The baristas here lack any customer service skills. They also don’t know how to make drinks properly. You ask for little cream and your drink comes out looking like sand.

I had an utterly disappointing experience at the closing hours of the bar. The three baristas on duty seemed to have an aversion to serving customers, particularly me. Despite one of them standing just beside me, they refused to acknowledge my presence or come forward to take my order. It was painfully evident that they were gossiping about it through their headsets, with one even making a dash to the back, clearly avoiding any interaction with me. The other two were shamelessly engrossed in their conversation, neglecting their duty to serve customers. Such unprofessional behavior and blatant disregard for customer service left me utterly dissatisfied and appalled. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment if you expect even a modicum of decent service.

The drink was good & i always love sara.but i noticed this other girl working flip off her coworker while she laughed with another worker (did it behind his back). So yeah, bad atmosphere.kinda made me feel like they’re highschool bullies and not workers.really unimpressed

Passes the vibe check. Great place to come study, I've not seen a place where the staff are so friendly and happy to be at work. You love to see it!

Food comes out of little baggies, so there will never be a 5 star SB in my reviews, but this one is pretty good!

This is our favorite location in Ottawa. We never have issues with our drinks being mixed up or made incorrectly. Recently we went to another location while we were picking items up in a different part of Ottawa. My wife’s London Fog tasted like teabags in extreme boiled water. The cup was so hot I almost dropped it on the way out to my vehicle. Since the tea was so hot, she didn’t try it until we were almost home. Because she was so disappointed, we stopped in to this location (Findlay Creek), and they took care of us. Friendly staff and management. And clean!

Over the past 4 months I have had to go back in to the store after going through the drive through numerous times to have my order fixed as they normally give me the wrong drink or forget to add coffee to my Frappuccinos when I clearly ordered a coffee type. They also almost gave me cookie crumbs which would have made me severely sick as I’m allergic, when the drink I ordered is one that doesn’t include cookie crumbs. Very disappointed as this was the Starbucks I typically went to on my way home but I will be changing where I pick up my drinks after the way I was treated when going to exchange the last drink I got.

I came to this store to sit for an hour or two do to some work, but I couldn't concentrate. The staff are way too loud and yelling at the people who are sitting on break across the store. I have high end noise cancelling headphones that will cancel out a jet engine yet I can hear them screaming and laughing. There is a place for fun at work, but this is not acceptable at all.

Ordered a venti and still got a grande. Questioned myself, and was told by the wife that I did infact order a venti, and said it twice when ordering. She had the same issue a couple of times when she's ordered in the past. Everything I tried to order was sold out as well.

I purchased a flat white and it was fantastic! My bottom was itchy and quite foul-smelling, so I made my way over to the lavatories. Spotless! You could pour your coffee in the toilet and still have some nice hot brown drink! Had a quick rinse out in the sink, clean as a whistle. Ill be back ;}}}

The employees need to do a better job at cleaning the counters and where they prepare drinks, it's really dirty and in disarray.

I love this Starbucks, there always so nice to me and sweet however they seem to be quite understaffed but I always get the best customer service with them!

Ordered a honey citrus mint tea and got
A chai tea bag in it. Of course didn’t drink until got home so didn’t notice ew!

Good coffee, normally, but mine was lukewarm and I couldn't seem to convince the barista it was unacceptable. Ultimately, I got a new, hot cup of coffee.

The staff are always super sweet and friendly! They always go the extra mile to make customers feel welcomed and put a smile on their face. I’ve even ordered online (trough Uber eats) and they draw little hearts on your Starbucks bag! Always a positive experience with this Starbucks!

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by Makayla and she was the sweetest person ever! I had a great conversation and I was given my drink quickly. I will definitely be coming back!

I LOVE this Starbucks location! (4791 Bank St, Ottawa). Hands down the nicest staff (and I mean every single one) I’ve ever encountered in a customer service setting. My coffee always tastes great, and I always leave with a smile on my face and in a good mood. Will keep coming back ️

EVER SINGLE person I have met have been outstanding. What makes them that is they are always happy, cheerful the first question is not “Welcome to Starbucks what can I get for you”. It’s “Hi, How are you today, what can I get started for you”.

After giving the order and driving to the window again always pleasant, engaged and friendly, happy to be here.

Went through the drive through and waited 20 mins in-line when there was only two cars. We arrived at the window to get Grande and a Venti when we ordered two Ventis. When we said something the girl at the window she said well you at least got one Venti.
When we drove away pretty upset at her comment we took a drink of our white hot chocolate Mochas to realize that it was a regular hot chocalate Mocha. We never go to Star Bucks but thought we would try something different to start off the New year and wow we where disappointed to the point I had to stop at a Tim Hortons and put out 15 dollar drinks in the garbage and get something we really wanted.

Absolutely LOVE this Starbucks. I come here almost every morning and is by far the best one in the city! - The staff here are beyond nice and efficient. The lineup I never wait more then 2-3 mins (that is a record for Starbucks) most locations you can be waiting upwards to 15mins!

I hope Starbucks sees this and let's the staff of this location know they are unbelievable!

Went to drive thru for hot choc the other day.when I got to window they informed me they were all out.had to wait and go through entire drive thru to not get anything. Maybe post a sign before ppl get into the spot of no return. Also wanted to call that specific one today to see if they received any delivery (i work in area and only one around so can't drive to another location) for hot choc but its only a 1 800 number so cant even call before getting stuck in drive thru again with nothing to show for it.

The team here is amazing. They always go above and beyond to provide great service. I will go out of my way to visit this Starbucks team. The store is always clean and they have the best energy!

The best Starbucks ever! This specific location has the most amazing and friendly staff. They know my name and drink and always ask me about my day. This place has the brightest and biggest cafe to sit an enjoy a latte in. It is very clean and cozy.
Definitely a hidden gem in Ottawa and the best addition to Findlay Creek.

This place is awesome, the staff are super professional and friendly. They remind with the good old days! When the customer service in Canada used to be top notch! I remember when I first came to Canada more than 20 years ago, customer service was excellent back then. The staff at this Starbucks location in particular are really the best. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU! Will Canada ever come back to those good old days! I wonder!

I appreciate the kind reception but it doesnt help when the coffee isnt done to the order i want.they make a mistake with my order everytime i go.last ttime they messed up my cold brew with salted foam, and this time my coffee wasnt even hot.i really dont wanna be one of those but damn they need training

The Findley Creek location is staffed by professionals who do their jobs properly. Not like some Starbucks locations where they hire people who obviously hate coffee. If I pay 7.00 dollars for a cup of coffee I want it to not have curdled milk. Thanks. *curtsies*

Big Starbucks drinker here. I have been to many Starbucks and received some good drinks, some okay drinks, and some bad ones. With that being said, the drinks my boyfriend and I ordered here today were beyond delicious. Literally the most incredible beverage I've ever had. I took the first sip and the experience was borderline euphoric. Starting to wonder if they laced it with something à la Coca Cola in the early days. 10/10 will return.

Just went to this location for the first time.absolutely amazing! My drink was exactly what I ordered, and the ladies here are so easygoing and fun to chat with! By far the best Starbucks in the Ottawa area. Great job everyone!

By far, the best coffee shop in Ottawa. The place is very spacious, making it a great area to comfortably do some work. All tables have access to plugs, and overall everything is very modern-looking.

Went thru drive thru, quick and delicious, surprised they are so well organized for having just opened the location, welcome to Findlay Creek!
