Sadly I didn't work near here anymore to buy my drink every day but will always be my go-to store.

Horrendous disgusting reheated and stale food. Coffee was terrible. 0/10. Won't be returning

God forbid u go inside to pick up a mobile order with your puppy. Girl was just sitting in plain clothes telling me to get out of the store. Mind u I’ve been here everyday to pick up my order I get ahead and leave and today they decided to make it an issue.

It is good and busy for sure. But for me personally, it's a bit loud to be able to sit in the coffee shop itself. But they are friendly and great service.

My bf went to Starbucks on St Clair today at 12.30 pm. He ordered drive thru, telling then that I want a grande blonde with 2 shots in it. The staff didn't understand and answered him rudely that it is a latte. He kept saying blonde with 2 shots, not a latte, but staff handed me 2 lattes. This staff needs to be trained about coffee before he can serve people. I ordered Starbucks everyday but today is my disappointing day.

Great location and friendly staff! Very convenient and has a drive thru. I am happy they opened up a Starbucks here. I highly recommend this location to others and will continue to be a regular client at this location!

Starbucks is like going home around the whole world for me. The Expresso machiato is always the same anywhere! 5 Star for quality control!

Weird Starbucks, a good amount of study space with a good long study bench and plugs, but the cashier didn't know you can get a free refill with the purchase of the handcrafted drink. They ran out of passion tea so it was a trenta cup with some passion tea and a venti cup full of ice. It is a free refill so I'm not mad, but I don't know about this place, has a descent enough patio, good merchandise assortment, but I don't know if this Starbucks is for me.

This Starbucks is supposed to be open til 9: 30pm and we arrived at 8pm to find the drive thru blocked off and closed.we drove by to see the inside closed as well but with 2 people inside. I phoned and asked what happened and they said they're closing early because they were short staffed.while I understand their predicament. I also work in customer service (weekends also) that would NEVER close if short staffed) and feel they could have stayed open for walk in customers and closed the drive in only. It's Saturday night.not everyone drinks alcohol and would like to have a beverage.just seemed like a lame reason.not impressed

Drive through was easy, love the service here - the people are so friendly and make it easy to get a good coffee! Will keep coming here.

Avoid at all costs. I saw the barista deliberately messing up my order cause they didn’t have enough of one flavour syrup. She substituted it with another flavour. Rude as hell.

So I went in this morning, the lady making the drinks came and talked so rudely because we asked our frappe without ice due to medical issue and she was so rude and said and I quote “ if you want without ice why should I blend I will just put syrup and milk” first of all that’s very wrong way to talk to customer after order came she just give us half cup of frappe and so we asked where is the rest and she refused to make another or full drink. I think it was also resist behaviour and so disrespectful the staff actually said that in the first place. Starbucks should tell the customer service and btw the order without ice is usually we get that every time with all different stores.

So very bad and disappointed service and experience never had that in Starbucks and was not expecting.

This Starbucks has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I was a regular Starbucks customer. They didn’t get my order right. My 7 dollar latte was cold— and I didn’t order it cold. The staff refused to let me use the washroom and told me that I should use a gas station or go to Walmart down the street. The staff wear no name tags so they can’t be identified and when I asked for the manager. There was a girl who said she was the manager then in the same conversation she denied it. She encouraged me to complain on the Starbucks website because nobody there cared. There were 7 people behind the counter and only 2 of them working. It was the worst experience ever. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs.

For the amount of people that pile up at this location now, they do an awesome job, always polite!

Rude, racist and non accommodating staff. Worst customer service experience at a Starbucks ever. Didn’t agree to honour customised request at first and then when the drink finally came out, the cup was filled only upto the half. Baristas were not wearing name tags so couldn’t file an official complaint against the discrimination. The cashier taking orders was the only friendly person at this location.

I don't usually write reviews but the staff are so sweet, especially the person taking the drive through orders today! I think her name was Chloe, even though it was near closing with line-ups, I was very happy she made the time to fix my order with no issues!

I only asked more oat milk when I order grande coffee in venti cup.but he who wear black binie hat said you order grande size only. That’s why you should pay more if you want more oat milk! OMG. I never heard that when I order many times same style! Worst customer service ever!

My drink (tall Americano with honey and vanilla powder) always comes out watered down and wrong at this location! I love the convenience of a drive thru but my drink is always so disappointing at this location.

I come to this location only. This is the only starbucks that actually makes my drink the right way. The staff are awesome. Love the energy from them. Especially when you've had a bad day, just their greeting makes you feel good. Thank you to all their wonderful staff.

It has always been a pleasant experience I like coming here and I am here most of the times. But today was an unpleasant experience there was someone in a bun who was rude to us while ordering. When my friend was speaking she cut her off and made faces and after taking our order she literally ordered us to go stand in the corner like we did something wrong we just came for coffee and maybe she was having a bad day but it spoilt our mood too.

Unfortunately this location is very slow in the drive thru and more times than not I never get the order I have asked for

Horrible service especially through drive-thru. It takes more than 15 minutes every time. 5 staff inside but no efficiency. Rude unhelpful staff as well.

There’s seatings inside but also a patio to the side of the store as well.

Fantastic service and quality of product! I would give five stars but the only reason was because the drive-thru was very slow on one of the first really nice weather days during COVID-19 quarantine. However, this is one of the best locations I’ve ever been to - the quality of the product combined with the incredible service are second to none, which sets this location apart!

The place is open for takeout during this crisis till 8pm in the evening. Quick service and great range of items.

I would give this store a zero if I could. Ordered drinks there for pick-up went in to verify order, then they forgot my drinks and others in the line up. They prioritize the cars and there was two staff doing absolutely nothing. Literally just standing around. What's wrong with them?

Such a disgusting way to run a business. Won't be wasting anymore time there. Same with the 7 other orders they screwed up.

They are terrible at making coffee for you, just make your own. Waited in a line up in the drive through for 30 minutes for them to mess up the amount of cream in my coffee

They charged us nearly $10 for 2 grande pikes just because we wanted soy milk. That's double the price of other Starbucks. I cant believe this greedy location is still charging extra for soy milk. Would never go back here.

New (ish) location. Clean and wide. Not too many tables, but it's Starbucks, you cannot expect different. Workers are friendly and try to get the orders ready fast but without rushing them.
The drive through goes fast too.
