This place is actually so dutty. I need to speak to a manager about this experience I had. Hope this raises their awareness. This happened last week: I had just paid for my coffee and while it was being made, one of their workers was clearly bored. To back track, it seemed like a slow day. When I approached the register to order, he was mopping. When I finished, his colleagues were taking orders from drive thru & making drinks. So to seem busy, he literally mops the work area like 7-10 times over & over & over. Now back to waiting for my drink, he approaches the area with the cups out, and starts dunking the mop like a damn basketball, splashing the dutty (literally black) mop water, and it was splashing on the cups. At one point the mop actually brushed one of the cups. God bless the person that had to drink from those. I actually wanted to cry. The area was kind of crowded, and everyone (except for him) looked occupied so I was too shy to yell in front of everyone to ask him to stop. I felt so disgusted so I made it a point to complain to management. You guys need better systems in place to ensure cleanliness. I will literally never go to another Starbucks again. Y'all already support genocide, and you're disgusting & unsanitary. I hope this reaches the right people.
This Starbucks’ hours is extremely convenient (6am to 10pm) plus the location is just 3 minutes off the highway, so I visit here quite often (you can see pics lol).
Note: if you order via Starbucks app, there’s lots of extra for small fees, compared to if you order via Uber Eats or Doordash app, you will have to pay lots for extra (say “Dragonfruit inclusion” is added as many as you want for free on Starbucks app, but it is $0.60 extra PER inclusion on Uber Eats app).
Took me 20mins to order from drive thru though there were only 2 cars in total. They try serving the instore and drive thru customers at once but is not possible.end up making drive thru line wait.
One of the most negative Starbucks locations I've ever been. Very unfriendly atmosphere, crew is absolutely not a customer service oriented. People who work absolutely have no skills or knowledge, you can't ask anything. They simply can't answer. And their supervisor, who's name is Nikkia - is one of the rudest persons I've ever met. This location absolutely disgraceful.
Friendly awesome staff, however they are Slow, unorganized, on average my wait time is 10 minutes plus even if I pre order on the app. Sometimes the staff hardly read what’s on the label. Yesterday ordered an iced Americano on Uber eats and i didn’t say no ice on the label and they didn’t put ice in my iced Americano. It only takes a second maybe a minute to read the label. This happens more often then not. They need better leadership at this location, management needs reevaluation, hire more staff to cover the multiple Orders. Have staff designated for drive through orders, app orders, walk in orders, and delivery orders. It seems like there is only 1 to 3 people working on they heavy work load. This will make the customer experience that much better. This can be a busy location, I’m not sure what management is doing to lead this Starbucks in the right direction.
(Also I ordered my iced Americano this way because there is no option for iced espresso on the Uber app)
The hours online said this location is open until 8pm. Mulitple cars waited in the drive threw only to be told after 15 minutes that they are closed in a very rude way. Not my first time having a bad experience at this location.
Great service and very happy employees. My only negative comment - not many seats since everyone sitting at a table for 2 or more were by themselves with a laptop.
I buy Starbucks everyday and usually I have a great experience every time. When I went in today, I was disrespected by the manager Kinesha, over absolutely nothing, this lady has no idea what she’s doing, and did nothing to help the situation. I understand there is a labour shortage in Canada, but such a reputable company needs to do much better in there hiring process. Honestly I will not go back to this Starbucks. Truly a disappointment.
I clumsily broke a mug while lining up to pay for it. I offered to pay for the broken mug but a gentleman came by and told me not to worry about it. And he cleaned it up immediately. I’m told this is Starbucks’ standard policy. Still, the way it was handled was truly awesome. Thank you, Sir, for making an unpleasant mishap on my part turn into a Starbucks experience I’ll remember forever!
The worst starbucks ive ever been to. The staff were very rude and they act like they dont want to be there. We went on a quiet sunday afternoon so it was only us in line. The staff didnt even acknowledge us, we had to grab their attention. Never going back to this location.
Waited in the drive through for so long just to make it to the speaker box and be ignored for over 5 minutes. I then drove ahead to the window, when I finally got there I sat at the window for another 5 minutes while 5 different employees walked by and never greeted me. I told the lady working that I did not appreciate this kind of treatment to which she replied “yeah whatever”. Horrible experience!
Had a horrible experience at the drive through today 28 May between 5: 45pm and 6pm. Drove in to get my birthday drink and the associate named Aiden after scanning my rewards card said she couldn’t find my info which felt weird and demanded that I provide an ID to verify which I presented and said “looks legit” in front of everyone that was present in my car which was humiliating and insulting on my birthday and I just felt my heart dropped for the entire evening I was out with the drink. I don’t understand how the training is provided to these employees or is it just that they’re taught to humiliate customers based on their race. I’ve been to starbucks at many other locations with many other people from different ethnicities and never have I heard the associate ask for an ID or let alone make such a comment. Aiden, if I can afford a car to be in the drive through so can I afford a drink under $10!
I was there for the first time and had the worst experience. In a country like Canada, you dont expect and accept RACISM. But the cashier was a racist personality, didnt even take the order properly. Who can bear such arrogance on this ground! God bless such people.
I ordered via Uber eats. You have no options to add a note but yet still they can’t make their basic drinks right … they forgot the whip cream I added to by macchiato and they didn’t provide the straws requested
While I was waiting for my drink, I looked over and I seen the Asian manager (a lady with black hair) snap her fingers/yell at her coworkers to hurry up. I just think that whatever day anyone is having should not afflict on others/coworkers.
I was at this location with friends, it has an ambiance relaxing atmosphere with kind inviting staff and my experience has been very enjoyable with impressive espressos delectable pastries. There patios in the summer are absolutely terrific. Thanks! Much appreciated Suki S
For the past couple of visits at the drive thru I have ordered a Grande Caramel Macchiato on Jan 30 and one on Feb 1 2022 both drinks were made incorrectly with no caramel drizzle on top (sometimes it may sink but there’s usually caramel residue on the lid or rim or you can taste it in the foam) this step was missed twice. Also the drink tasted of milk and colour was too light to have had two shots of espresso added. I ordered again on Uber eats and the drink I ordered was a flat white grande with add ons so dark caramel syrup cinnamon dolce topping caramel drizzle on top and none of these were added to the drink. They just made me a regular flat white with the caramel pumps which was the only add on they got correct. Again you can usually see dolce cinnamon residue on the lid or cup or in the foam and taste it same with the drizzle. Add ons cost money through the Uber eats app and to not get it is not acceptable.
Probably one of the best starbucks branches in the GTA. The staff is super friendly and they always make the best drinks. So many times I have asked them to surprise me with drinks and they never fail. 10/10
Friendly staff but they always seem flustered. Both times it was a 30 min wait in the drive thru. Not the biggest deal but other Starbucks around the downtown core are twice as busy with less staff and function more efficiently.
This location is very neglecting their customers, the staff would not pay attention to my questions about the missing ingredient on my mobile order. They even made a grande size drink while my order is venti.
Avoid the drive thru at this particular Starbucks.you'll be stuck in that line (no matter how small) for a very long time. Happens to me almost every time I go there.
I'm extremely happy with my visit today. I went to the drive-thru this evening and got an iced-chai. Before I pulled out my card, the barista told me my drink was free. It really made my Sunday. I've been to this location a few times, and you can tell it's a really positive space. Highly recommend coming!
This store location never has anything in stock and the reason as to why does not make any sense as well. Being told that the drink could be available maybe later yet it’s advertised it’s available on the menu and in the app just doesn’t make sense. Don’t advertise options available if they aren’t then tell the customer maybe later. Smh never going back to this location again. Very disappointing. Not to mention the wait times are horrible at this location
Had mixed experiences at this Starbucks. When they're slow, which has been most of my visits, they're friendly, fast, and make great drinks. My last couple visits though, I feel they're being overwhelmed by their drive through? I ordered on mobile and waited a super long time for pickup, maybe three times longer than the app suggested. Maybe my order got lost, but no one mentioned anything. Still very friendly, but like some other Starbucks, I feel they've maybe been thrown off by a shift in the ratio of how people are ordering, and maybe not enough staffing. I will still happily return here though.
Terrible service my son has a peanut allergy and they messed up the order and gave us a drink with peanuts in it. Unacceptable and when I called the location the manger Kat showed no remose or understanding to how Serious this was. I wouldn't recommend this location this isn't the first time they messed up our orders its a very unprofessional environment Strongly recommended trying another location!
I waited for 10 minutes while the guy who makes my drink first starts to clean the entire drink area while I wait. This location is generally very slow.
Not taking orders from the app, and super slow service, about 20 minutes to take l get your order. Only because my daughter wanted something from here, if it was for me, I would go to a local coffee shop.
The men and women that work at this location are kind, respectful, hard working and super friendly. Always a great experience. Oh and their drinks are great too!
The drive thru is extremely slowwww so I went in and asked for my usual. The guy mark I think was not paying attention. He messed up my order and because I was rushed I told him don't throw it and he ignored me and dumped it. He then gave me a drink that tastes like water! It was so disappointing after waiting for so long
The service is great and the staff are wonderful. I like how they like to talk to the customer. And they seem to all have good customer service skills. I'll more likely go back to this starbucks in the future.
Baaaaaad.covid19 alert! Drive thru is prioritized over in store customers, so be prepared to wait 10 minutes for a simple double espresso and stand around catching COVID
I usually visit this location on weekends to work. Everyone in the team is welcoming and takes a genuine interest in your day. Kudos to management for creating an environment where employees love what they do. Great atmosphere to work!
Baristas here are awesome! We only come to this location as everyone that works here treats us amazingly.customer service is on point and they always get our order right which is a definite positive in my books.would recommend to everyone!
Great place to work or study or just hung out with friends! Friendly, nice and professional staff who provide a really welcoming atmosphere in the cafe. It was my first time in this location to come for work with my papers and computer and actually good a good amount of work done with peaceful mind. Love my experience in this location and all the credits go to the staff who take care of each customer! Thank you for the amazing job guys! Customers are well taken care of and the staff are amazing and super sweet! I accidentally spilled hot coffee on my hand (totally my fault) and one of the Partners jumped into action with a cup of ice water to cool the burned area, while another Partner gave me a free drink on top of my order without even asking! The cashier at this location was both patient and very knowledgeable about the drinks. He was nice when helping my daughter figure out what she wanted to get. And even in explaining the new drinks to me was nice and informative so now I have a new favourite drink: D

The servers were very attentive and quick, despite an almost full house. Chestnut Praline Frappuccino Flavors of caramelized chestnuts and spices blended with Frappuccino Roast coffee, milk and ice. Topped with whipped cream and spiced praline crumbs.
Terrible! One star is too many. Ordered through mobile order which stated it would be ready in 2 to 3 minutes. Showed up 8 mins later; not only it was not ready, but I had to wait another 5 minutes for VENTI BOLD because they were too busy with drive thru. They just looked at me and not greetings at all. Since they were so focused with drive through, I tried drive through this morning. Ordered the same drink; waited 8 minutes for it. NEVER AGAIN!
They got rid of the smoothies.no more chocolate banana, they can make an alternative they say is a mocha but really it's iced coffee.as I've had to tell the staff many times, I can't drink coffee.no more Starbucks for me, there's nothing there I can have any more: (
Notified them of allergy to graham crackers but got gram crackers on my drink. When they remade my drink the syrup was missing and so I didn’t get what I ordered. Seeing their attitude towards me when I brought the drink back. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of dealing with them again so I just left. The service is always bad here.another time someone was standing around chatting up with someone until he realized 5 mins later I’m still waiting for my drink in the drive through. Guess what, they missed the syrup this time again! What the hell is going on. I’m not coming here again. Ever
This 'bucks is big: plenty of tables inside, a patio and a drive through. It's busy. I get it. But one of a barista once gave me a coffee latte when I ordered a tea latte.
