Starbucks

Made my drink wrong and i explained to her is wrong. I asked can you remake it? She is like i do not make it so i do not know. At least find me person who made it or someone can help me. No she did not without explaining to me what is happening. Late one she is still make it but without any words or feel sorry for me after i say thanks to twice after i got it.

I ordered a new drink that comes with cinnamon cold foam, I asked for extra in a venti cup, where's my foam?

This store is doing amazing. I’d like thank Haneen for always making my coffee fresh with a beautiful smile! My favourite Starbucks so far.

Slowest Starbucks service ever… placed a mobile order that said estimated pickup time 8: 15, it’s 8: 22 and it’s still not ready… barista are working so slowly, scratching their heads, walking around slowly…. They need to train them better

Rude costumer service from the cashier. Already forgot her name but it starts with a “J”, she has glasses and pure attitude. She was working at around 12: 10. Did not feel welcome. Manger fix your employee.

Bad customer service, never go there again because of staff attitude rude and unrespectful I asked for manager she said I am the manager I forgot her name, a manager head office or district manager should fix this issue in this location, she made my day and my family day unhappy

Located just North across from the Square One City Center Transit terminal this convenient coffee shop is located! Open early in the morning they are always there to help you to get a good cup of java as you board the GO buses, or if you happen to be at the transit terminal and you need a bite to eat or something.

It is nice because there are lots of nice green trees in the parking lots located around this location so you can scroll around enjoying your snack any time of year with the buses close by and Square 1!

Ordered turkey, Provolone sandwich on Ciabatta bun. Very dry. Maybe order with mayo or added sauce to make less dry. Not satisfied for an $8 snack.

Drinks are good, but my day was started unhappy because of staff attitude. I went to this Starbucks this morning, even though I was happy and polite, the lady took my order was so unhappy and rude to me. She might has a long working time, but it was not a reason to be rude with the customer who coming to buy something, not asking something free from you.

A perfect place to chill while waiting for the bus. A good caffeine kick-start to keep the journey blissful. What a lovely staff, greeting, suggestions for menu, clean & hygienic & merchandise.its a total experience! A must chill place! Starbucks! Muah!

The service is quick which is great when you have a short transfer! I always go in here when I’m waiting for my bus because they usually have dine in and wifi. Also, who doesn’t love Starbucks, right? I recommend a mocha hot chocolate if you’re feeling a bit chilly, but if you need something to cool you off, a vanilla cream cold brew will keep your thirst quenched!

I usually stop here for coffee but sometimes I order UberEats when I'm working from home. Yesterday the barista drew the cutest Kirby on my coffee bag with the words "Don't rush and enjoy. " It really made my day!

My bus came while my sandwich was still in the oven. They managed to get it out while the bus was still here and boarded to hand it to me <3 thank you so much

The espresso comes in a cup oversized for that portion, which makes it appear like a much smaller drink than it is. Visually off putting and suddenly appear overpriced. Why no espresso specific cups guys? #willbringmyown

The nicest any barista has ever made my drink. Order through mobile they had it rest shortly after I arrived.

There's a pandemic right now and the Chapter's book store that this Starbucks is attached to closed down so I'm both surprise and glad this Starbucks is open. This Starbucks is located right at the GO buses and Square One bus station. The staff here is super nice and because Chapters is gone, there's tons of parking. So much in fact that me and my friends do tail-gate coffee here quite often. Stay safe out there people and lockdown or not, keep washing those hands!

They made my day when I visited here.
I've been to so many Starbucks locations before: downtown Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, North York.and some of them are horrible.
But this location is the best. The staffs are so adorable and detail-oriented. They was very happy and helpful. I've never experienced that in any other starbucks's locations. Their drinks are the best too. I love this the most. Thank you for making my day!

This Starbucks will not let you know if they are missing items from you order. This has happened multiple times when I've placed an order via uber eats. It is not because they are out of the item, it is simply they do not care or just forget.

Great people serve great coffee here. Starbucks always greets customers with warmth and friendly service.

Alex in your Rathburn Road square one is phenomenal! You get your coffee and the added value of great customer service. He gives Starbucks a good name

Starbucks coffee is always great and same at every location. However this location's staff could work on their customer service. One such incident was reported to Starbucks had office and since then I see little improvement.

Usual Starbucks, what could go wrong? Get the coffee and hangout in chapters. As it’s next to the GO bus stop, you can get the quick coffee and go back to the bus stop.

Two guys who were working there were really sweet to me and made my day better today. I
Was really sad and they went out of their way to make me feel good in such a tough time in my life. Little things like that count big for me. ️️ Thanks again.

This Starbucks is practically a part of the Square One GO Bus station so it is always busy. But all the times I've been the baristas and cashiers handle the heavy traffic well. It is spacious and pleasant. Walking distance from a Scaddabush restaurant and lots of parking.

Due to being in a very convenient location, this Starbucks is almost always filled with people, especially during peak hours as a result of being next to the Go Bus Terminal. For a cozier and quieter Starbucks, I prefer going to the ones inside Square One.

Great customer service, but unfortunately most times there is no space for sitting because everyone who waits for the GO transit is inside. But overall still a great place for a run in and out coffee!

The staff are very nice and professional. However, for the last week I tried a different coffee each day and my conclusion is their coffee tastes like vile water. When I was in college I sometimes reused coffee grinds, that's exactly what starbucks coffee tastes like. My week of Starbucks is over, never again.

I would like to give them definitely five-star the service and the traffic amount they handle every day 24 hours and it's not easy when I see the washroom and surrounding area they're doing their best as the volume is Big to handling the customer I think they're doing great

Is a hit and miss with this particular location even with the app ordering the accuracy of getting the order correct is less than 50%

Extremely slow, all the time. I’ve had to leave before because the wait time was ridiculous. The line isn’t even long. I was waiting behind 1 or 2 people and it took over 15 minutes each time.

Worst ice tea! Tasted like an orange pekoe not an iced white tea. Wish i could unpay for it! Also zero toliet paper in all bathrooms.

Great coffee and diet conscious products. The server was attentive and helpful.
If you visit a Starbucks store, their prices are reasonable.
If you visit a Starbucks in a travel plaza (like enroute) you will pay over 30% more for the same items.
This makes it not practical to buy here.
The travel Plaza adds this surcharge to all store items per vendor.
Don't let the alluring advertising fool you thinking your get superior quality and value.
Its a great deception to pull more money out of your pocket!

This Starbucks Coffee outlet is adjacent to Chapters.

It has a different look and feel than other standalone locations.

Service is quick, courteous and friendly like most locations I’ve been to.

Use your Starbucks mobile app to order rather than lining up.

The service here is usually pretty good. I had a weird experience today but it was also a set of faces I have never seen so maybe they were new? The washrooms here are always disgusting. I can't speak for the men's washroom but the women's is always a mess. Floors not mopped, no toilet paper, soap all over the counters, just generally pretty gross. The accessible washroom stall recently did not have any toilet paper and the door for that stall jams which is unfortunate especially since it's mean for those with accessibility issues. I know they get pretty busy but I think higher cleaning staff would do them well.

The staff are indifferent. Since the Chapters closed down, there is a dirty wall between the Starbucks and Chapters.

This place does not make me want to linger. Most people just popped in for a takeaway coffee. I'll not return to this place.
