believe her name was Teri. She was so personable and took the time to connect with us, find out about our day and long weekend plans, what kind of drinks we like hot, cold, flavors etc and made sure my friend was safe to drink it. As someone rung us in Teri continued to connect with us right through our entire experience. I have worked in customer service before and it is not always an easy job so it is very refreshing when you are greeted by someone who seemingly loves what they do and can make you smile and laugh while waiting for coffee. Thanks for starting our "Moms day out" great Teri and the starbucks team:)

We always stop by this Starbucks when in Orillia. Sometimes it could be quite slow, but the drinks are always good.

I love this little starbucks. The staff is super friendly and my drinks are always made right. Tiffany goes above and beyond every time I visit and she's working! She definitely makes my vente white mocha with love and always comes to say hi with a smile. It's impossible to have a bad day after you've met Tiffany! Keep on smiling and having a great time guys, you can feel it that you enjoy working there.

Staff need training on how to pour liquid into cups without making a mess.anytime i go to this location my cup is overfilled, leaking from the lid causing a wet and sticky disaster.

I have been going here for two years and I am consistently greeted with a bad attitude and everyone being incredibly short with me. I go to many other starbucks and everyone is always much friendlier than anyone i’ve met at this location. If you have the extra time go to the one on memorial ave.

Starbucks is about a 30min drive for me. 3 times in a week I've made the drive to get peppermint mocha for them to be out of peppermint.i guess I should start calling ahead of time to see if they what they need to make a menu drink before I make the drive for my craving. Ridiculous.

Store was busy when I was there. Was waiting for my drink some time until someone else waiting informed me to just look for my dri k because staff was not calling out the order names. I would suggest doing this to avoid lines and ppl getting cold/warm drinks.

The staff at this location are always super positive even on their busiest of days! (which is like everyday). They always get my order right & sometimes write a cute little anecdote on my drink. This is my go to Starbucks always!

Clean, Fast, Nice Staff, good drinks, what more could you ask for. Oatmeal! Starbucks was out of oatmeal, which shows that they don't keep track of how much of everything they have so they could be out of other things.

I have recently had very slow service here. It seems that they are constantly understaffed. And their current flow of handling customers in the store for orders and pre orders is inefficient. I find even if I pre order my drink I still wait the same amount of time as I would in the drive thru but if I pre order I often have to wait outside in the cold or rain. I hope they figure out a better way to handle high volume times as their drinks are good and the staff are nice. Unfortunately the wait time is lengthy.note posted on drive thru saying they closed at 7: 30 however says online they are open till 8: 30.super disappointing.

I understand the drive thru can get really busy, but if people walk in right to the mobile pick up area and there are SIX mobile orders ready for pick up maybe it would be a good idea to call them out. Also making sure the drinks are mixed right with the topping they are supposed to come with like the caramal crunch frap which came with no crunch.

Essential life support!) Friendly and consistent staff ensure mornimg coffee is just as you like it.

Staff often greet you by name when walking through door or entering drive through.

Only Starbucks open in Orillia currently so coffee is always hot and fresh.

If you haven't tried the dragon fruit refresher yet you need to. Can get it with coconut milk water or lemonade. The only thing that keeps me coming back. Service is a bit slow and line is usually long. Don't recommend going if you're in a hurry or crunched for time.

Staff are always very friendly, inside is clean. Nice parking lot. BUT.

I personally have never had my drink be wrong (I normally only get the refreshers though so really hard to mess up), but several of my friends have. I brought my sister a “pink drink” and in the 10 minute ride home it had completely separated, usually that takes an hour or two to happen. My coworker showed me a video of her dumping out her drink just after getting back to work and it was completely chunky (an iced beverage with a milk product). My two other friends have had their drink be completely wrong more than once.

They are new in here so small mistakes are forgivable and they are very friendly, but when it comes to bad ingredients or consistently messing up orders (especially with the price range) I think there should be some more accountability. Especially when it comes to possibly spoiled ingredients as that could make someone sick, they only offered my coworker $8 for having to drink a nasty chunky iced coffee (or whatever it was).

If they can sort out the consistency issue then ill be happy to change it to 5 stars because everything else is great.except the actual thing they’re known for.

Also, this isn’t something they can change but the driveway coming out is terrible. Be really careful with traffic approaching from the left as the exit is in a bend so you can’t see traffic until you’ve started to go (and no one goes the speed limit)
