I have used this restaurant for many years. Everything has been almost up to standard. My main issue is the staff not being as friendly as other local coffee shops. Ottawa is picky with our service.

I rarely leave reviews but I just had to make one to shout out the barista Patryk! He was incredible, when I came in he remembered me from the last time I was there and spoke to me as if we’ve been friends forever. His energy is just infectious and has completely made my experience.

This location seems to finally have enough staff to stay open until close consistently. Mobile orders work smoothly now whereas during covid it was a mess. They very seldom make an error on our orders. Thanks all!

This location was less busy than pre-pandemic. I would prefer putting in my own sugar and cream. The coffee was a bit too butter for my liking.

One of the most abundant & welcoming coffee shops, I have ever seen, Starbucks provides coffees with other fast food items in an welcoming atmosphere associated with traditionality.

Clean, good staff and conveniently located. Despite this, the coffee is just average. If you want to get a speciality coffee it maybe be a good and easy place to go but if you prefer your coffee without all the extras it is not the best. In my opinion, there are some other cafes in the area that offer better quality coffee for the java lovers.

This location messes up your order 90% of the time. They either forget to give you what you ordered, put the wrong milk, or simply forget to put any at all and they don’t apologize. Please improve service standards.

Horrible manager with a grotesquely blasé attitude towards her own mistakes. I ordered through Uber eats and was missing an $8 drink. Uber only refunded $5. When I called the store the manager told me it was Ubers fault. I asked her if Uber put the drinks in the bag she replied and I quote “nope! ”. I then proceeded to ask her if my drink was still there then, since it wasn’t with me, to which she again replied with a simple “nope! ” I asked what we could do about this and she said “contact Uber. I can’t even see past orders” she needed to be reminded that it was the stores fault for not making the drink to which she FINALLY apologized with the most sarcastic apology I’ve heard since leaving a man with a personality disorder. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. When I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to she said no and that she was the manager. I then had to ask if it was privately owned and she finally gave me a name of the store operator, Brian. So I’ll be calling Brian next week when he’s in and I’ll be sure to tell ALL of my clients and friends of this atrocious attitude. A missing drink I can get over, the complete disrespectful, unapologetic, and condescending attitude of a person “in power” is abysmal. For someone who made a mistake.that’s a whole lot of righteous indignation.

Worst service ever. Mobile order made at 11: 54 and stood there until 12: 20 before it was ready. Seemed to be very short staffed. These stores really need some management and organization.

I either get the best drink ever here or something kinda satisfactory. I’m not sure if it depends on who is making it or the time of day. The staff are overall friendly but during busy times it seems overwhelming - I would be too with the drive thru, take out and long line. My mobile order was on the counter for about 10 minutes while I was there (it was not next to my name on the receipt) but they were way too busy filling out other orders and the line to figure out.

Never have I ever been treated so poorly at a Starbucks. I accidentally ordered my drink to the wrong Starbucks and when I realized I apologized and asked the workers what I should do they replied "go to Greenbank" like I was stupid, I was at work on my lunch break and have no car so that was physically impossible. They kept telling me to go to the other store and I asked nicely if she could make it for me here and she looked at me like I was crazy, rolling her eyes at me and was so rude about it told me she isn't supposed to be doing this because all the Starbucks are different. I was very confused because I had ordered to the wrong store a couple of times before and they re made my drink happily with no issues. Extremely disappointing as I've had no issues with Starbucks before. I will not be returning to this location 0/10.

This location hovers between 3 and 4 stars. Sometimes the staff are friendly, and other times not so much. I find my lattes are always an inch/an inch and a half from the top instead of filled up at all other locations.

They are not very friendly, I order iced hazelnut latte and the whole thing was just ice and little milk. It tasted watered down

Had an amazing experience at this starbucks, Patryk was my barista and he was the best ever! Seriously went above and beyond to connect with me and made my drink perfectly!

They never stop impressing me with how much ice they manage to fit in a 7$ drink. Light ice and 60% of the drink is ice. Im so done

This Starbucks has a HORRIBLE mobile order experience for in person pickup. So disorganized and they lost my mobile order making it over 10 mins late. If you’re the manager reading this please improve your mobile order experience, have your staff call out completed orders or at least apologize for lost orders. It’s a joke.

Worst drive-thru ever in the city. Doesn’t matter if there is 3 cars or 10 cars in front of you, expect to wait at least 20 mins. I’ve been here several different times and it’s the same result. You can’t get service in-store faster either.

They don’t make drinks properly. My java chip frap was so sweet I could barely drink it. Not sure what’s going on with this location lately.

Only one barista seems to know how to froth milk and he seems to work on weekends. Lousy coffee this morning and it took two attempts to make it by two female baristas.

The new renovation looks great however they lessened the seating from before.

The drinks always taste amazing at this location, but the drive-thru is verrrrry slow, and they tend to run out of things (chai, most recently!) Nonetheless, it’s nice that their drinks are predictably good!

Food was stale. It took way too long to get served. The store was messy. Time to clean up the place and get a new manager.

One of my favorite Starbucks. Always well staffed with friendly folks. Generally fast with your order but they can get busy at times. The recent remodel looks great. Also, they have nitro which is a big win for me. Not to mention the everything croissant sandwich. I could liver off of those things! I'll see you guys again tomorrow!

It was good food but they were racist, they seemed so kind and bubbly too the people in front of us. Yet when are turn came along they were very rude and treated us with little to no respect

Weekend lineups are extreme and when they are very busy they can make mistakes. Double check your order. Great employees but press for time.

Hello, I went in to this Starbucks and was very well treated. I was looking for a coffee grinder and while there wasn't one available, the young man stocking shelves, named Cam I believe, was obviously well trained, offered me alternatives such as a French press with pre ground coffee, and was overall very pleasant to speak with. Although I didn't buy any product, I left feeling that I would be back at that location for certain in the future. Excellent store and service!

I ordered 5 caramel macchiato around 7: 35 this morning. When I gave my name at the mobile pick up, the staff told me they don’t have a tray available for my drinks then just walked away. She did not place the drinks on counter for me to grab, they were in the back which was a li’l difficult for me to reach because there was a plexiglass barrier installed.

While trying to figure how to bring the drinks to my car, another staff noticed I need assistance and moved the drinks closer. She asked if I needed anything, I requested for 2 paper bags. I placed my drinks in the bags, worked out ok.

I appreciate the second staff who took initiative to assist BUT it’s rude to just tell a customer you’re out of tray, not assist and walk away.

Not only did this location mess up our order and give us the wrong drinks, the drink you guys gave my girlfriend made her very sick. Never coming back to this Starbucks. Going to the one on Greenbank from now on.

Unfortunately Uber eats only has this Starbucks open or I would order from any other Starbucks. Even one 5 miles away. This place rarely gets anything right, my drinks are regularly messed up and the food is almost always squished. Today my order arrived with only 1 of the 2 drinks I ordered and a sandwich that was cold in the middle and in 3 parts. There was a note that said “out of (syrup in drink I ordered) ”. Now they could have given me the drink without the syrup and that would have been passable. They could have given me a damn phone call and I would have accepted a different or modified drink. But instead they just left it out. So one of my daughters gets a Starbucks drink and the other gets nothing. Good job Starbucks.

Management, and few morning staff are absolutely rude and should not evan be working at a starbucks location.maybe consider serving your customers with respect and have a smile.very disappointed tbh!

This location is bad. Food items are oftentimes stale, I used to work at a different location so I know that they are supposed to be thrown out and never served like this. Drinks are oftentimes watery and not made properly. Staff are nice but I think because this location is so popular they are overwhelmed and don’t do what they’re supposed to do.

Time to say something, tired of not getting what I ordered. Green shaken ice tea it was not. Extra ice it was not. It was some peach thing that was horrible could not drink and the lid was not put on properly lost the drink anyway.not the right drink has happened more than I care for.

This location is the worst. Always lacks inventory and makes your drink without the important parts that make the drinks worth buying

Coldest coffee in town! If that's what you're into. Coffee at a Petro gas station is better than this location of Starbucks. But hey, you can ask them to change it for you, and you might just get a colder one after waiting for 10 minutes. You never know who might be into these stuff.

Barrhaven Starbucks
While we have had a few unpleasant experiences at this location, we decided to give it a try. The drive-thru attendant was friendly, thorough and helpful.

Quick service, while still giving that added friendly touch we can all use right now.

Great experience and delicious flat white to boot.

Went into the store and ordered my drinks when I received the order the drinks were not correct. We asked kindly if they could fix it which they did but was given attitude when asked. After receiving the replacement none of the drinks were made properly so I decided to just leave the store and not fuss about them making another one. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all save yourself time and money and go to the one up the road.

The staff here are always so friendly and kind, willing to accommodate, and always make great recommendations! It gets very busy, but they still get things out quickly and always make things perfectly. It is quite a small location with a small seating area.

Every time we go to this location we have a pleasant experience. The staff are always super friendly and attentive and not once have they gotten our drink order wrong. Definitely my favourite starbucks in Ottawa

This location is good with getting orders right, also pretty quick on delivery. Starbucks is a bit pricey but the quality is there.

I came through the drive-thru yesterday and had the best experience with the barista who was taking orders. Made me instantly smile with his humour and kindness of wishing me a happy birthday (I was redeeming my birthday reward). The other barista who handed me my drink also said a happy birthday to me and brightened my mood further. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but they made my morning. Thank you so much

Disappointed they ran out of caramel flavouring again. Wasn't happy with the hazelnut option. Small Starbucks but very friendly staff. Drive thru gets busy especially in mornings.

Quite over priced but if you want to have a drink over a conversation with someone this is a nice place to go. Also people seem to find the atmosphere of Starbucks to be perfect conditions for studying. I can't say it is good for studying, but i can say it's a nice place to hang out.

Handed me a frap with caramel spilling out of it and coffee dripping from the edge of the lid. When I'm driving. So thank you Starbucks for making me grocery shop with spots all over my shirt. Awesome.

Oh and the drink was made completely wrong too. I love Starbucks, been a gold member for 5 years but this was not their best day

Terrible customer Service!

I come to this location every morning before getting my bus to work. This location isn't too busy in the morning we I come in yet every time I order something the customer service is always terrible. The one lady she always just slams my food onto the counter so my food is always squished when I go to eat it. She also always forgets to put butter or the condiments in so when I go up to ask for it she gives me attitude and is very rude like serving me is an issue. I'm sorry but if I'm paying over $6 for a coffee let alone the price of your food then I expect to be given good polite service! And I expect my food not to be slammed down onto the counter like serving me is an inconvenience especially when I go there regularly.

No I would not recommend this location at all. If you want a good location go a bit farther to the market. They're super friendly in that location.

Great coffee and food. Drive through is efficient. It can get busy at times with not enough seating. Staff is simply great!

Friendly staff that are attentive and quick. Orders are accurate and always tasty. A bit on the expensive side but as expected from the brand. Store is clean and well maintained and the drive through service is quick and efficient.

The baristas at this location try to get to know you! It's very nice and personable. They recognize our dogs Sake and Linux when we go through the drive thru even though we never want puppucinos!
