Starbucks

Absolutely the worst location for customer service. A lot of power trippers. To the snippy "manager" this morning. I got my usual drink just fine without your extra charge at the other location. And your "because you're the manager" comment as to why I was getting the charge when I inquired since I had never heard about it was shocking for them to even hear that you spoke to me that way. I Also reported you. I think you need a better job and certainly a better attitude.

We asked the guy why the stainless steel cup (cup used to make the milk foam) is dirty from outside, he said but it’s clean from inside! Instead of saying “sorry” or” I will clean it now”! The answer was out of our expectation for a shop like Starbucks!

I didn’t have the chance to take the photo, maybe next time.

I was a partner (starbucks employee) for 12 years in Toronto and never have I seen such a welcoming atmosphere. I came here visiting my parents and stopped for my Venti Cold Brew with Heavy Cream and it was made to perfection each time and the staff were charming and efficient.

Pro's: Clean, Fast service. Good seating arrangement.
Con's: For me; staff don't seem very friendly, sort of distant, not engaging.
Honestly, could just be me.

Driving back from Toronto we stopped here for a late night coffee. The barista was very jovial and courteous. She was well-versed with the offerings as well. Our drinks were well-prepared and very hot.

The location will currently sell you a beverage but not allow you to use the bathroom (even as spaying customer). Their excuse was not enough staff because the inside dining room was closed however I counted no less than 6 staff.

Don't go here today if you want a caramel machiato, they're all out of caramel.unbelievable!? !

Was here at 740pm, website says they close at 8pm. Saw them turning off the light! 20 mins too early!

We mobile ordered in advance of arriving in Brockville and drinks took a long time with 1 of 3 drinks ready and other two got sorted with drive through, which was only discovered when we asked. While waiting, Kendra was especially rude. For a treat, when we spend $17+ on 3 drinks, we’d expect better Starbucks Brockville.

Great coffee and service. In summer's one must try the Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. It really tastes good. So go ahead and do give it a try.

Inconsistent. Some days I get outstandingly prepared drinks and other days my instructions are ignored completely! This photo is an example of my instructions being disregarded

I drive thru the area semi often, and have really recieved great service. I remeber someone I think named Bianca, whos taken my order maybe 5-6 times. (Drive thru and at cash)

Love this Starbucks! Always amazing customer service and puts up with any annoying questions I have!

Caramel Machiato hot is my favorite
Its just enough sweet and the Caramel drizzle just adds a great treat to ur mouth

As an avid Starbucks lover we were traveling through Brockville and decided to grab our favourite drinks while we drove. When we ordered we were charged for extra dairy (this has never happened) but happily agreed to pay. At the window we asked for extra Splenda and were told no by the young man serving us. When we said we would pay for it we were told “well there is no way to charge for it”. Very thrown off by this encounter as we have never had such an issue with Starbucks and their costumer service.

Too expensive can never get anything I like. I am sure it really is great. I will try again sometime

Nice shop but I find it crowded a lot & seating isn't sometimes available. Yet I'll see someone taking up an area that could fit 4 ppl in & they r just staring at their laptops/phones. Love the vanilla bean drink. Bianca is a super sweetie!

Growing up in Brockville had never been the most LGBT positive experience, but on monday this week the young lady on drive-thru proved that things have changed. Having her acknowledge that she may have misinterpreted my gender over the intercom, was so atypical and is appreciated as a gesture, along with her great service. I thank you, and welcome this change in brockville, sending good vibes your way!

The staff are always incredible! Though I do have to say that Bianca always is cheerful, friendly & makes my visit to Starbucks worthwhile!

Great coffee and clean facilities but today the staff was somewhat rude and argumentative. I'm not used to that at a Starbucks.

Every time I have come here over the past few years they have always been so friendly and cheerful. I wish every starbucks had service like this one does. They always have a smile on their face and recommend menu items when I'm not sure what I want.

Was there tonight and asked for a salad, received a fire chicken vegetable box. Disappointed. Asked for a very, berry hisbiscus refresher with water, received with lemonade. Asked for a straw and was asked if I was sure because they have new lids that btw don't sit well. Then as the guy closed the window, he was laughing at me. Umm you are the one working at a drive thru window.bad experience, idiot server.

Ordered a mezzo blonde americano, somehow got a grande and they charged me for 4.70 for it? Most disappointing starbucks I've been to so far, id rather drink timmies than go back here

I’ve never had a bad experience at either Starbucks locations. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, even when it’s crazy busy!

Staff has always been super friendly and helpful if I have an questions! Place is always clean too! Great place to sit down as well

Drinks were good but took 21 minutes from start to finish in Drive thru, too long in my opinion.

Maybe it was a one time mistake, but the barista typed in the wrong size drink, gave us the wrong sandwiches, and didn't know cool terms that I've never had any issues with in other locations (180° temperature/ California style). She was friendly but made a few too many mistakes. Kind of disappointing. The other barista was really nice tho, said hi to everyone as they came in while he was making everyone's drinks. And again, she was nice, just made a lot of mistakes.

I never go into Starbucks but my daughter asked me for Strawberry acai refresher - which they were out of.

I recently decided to bring myself and two friends to this location over our lunch hour, and was astonished to discover the lack of customer service present. All began well at the speaker, where I was informed my total would come to $24.05, this was considered standard for 3 beverages and two baked goods. The issues began when I drove to the window and was presented with the debit machine although I was holding cash in my hand. After she withdrew the machine I went to hand over my $50.05 to receive an easy $24 in change. To my absolute shock I was then informed they couldn’t take this as they don’t have enough change available. To have less than $24 in cash for change during a lunch hour is absolutely unacceptable in modern business, so until this policy is adapted I will not be able to return to this location.

One of my best Starbucks experiences yet due to the friendly and upbeat barista. Don't even care that the coffee is overpriced.
