Employees are super kind, spacious, seating is comfortable and strong. Cup selection is the best out of 3 other Starbuckses in the area.

Staff are nice and hardworking but clearly they are understaffed. Orders take forever in-store (to take my order and get the drink was easily 20-25 mins). The manager needs to staff more people instead of overworking the few people there

Drink was great, and the service was friendly and helpful. Definite improvement over the last time we visited this location.

Love this Starbucks. Employees are amazing, super friendly caring and helpful. I go out of my way to visit this specific location!

I do not go to Starbucks often but this has been a bad experience.
Rude service, made taking my order harder than it had to be.
Drinks were make perfectly and no wait time but the cashier taking my order ruined the experience.
Should have pre-ordered.

Unfortunately didn’t get the coffee ️ what was ordered, as it didn’t have the taste which I get @ others Starbucks! Just served the need of Caffeine ️

This place has a fly infestation problem while dining in. I don't recommend eating anything from there and dining in as many flies will land on your food. Other than that coffee was good and atmosphere was nice.

Almost once a week I order for my office from here which would include 4 to 6 food items and multiple drinks. Every time the server would hold all of the food items with apparent difficulty and tried to hand them over to me. When I asked for a bag, they said reluctantly: just a minute. Always sounded like I shouldn’t have asked. Not sure how they expected me to carry a drink tray and all the individual bags of food. The irony is, because I ordered ahead using mobile order, I got a survey asking me if the server made a point to personally get to know me and provide a kind service. Well… bloody no! They probably made a point of not wanting me to come back!
I sorted the reviews by newest when writing mine and noticed a pattern of bad reviews in recent months. Not much of detective work to tell something is not working out at this location recently. Just a friendly note to the manager…

Great store and staff. Today ordering through the app was not working so had to go into the store. Placing the order and picking it up in store was seamless. Store is clean with ample seating areas.

Worst service ever. I ordered a venti Strawberry Açai & they filled the cup to the size of a Grande.and then they charged my card twice. This place went downhill. Don't come here. Go to the other location!

Not a big fan of Starbucks because of the prices they have. It's a typical coffee shop. Customer service was average. Washrooms were out of service. I got in with my friend. I only liked something from this place, when I was leaving the lady at the cash said "please come again we hope to see you soon".

First of all, let’s talk about the horrid service, the employees are rude and mess up your orders. Then let’s talk about when there was a piece of CHEW GUM floating in my drink and went into my mouth. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I question the health and safety protocols that this location and establishment. Serious action needs to take place because i hope this doesn’t happen to another person.

My matcha tea latte! Ordered from my phone and picked up through drive-thru. Probably took me less than 1-2 minutes to grab my latte and leave!
I have no complaints, this Starbucks location stays winning. I can’t wait to come study again when lockdown lifts!

Nice staff, busy drive thru so the parking lot can be a mess at times. Use the moblie app and got my drink quickly. Cheers?

This is the worst location I ever been, horrible customer service, they can't make the order right! I ordered ice coffee today with cinnamon powder on top and when they gave me the drink, it was all white and no cinnamon again!
I went inside and told the guy I ordered ice coffee not glass of milk with a touch of coffee
All they know is increasing the price, what about great customer service?

Been living in Aurora for many years. This is now one of the WORST locations. Poorly managed. Understaffed. Unhappy employees. Takes 20 mins to get a late. Drive through is the slowest around and they frequently mess up any custom drink I order.

Horrible customer service. They don't make the drink you order. The staff and manager actually argued with me and told me that they cant make a decaf mocha frappuccino, which I find it a bit ridiculous since I have order the same drink for the past 4 years. This location needs to train and manager better.

DONT GO! Worst Starbucks services. Long line up in store and drive thru. Waited HALF AN HOUR for a latte. Don’t recommended

Yesterday went through the drive thru and the girl asked me for my order and I said it, waited 2 min with no response so I assumed there was something wrong with the mic and pulled up to just order at the window. She told me that I should have just been patient and waited and now it’s going to take longer. Was not nice at all in service. If this was someone who needed further assistance ordering, I’d be concerned that this is the way she treats customers.

Drive thru line typically moves through quickly. Quality is always good and the staff are friendly.

Extremely friendly staff, drinks were made to a great standard and despite being out of the Chai base for my drink, a resolution was reached quickly.

Generous and friendly staff! They make the long drive through wait time worth it!

Friendly staff doing a great job under the circumstances. This location has constant drive thru orders so you need to tell them you're picking up an online order. It's clearly written in a sign at the front, though some of us who are seasoned starbucks veterans miss it thinking we know the process. Oops. Anyway, the baristas are still warm and friendly despite wearing masks and being really busy. Thanks!

I usually use mobile order to get my order faster, today I ordered 10 min ahead but i had to wait there for another 15 minutes to get just a latte and egg wrap which cause me to be late at work, while i was there I saw one of their barista use his thumb as the lid to shake milk! Probably I’m not coming back to this branch again!

Terrible service here, slow as molasses and they get orders wrong. Check before you leave they are pretty absent minded at this location.

I understand social distancing is very important during the pandemic, but the store made the customers only ordering right at the entrance, no able to see the drinks menu in the store, music too loud making me unable to hear what the staff was saying. This is the worst Starbuck store I visited, and will never go to this store again. Other stores in Aurora are much better.

This is the best Starbucks, I love this place. I visit this place every single day that all the staff know me very well. They are super polite and friendly and their customer service is fantastic. Every time I visit this place with my dog they give him a puppochino and my dog loves them. Sometimes I visit this place more than 4 times a day lol
P. S. There is cute friendly lady here that I have a huge crush on her Everytime she suggests something I can't say no and I end up buying or tipping more and more lol

The coffee is great when made right. They are often out of something or the same drink may be made differently on different days.

Went by today with my daughter and was treated very kindly by all staff. Especially one that stood out.lady with tattoos! Will go back because of people like that!

I got a coffee today and I asked for a little bit more steamed milk (which I get with no problem from another Starbucks store that I visit) and they gave me a long speech and denied me it. REALLY, I can't believe they said no and left me unsatisfied for what.steamed milk. I was so upset. They could have given the milk and said, "We don't do that but we will do it for you this time". This store needs better customer service. I get it but my other store does it for me, which I told them and their response was. "Well we don't". Well, "we.my family", won't be go there anymore.

They get my order wrong about HALF the time when I go through the Drive-Thru. My order? Grande Dark + 2 cream/sugar.

What do I get? Grande black coffee - NO cream/sugar.

Super friendly staff and typical great selection of Starbucks favourites. Very busy on weekdays so get there early if you want a spot to sit.

Hazelnut latte and a birthday cake pop and your day just gets better:) one of the places that is very consistent and can be relied on when coffee cravings hit.

I love this Starbucks soo much! The staff is soo friendly and always there to brighten my day! I ask for their recommendations all the time and I'm never disappointed. I've never had to wait overly long at this location either! Definitely go in and meet the amazing staff.

Super friendly staff! Efficient service. Clean location! Great atmosphere, cool, chill, lounge-y vibes. Good "coffee shop" playlist. Great place to bring a laptop and get some wrok done. Has patio out front. This location does get busy so be warned, you may not always get a seat!

Don’t make a mobile order. I waited inside for 20 mins. They don’t make mobile order if they have lots of drive thru. Waste of my time in the morning,

This location is always full of friendly, efficient staff who are great at what they do. I've never experienced any issues.

Twas a nice warm sunny Sunday afternoon and had a yummy hot chai latte grande with coconut milk and sat outside. Staff nice and friendly.

This Starbucks is a little on the small side when it comes to seating. Always good service though and my mobile order is ready ontime.
