Good Starbucks location, very central right behind a Costco. They do a big phone and drive through business so prepare for a wait and/ or book your drink order in advance.

First of all they didn't have bold coffee that I wanted? Then they try and sub in a medium roast coffee? At 3 times the price, no thanks I can get that anywhere. So I walked out and went to another place a block away. Starbucks shame on you

Absolutely the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen in a Starbucks! I was afraid to touch anything! Will not ever return to this location! Beyond words on how bad it was.

The Iced coffee was not good. Lacked milk and I think I could have got it fixed but felt weird to ask twice.

My favorite drive thru.baristas are great.wish the stars program hadn't gone up.now it is 100 and it had been 50 for a tea or coffee!

They changed how they do milk, cream, sugar, now it's all behind the counter and baristas have to do it now, so even the simple brewed coffee takes them 5 to 10 minutes.

Very slow. I was here no one was in here. Two people walked and they got their order taken before me. I got here at 1 and just left at 1: 21pm. I will never come back to this location.

By far the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I went there tonight and everything from the service, beverages, food, and atmosphere was incredible. The workers were extremely kind as well as sociable and made the visit very pleasant. Will be coming back again and highly recommend this location. Shout out to the workers: Sam, Gracie, Shameer, Leanna:)

I was at star bucks sports world kitchener drive through, at 4.45 pm today (May 14) to order, no one came to assist me after a long wait, an Indian girl rudely told me I should learn to wait as they are busy. I replied I’m waiting for a long time, it’s unfair, then a guy suddenly took over her and took my order, once I was at the window to pick my food, the same Indian girl came and started yelling at me, and refused to give me my food and closed the window. I kept waiting, none of the staff opened the window, I drove off, i called for manager and they hung up my call, second time I called and the same girl picked the call and said there is no manager.

Great coffee, terrible customer exp. I had to deal with this barista service multiple times during the same visit and each time was worse than the last. She told me I was disgusting to my face. Starbucks, Stop Hiring a-holes!

The couple times I’ve come to this location it’s been quick and delish - no real complaints.

Been getting the same drink in the summer for years. This time I was given a cup that was only half full and mostly ice. I get a Starbucks double shot on ice with light ice. When I asked why it’s so empty they said they haven’t made that drink before and handed it to me.

14 minutes for a cup of coffee. I get it, mobile orders and drive thru orders also need to be made for waiting customers.but walk ins seem to get served last.very frustrating. I don't mind paying extra for my Starbucks but the wait was too much!

This is the friendliest Starbucks in waterloo region. Always a great experience, staff are so lovely. Drinks are hot and delicious!

I've been in Canada for a few years but I have never actually been to Starbucks and this was my first try. The barrister was an absolutely lovely lady. We told her we were confused on what to get and she walked us through it. I would recommend trying anything with the whipped cream. The butter croissant I had was delicious

I ordered vanilla latte with cinnamon powder!
Drink was yum, as I wanted!

I visited Starbucks last week with a friend. We stayed inside just to talk and socialize. We were there around 7 pm and just after 10 to 15 minutes we had to leave.
Inside was so loud because staff made so much noise with a blenders and another equipment which was so loud that we couldn't hear each other.
This coffee shop is designed just to take and leave. Even inside was just 2 or 3 person seating.
I don't recommend this place at all and if you want to seat and talk with a friend go somewhere else where is more quiet.

I didn’t go inside as their drive through line was very short, well… only one car ahead of me so why not. I found the person who took my order to be very friendly and same with the girl who gave me my tea. It’s great that they are so close to the highway. It’s also great that they are supporting the campaign for their local police “Waterloo Regional Police winter wear campaign. ”

I always go here due to convenience because it's on the way home to the GTA but it's a hit or miss. I've had fruit flies in my tea refresher, a hot Americano served lukewarm, and behind the counters were not clean. I would go to another location if you can or stop at the Cambridge Onroute.

Seriously busy. Like thirty minutes to get my coffee busy. Great staff, doing the best they can. But still.

Great staff. Friendly service and always quick with delivery orders. Very much appreciate the hard work you guys put in. The product you’re putting out is a reflection of your hard work.

Michael took care of me today. Excellent customer service and he gave us a complimentary cookie due to past 3 bad experiences. It’s because of staffers like Michael I will be returning to this particular Starbucks exclusively. Instant promoter! Thanks Mike!

It is SO busy in here today, which is also my first time at this location, but the customer service has been fantastic! Everyone is working as a team, letting us know there is a wait, and apologizing/thanking us all for being so patient You are all amazing!

They took at least 10 orders before someone even started making them, then they proceeded to get both our drinks wrong. There was only 1 person doing the walk ins while everyone else was doing drive though. Our drinks were disgusting

This star bucks is right beside my work and the people there are so nice! Sometime they put real milk in my latte instead of oak milk (we can taste the difference) which isn't great for my dairy allergy but the friendliness of the staff makes up for it. Keep making that drive through dough baddies

Not a full 5 because i find it odd when companies require their staff to assume the driver is purchasing an item. Its awkward.

I was able to find my cold cup here that I've been looking everywhere for! Clean, quietish place. I'll be back again

Good store, nice staff, quick service. Great to stop while you're at Costco. Be cautious as they seem to run out of speciality drinks a lot so if you're looking for something specific you might want to check the order option in your app before making the trip to this location. The seating here could use a little work, but if you get a bench seat you'll be comfortable.

Went to this location this evening with my wife and 18 month old for some brief family time. My son attempted to grab my straw and off went the lid causing my drink to tumble over. After a brief period of dead silence an employee came over with a mop to help assist us. To my surprise there were no efforts to offer a new drink (grande, not venti). We were more than willing to pay for a new one, however we found the lack of courtesy quite alarming considering we are gold members.

This Starbucks location is so fun! The staff are always pumped and engaged. My drink was perfect. It was quite busy and everyone looked happy and relaxed.

I went during a "happy hour" Thursday and I was stuck in line behind someone who seemed to be ordering drinks for the whole office. When my drink came up, they didn't call my name so I assumed it was part of the big order in front of me. Unfortunately it took several minutes (while my drink was melting!) to discover it was mine.

The new Starbucks on Sportsworld Drive has very friendly staff. The interior was quite nice and comfortable. Thank goodness it wasn't full of people with laptops taking up all the space.

Went to this Starbucks this morning around 9: 45am, and ordered a blonde roast. They asked me to try it to make sure it was okay and never told me why they were asking, at the time it was fine. But after driving away and not even half way through my coffee I got a mouth full of coffee grinds! Took of the lid and it was more than half full of coffee grinds!
