Store hours show it closes at 10: 30pm went there at 10: 00pm doors and drivethroug was closed with with employees inside knocked on the door they just ig6 me like I was not even there

I ordered a drink with vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top and it did NOT taste like that at all. It tasted like just heavy cream and butter. I EVEN went back and asked for a proper one and they gave the exact same one again. Disgusting. Do better. Waste of money. Idk why y'all hype this place up so much. Vanilla sweat cream is supossed to be SWEET and SYRUPY.

Excellent service every single time! Drive thru staff are polite and greet you with enthusiasm. I absolutely love this location. Best start to my morning!

Naffaela/ Naffaila is the rudest "barista". Head office needs to retrain her on basic customer service

Quality is sometimes a hit or miss. For example the Frappuccino sometimes tastes like just water with some flavor. However sometimes the Frappuccino is amazing when it is made right. Overall would recommend

Really slow service. Interview was being conducted by senior staff member. Army of staff members in the back were very inefficient.

Lines through the drive-thru are pretty hit and miss. I can never quite figure out when the best time to get through is. Orders are always right though.

This is a great Starbucks. While the drive through lines are long in the morning they do a great job moving people through while also being incredibly friendly and super polite. The line always moves faster than you think it well. My favorite thing about the Starbucks is how friendly the people on the other side of the order are. Let’s all remember to be a little bit patient and super kind to anyone working in service.

Just don't try chai latte, it's too sweet to swallow (my personalopinion). Starbucks should add more variety of vegetarian options too.
Hospitality is excellent

My drinks are never full, filled maybe 3/4's of a cup! The drive thru is an incredibly long wait.

What pathetic service, asked for no ice Mocha Cookie Crumble and they have handed over with ice. When you take out guys please take care and spend more time checking your drinks and foods, just like me you realize later.
I have sinus issues and this drink has triggered it. I am in tremendous pain as I didn’t realize till i first bite a piece of ice.
Really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.

It is so convenience to order on the App and pick up at drive thru, it usually took 5 mins to prepare your drink.

Waited 25 mins, didn’t get the promotional cup… and my drink was half way filled … thanks for nothing!

Usually love this place but I went there on Sunday morning they made me wait almost 40 minutes for the breakfast sandwich which I understood because it was just heating but then they decided to give it to me burned. There was no communication expressing that its gonna take 40 minutes for the thing to heat up and ended up being late to work because of the wait even though there was no rush yet. It was completely disappointing.

This is a good Starbucks to go too. The team here goes out of their way to make sure your drink is made properly. If there is an issue or a concern, they tend to address it promptly. They got a good sitting area for you to enjoy your drink, and have a drive thru option so you can get your drink on the go.

The only issue is that the drive thru sometimes can take long and the drinks can sometimes be rushed. As result, they sometimes aren't made properly. If you go during off peak hours, the service and the drinks are spot on though.

I actually didn't eat here, but I had to use the washroom and they didn't even give me the stink eye. Saved me!

On the south east corner of World Drive and Hurontario, it's at the far end of the plaza. Entrance is east of Hurontario on the south side. If you miss it, you'll be going into the next unit. There's inside and outside seating. Has an awkward setup for a drive through which intersects the pedestrian walkway to the entrance. Watch the cars once you parked and walking.

I used to work close to here and went to this place a lot 7 years ago. The food is great, the thing that set them apart was their combination of sauces and fresh meat of the grill. They have lost the golden ratio of the sauce, and if you eat at a lot of shawarma places like I do, it's a about he sauce.

Again most people will find this place more than satisfactory. I'm just reminiscing on what used to excite me about this place.

This is a great cafe. I've never been to a Starbucks I don't like and this location is no exception. The staff are friendly and always smiling. They are very easy to talk to and make getting your drink an enjoyable experience.

They made the order perfectly and the prices for their drinks are fair. I'll definitely go back here again.

My favourite Starbucks in the area. The nicest and friendliest staff, and a good amount of seating too.

Came here with my boyfriend. Our Barista was amazing. So genuine. So friendly, very engaging, funny and great service. I only wish I could remember her name. Drinks were great too:). Thank you so much.

Your typical Starbucks, nothing really wrong with it. Except that the tables and counter tops for condiments were not nearly as clean as other Starbucks and the trash cans were close to being overfilled.

This is one of those Starbucks locations where you never have to repeat you order twice, be it the drive-thru or walk-in. Amazing location, just off of 401 and not too far from 407 either; ends up attracting a lot of folks. The washrooms are super clean as well. Given its location and proximity to the Courtney Park theatre, LA Fitness gym, other restaurants and a few banquet halls in the area, this is definitely a good place to get a quick bite to eat or a drink.

Friendly staff. Not very busy since it opened in 2019, so service and line is very quick.
Restaurant and restrooms are kept clean.

I had a terrible experience today I've only been at the new one on world drive once before but I only work around the corner I thought how convenient I'll go there in the mornings now I'll continue to going to Tim Hortons at least they listen to me when I say no cream I give them the spiel that I am allergic to it
they gave me my coffee I have to trust someone to make my coffee properly I no sooner get back to my office around the corner and I pooped myself
I was going to go in your shop but no paper in either toilet you're doing a really shity job around the corner pardon the pun
I don't plan on coming back to this location ever again I'm completely embarrassed
I'll also be telling this story to friends in the adjoining units I'm sure they won't boycott you but at least they know how little interest you taken the new shop really not one roll of toilet paper in either bathroom but places for 3 does anybody even care anymore

It's your average Starbucks, however quite new. I've had a few problems with the drinks not being consistent. Perhaps because it is so new.

The parking lot in NOT very user friendly as it is packed from the other stores in the plaza, making it difficult to navigate. The spots are also very small with drivers paying more attention to their purchases rather than pedestrians or other vehicles.
