Its so busy at this location. Staff are doing their absolute best to handle the orders. Well organized

It will surely be my last visit at this Starbucks.

Overcrowded, slow service, and not worth the full cost for a drink that was filled less than 3/4 of the cup!

There were about 5 baristas preparing drinks and only one staff on cash/order taking. I waited ~5 minutes to place my order (tall PSL) and another 20 minutes to receive it! To my surprise the drink was not filled near the top like how all other Starbucks make it. The barista put extra whipping cream to hide the fact the drink was only filled less than 3/4 of the cup.

It was overly crowded with customers waiting from the entrance to around the pick-up counter. Waiting again to have them top it up would only have made my drink cold. Forget it! No further business with this location, as I certainly didn't get what I paid for.

I understand there are busy days and having customers wait a little longer than usual, however this should not result in poor delivery of a product/service when customers pay the full cost.

Wanted a coffee before work. Didn’t know i’d get a dose of stank attitude with it. Definitely not coming to this location anymore that’s for sure.

I used to work here and now I work at another store in the mall. I ordered a coffee online and went to pick it up and I saw 2 of my old coworkers. The one on the mobile bar (Grace) pulled out the sticker with my name on it and made a disgusted face then proceed to show her coworker on the main bar (Rabaa) who is now a manager may I add, and Rabaa also made a disgusted face at the sticker with my name on it. Once I got my order I said to grace “ I’d appreciate if you guys didn’t make faces when you read my name on the sticker I did nothing to you guys” and she responded with “yes you did” I think this is the most disrespectful interaction ever. I have genuinely never done anything to either of them. I am a regular paying customer now so this is extremely disrespectful.

Poor service and just wasn't worth the wait, would rather drive to a different location

Horrible service, every single worker had an attitude problem. If u hate ur job just quit.

Stank faces? I mean I get it you can have a bad day but it felt like i was the only one getting that stank face from the two working there? Felt so disrespected. Clearly they didn’t bother making my drink taste anything like it should either. Never ordering here again. So rude

I had a frustrating experience at Starbucks recently. I made a mobile order, but when I arrived, they claimed they hadn't checked it, causing a 20-minute delay. Even after they finally looked at my order, I had to wait an additional 7 minutes. Not the efficient service I expected.

Very busy place on the weekends since this is located by all other stores. The staff are friendly! My order has been messed up twice on different occasions I'm assuming because of how hectic it can get here.

The altitude is pretty bad during rush hours. Understandable but not necessarily to carry that mean altitude to customers.

PS: most importantly very dirty.

Rude staff (especially the fat blonde haired middle aged women working there). I've been to other locations that are just as busy as this one and had nothing but good customer service. My order (cold Nitro brew) wasn't very good either and didn't end up finishing it. I'll think twice about purchasing from here in the future.

Nice big space with good variety of products. Make sure to ask for honey if you need as it's behind the counter and not self serve.

At the time this location had technical issues so there was a terrible backlog of customers waiting for their orders. However, I could see the baristas maintaining themsleves - being pleasant to everyone! Thank you SB team!

Not a fan of Starbucks it's like a cult I always have a bad reaction to their beverages and ridiculously unhealthy with the amount of sugar it's a lot of fluff like Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes. I don't get the hype more like a processed product which I get headaches from their frappacino's as good as they may taste I rather go to Second Cup. The only thing I do enjoy is their refreshers as their a great quench on a hot day. I decided to go with a small Nitro brew coffee before starting my shopping to keep me fueled it was a strong sip at first gave it to me a plastic cup. Although half way through the day I was feeling sick as in light headed and crashed big time so not fun aftermath I was high energy then ended up feeling way more tired then I was originally. On the other hand refreshers, iced coffee or caramel machiatto and the coconut milk drink are fire.

Busy location with lots of orders in the quque so service tends to be a tad slow. QC is not as expected but it's Starbucks so they can get away with pretty much anything.

We bought coffee and sandwiches. Then we asked to use the bathroom but they were closed because staff were moving boxes past the entrance. Apparently this is a safety hazard. So here's the message I hear: "My boxes are more important than the client".
Hint to staff - stop hauling boxes and open your bathroom for a desperate client. Even my nine-year old commented: "So much for good service".

Not very happy! They make you to line up outside in hot weather while there is only 7 ppl in line insider! I don’t know maybe they’re trying to do the same thing as Gucci does.lol.maybe the person who is trying to make an unnecessary line outside it’s better to go in and take orders and make the line go faster!

Went there today and ask for 2 espresso and a cup of ice and they told me they are running out of ice but I saw them making ice coffee at the same time. Worst Starbucks ever avoid if you can

Chaotic. Slow service. Missed orders. The staffs have a tough time trying to keep up with the customers. On top of that, they’re screaming frantically behind the counter, the staff at the door greets you by saying they’re “completely out of frappe”. Oh my! What a hot mess.

Starbucks are generally kept in good. This one was bit clumsy, garbage was not changed serving counter appeared abused as multiple splashes of drinks were left there.
