In the past 2 years whenever going into the city we stop here and regardless of time of the day, the staff makes the experience an amazing one. Lines are long but that’s just because of volume. However, the staff is always smiling, friendly and pleasant, even my 10 & 12 year olds have stated this. Most Starbucks should use this location as a standard of service to meet up to. Excellent job everyone!

The customer service is amazing. Not many options to choose from but still great to order while you wait for your train/bus etc. The line is long so if you are in a hurry it’s best to skip. Not many staff so it might take a while to get your order as well…

Even though it’s one of the busiest locations all the baristas are awesome. They’re all super nice. They greet you even when they’re swamped and there’s always 6-7 baristas making drinks/preparing orders as fast as they can. The only reason the wait time is long is because of the volume of orders they get during the morning rush.

The staff is always friendly and lord are they trying! But it’s often overwhelmed and the low rating really for the mobile order app without a feature to cancel/refund. If you’ve got a train to catch do not order here. 20+ mins of waiting, have missed my train or just lost the money.

I have been to many Starbucks. The service here is absolutely the best, fastest and friendliest I have EVER experinced. It puts all the others to shame!

The best SB staff I have ever encountered. Everything is so delightful to encounter and they are so thoughtful. Love coming here in the AM's:) - Even during the busy morning rush, they are the best!

All my gratitude to the Asian fellow that helped m and my 4 y/o daughter yesterday night allowing us to have a drink while they were cleaning the shop (York C). Were coming from MTL and we were waiting for our train to go to Hamilton. Thank you amazing human being!

No hand sanitizer for customer use. So much for those covid "new policies". Avoid this place at all costs.

BEST Starbucks location in city in terms of Service & Quality! I’ve been to many other SB locations in TO but this one in the GO Train Terminal has to be one of the BEST by far!

Erin was exceptional in her service/demeanour. She was friendly, polite, professional & most informative. She assisted me with my SB rewards points/card & was most patient. She was just simply genuine in her service. Definitely one of the best Baristas SB employs anywhere!

Her colleagues, Kevin & Nima, were also great with their friendly service & professionalism. My drink made by Nima was delish. The location itself is quaint & has good ambience- even being inside the Terminal underground.

I’ll definitely be back for my cold drinks, pastries & lattes in the near future. It’s my fave SB! Great job Erin, Kevin & Nima. I’ll be back again soon

The absolute sweetest staff, they gave my stressed out puppy two much-needed puppacinos after a stressful train ride ️️

I just really, really love this place. The customer service is phenomenal.
I just want to let people know that it's a wonderful experience not just the grab and go and getting what you're wanting but indoor service as well. Very pleasant and enjoyable!

Came by this spot to grab a quick ice coffee and asked the barista what she recommended. Juzeth happened to be the manager and she advised to try the ice caramel macchiato with coconut milk. Her recommendation was on point and shows her knowledge in coffee and customer awareness. If I’m ever downtown passing by union I’ll come to this cafe again.

I stop at this Starbucks on Front St all the time when working in the data centre next door. Always friendly service.

Nice and open space (because of Windows and not walls). Conveniently happens to be the pickup point for Toronto sightseeing bus service & Vaughan mills shopping mall shuttle, which helps too as it becomes part of our day trip where the day starts with Starbucks coffee.

The staff here are amazing. So friendly and professional and quick. Food is decent but pricey like all Starbucks. Coffee muffin and a breakfast sandwich is $14 CDN - that is absolutely nuts. But it's not a reflection of the staff, they are amazing. Enjoy!

Friendly staff, supervisor helped me a previous time with Guatemala Antigua blend, and they brew my dark roast perfectly every time!

Got the strawberry acai, has had this in another location before which had tons of strawberries, this one had way fewer despite being 2 sizes larger, also just tastes like lemonade which isn't bad but not what I wanted

Friendly staff and various breakfast and food options. They accept American currency as well and give change in Canadian (good to know for the American traveler)

Shout out to Heaven! She was an angel and I could see how much she hustles to get the antsy and moody go train passengers the drinks they want. Her sweetness and work ethic needs more praising:)

Thank you Starbucks- I spent 15 minutes watching invisible people get their food piled up through mobile ordering, while I waited for a bagel for 15 minutes that it turns out the employees had forgotten about. I missed my bus to Barrie because of the wait. I'll stick to Tim Hortons, thank you. It's quick and not pretentious.

Whether it's busy or not everyone goes out if their way to make your day. Everyone is polite and friendly.

To the amazing ladies at Starbucks Union Station thank you for such cheerful service so early in the morning.

As always good bit being centrally located, was little crowded in morning. Cleanliness of tables should be done quickly. This is for outlet near Union station.

We came here for Cold Brews and the staff saved our LIVES when the storm hit.

A coffee never tasted better, let me tell you.

Before the rain came we were greeted and yeeted with some Eastern Starbucks hospitality.

I got as usual a cold brew, heavy cream and two sweetener, generally I have to do cream myself but the staff ddi at this location.

Super helpful, super friendly, enjoy my stay out of the rain.

Their system doesn't have all the drinks options and if you ask for something that's in the app they have no idea how to enter it in or make it.

A cold form cappuccino, which was made in the wrong way and wrong order, an don’t take my advise. WRONG DRINK! They don’t have the right cap for the cup, which means the form means nothing. One of my worst experience in Starbucks EVER! Plus without any remind that there is no cap for this drink and no apologies for this mistaken

Great experience! They took my order quickly and my drink was made very fast. The bathroom is a bit far as it is shared with the building. But still a great location!

Used to go hear all the time. The new renovations are nice. Loved the clover coffee. But first they took away the decaf Verona beans I used to buy. Then they took away the 18% cream. Fine, started bringing my own cream. Then they changed all the food/treats. The food items became smaller or more expensive or both. But the coup de gras came when they discontinued their popular French Roast coffee that I drank every time I went their (via the clover machine). That was it. I used up my Starbucks card and have never returned. You can only take so much. Never thought I'd go back to Tims but I did. Their coffee doesn't change, they now have a drinkable dark roast. The Tims app has improved to be comprable in function to the Starbucks app. And they have 18% cream. None of the above is the 'fault' of that particular location. It is Starbucks Canada's choice to make all those decisions. So weird because you can still buy Starbucks French Roast beans on Amazon.ca but they won't sell them to you in the store. Super weird! Such a bummer because my wife and I loved that place.

The Starbucks that could teach Starbucks a lesson in Brewing Coffee. Don't know what is it they do but this Starbucks at Union Station understands what Coffee should taste like. Bold Coffee is Bold like it should be. Today I am Drinking their Anniversary Blend with Heavy Creme. From colour to taste never been disappointed. Baristas understand a Sense of what urgency means. When I say my Train is in five minutes, they move to accommodate not just me but all traveller's.

Fast, and friendly. Service is incredible. This morning I was sitting reading with my coffee and a cute girl came up to me as asked if I wanted a cup of ice water. At 9: 00am in the morning for her to be thoughtful and have so much positive energy is amazing. Hope she reads this and others read this too!
