If you simply want a plain brewed coffee - don't come to this location for reliable, quick service. Lost count of how many times they say "we are out of Blonde roast". Drive-thru sometimes secretly tops up with other roast which is totally obvious and tastes horrible. Never happens at other coffee shops. If its so popular, keep on it and brew more.

Be careful ordering from the drive thru, they automatically apply a 30% tip. I just paid 11$ for a venti machiato without noticing. Starbucks should pay their workers more, rather than fleecing their customers for tips at a drive thru.

Ordered a hot matcha latte with strawberries. Powder was not properly dissolved, very clumpy and no strawberries added.

The best starbucks in the GTA. The amazing staff and first-class customer experience has kept me coming back. That being said, this location needs more seating space, it is always crowded!

Quick and attentive drive thru experience.

Lots of parking space available.

In store always suffer from fly issue. May be they kept their drive thru window open and there so many black flies inside the store.

I've been coming here for a couple years now and can say this should be the standard for the Starbucks experience. I would say better than the reserve location but let's say on par to be objective. Staff are knowledgeable and fun. Maybe you also get what you give. There are a lot of OGs here that deserve recognition outside of this platform. Overall, the experience has been fun and consistent.

Be kind and put a limit on yourself as to how many alterations you'd like. There isn't a limit but put yourself in their shoes.

Just scanned other reviews of this location. COVID happened and people are using the drive through option much more. People like me order 2-5 drinks. It's going to slightly slow the process. Even considering this, I receive my order within a minute or two of pulling up. Pre-covid, it was common courtesy to go inside if you had more that two items. Not the case nowadays. A drive through at Starbucks is luxury! I haven't seen to many with one, anecdotal, so be happy there is one.

Never had an issue replacing a drink when there was a mix-up. The rare times I've had an issue it was corrected immediately without hesitation. I don't understand how someone could wait until they got home to check the product. One time we did had three tries because the staff are looking to perfect their trade.

Can relate to some of the people centric comments. There has been some turnover just like any other workplace. I'm not the type to judge from one bad experience or a possible off day. We all have them and would be better off with a little understand. Again, this is an overall 2-3 year review.

Not a location comment. The hot chocolate is better with the pump of vanilla. There was a recipe change a year ago so you'll have to ask for it to have a delicious drink. Why is the dark hot chocolate only in the reserve location? It's crazy good and the world would be better off with it.

How come you call it a frappuccino? Why not a slushie? One girl corrected me but not sure if she looked up the words and root meanings. I get you're trying to build a culture here and have some catchy nameing. The root word is frappe. I know the Starbucks training manual says you can use the word frappe here and a frappuccino is different but it's really not. It's an iced beverage. Just like a slushie. Unless I'm wrong and would love to hear another perspective: p

Starbucks is a mediocre coffee shop at best. It doesn't change from location to location so at least they're pretty consistent.
They are way overpriced for what you get. Their coffee is a little on the burnt side and when I mean a little I mean fully. And the quality of what you get to what they charge is not up to snuff.
Starbucks in general has a long way to go to become a good quality coffee shop.
To me Starbucks is a lot like apple and their iPhones, their status symbol people buy it because they want people to see it.
The quality is suspect the customer service is weak. Starbucks and apple survive based on the sales they get from people who like to look like they have status. And these companies monopolize on that mentality.

Emily was very rude and tried to charge me extra money for pupuccino.
She even said that Starbucks Policy was changed to charge for it.
I called the customer service to verify and they said it is still free of charge.
When I ask her name, she even took off her name tag and said to me "None of your business "
Of cause I was with my puppy and ordered my drink as usual.

Went to order a WHITE hot chocolate.and they gave me classic hot chocolate.i went back to get the right order and even offered to pay.and the barista was very rude, and told me to order my drink right next time and confirm order when ordering, even though i did.any way horrible service.very upset.

Tried this location three times and during non rush hour times and every time the line up was no more than 5-6 cars but the wait was more than 20 mins. Drive through is supposed to be fast and convenient

They’re usually fast and the baristas I’ve come across in the past have always been very gracious if there was a mistake or mix up with my order! They will redo your drink without the rude huffs and side eye glances like other locations do. Even today: I sent my order to the wrong location and showed up to theirs. Instead of making me drive to the right location, the kind barista told me he would make it for me! Didn’t get his name but I definitely appreciated that!

Visited this location on Saturday August 8th at around 8: 50 am. I walked in with my 7 year old on the way to cottage to get breakfast and drinks. My son wanted to choose his breakfast so we walked in for first time since COVID-19. We both had our masks on and were the only customer inside. We were not greeted like in the past by anyone upon our walk in. We approached the fridge on the far right of the cashier who was wearing mask behind tall clear glass. My silky vented mask slightly fell below my nose as I looked down on my phone uploading funds to my Starbucks app when Jane/cashier pointed out to cover up my nose with a tone that was not pleasant. When I looked up noticed the individual who was helping out at drive through was wearing his mask below his nose while handling food and drinks with no issue but my mask behind tall clear glass was an issue. I walked out of store as I felt not at ease to order with Jane and went through drive through to get our food and drink. I have used up the funds on my app uploaded earlier and have very little intention to visit Starbucks in the future. The experience from today along with several unpleasant experiences in the past, has pushed me to purchase a nice Nespresso machine and enjoy any type of coffee at home at a fraction of price spend at Starbucks.

Pretty good Starbucks. Talking to the staff its busy during the day and morning. I went at 9 and it was empty. Staff are a bit more chatty (read friendly) than other Starbucks around.

In the drive thru I ordered a venti strawberry açaí refresher with no water, no inclusions, and light ice (basically just light ice and strawberry açaí base) and I said each customization slowly and waited until it was repeated back to me to confirm. When I got my drink it was made wrong because it was not punched in correctly from the girl taking the order which I noticed after on the sticker was incorrect. (It said light scoop strawberry, extra base, no water). I kindly said it was not supposed to have inclusions and she argued with me telling me I said otherwise which was untrue. They said they would just scoop them out instead of offering to re make it but scooping them out still leaves strawberry seeds and pieces which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place, hence asking for no inclusions. As a fellow barista at a different store (shift supervisor to be exact) I would not even hesitate to kindly apologize and quickly re make the drink to make the moment right. Very disappointed in the experience at this location.

Horrible service. Employees are confused on the aspect of mobile order and people waiting outside their door for pickup. Leaving orders to sit on top of the counter for 5-10 mins while keeping people waiting outdoors. When confronting them that order is sitting on table, they told me to wait, refused because my cold drinks were melted like in the picture and my warm coffee was already cold.
If they can’t do the pickup services or have someone designated to serve them they should just keep with the drive-thru and not waste peoples time.

Placed two mobile order lately, food is fine, but staffs are too busy to handing orders out, food sitting behind the counter, mobile customers just keep waiting, no one calls or anything. Waste of time.

Usually this place was good, today, I made an online order and the app told me it's will be ready in 5-9 minutes. Right now, in writing this review 20 minutes after the order time, and I'm still waiting for my drink. And it's not a big deal, if I knew it's from the beginning. I was told 9 min is a max. Staff told me, they are going as fast as they can, so, adjust the timing in the app, and give a people proper information!

If you wish to ruin you day and Be Stuck in drive through, go to Starbucks at Eagles Nest Plaza.
I refrained from any comments untill yesterday May the 22nd I entered the drive trough 8: 30 pm.and approached the window after 26 minutes, than I was looking on my Coffee for another 4 minutes being ignored by the team
30 minutes 2 un-warmed Cruasons’ no Coffees and 1 unorganized, totally panicked and very loud manager. I Cancelled the order!
Actually It happened twice before but I tried to be considerate.
It’s very easy to have someone as COVID -19 to blame but it can‘t be consistently a 20-30 min wait.
Once it was a good Branch but unfortunately something happened and we lost a great Coffee partner.

Several times came to this location around 830pm to get caramel ribbon crunch and they make up stories that blender is broken and refuse to make this drink, last time the girl at first said they already washed the blenders and than the supervisor said that blender started smoking? I understand they want to go home at 9 but people don’t expect that they wouldnt want to use their blender at 830. The blender is fine and running if you come anytime during the day. Very disappointing.

I arrived here and the staff was un professional and they did not reply to customer on drive thru- after wait 20 minutes i directly go there and this staff had unprofessional and i recommended never visit this Starbucks location and try to place an professionally other wise closed this Starbucks, why did u open if u did not respond to the customer.

Lovely location however-However the manager sits in the front of the store by the Sugar counter loudly arranging shifts for the staff in person and by phone. It is distracting and ruins it for anyone else sitting in the area trying to relax or work.

Service is quick and always receive the correct order. Staff is very friendly, always smiling. This is my go-to Starbucks location and will continue to be. I usually get the passion tea lemonade which is absolutely delicious.

I like the size of this location - room to sit and chat, work, etc. Large parking lot, often busy, but ample room. Staff is very friendly, and work well with one another. Drive thru is often busy, but they do their best to serve you as quickly as they can. Location is clean, although bathrooms can be done more frequently.

Staff more interested in chatting with each other than getting the order correct. Sandwiches forgotten in the oven, customers left waiting. One customer returned from her car after being given wrong drink. Don't want to go there again.

Good location, good staff - BUT they cater to drive-thru and mobile orders. If you walk in, prepare to wait. Also, no Blonde roast in the afternoon at this location.
