Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The pike place coffee was not fresh. This location was not busy (about 11am on a Tuesday, we were the only customers) so coffee sits waiting for customers, instead of being made fresh every 20 minutes or so like another chain does. The barista was alright, but really seemed like she’d rather be elsewhere. Not rude, but but pleasant either.

Baristas are very rude. I told the barista that my drink wasn’t made right. I got a shaken espresso which they made into an iced latte. I asked the barista if they could shake the drink or remake it as it was not made right. They were rude, told me it is made right and spoke to me in a very condescending tone.

My friends and I went to this star bucks, we’ve been walking all day so my friend and I go into star bucks and ask if we could each get a cup of what, she says okay but you have to pay 80 cents each for a cup, we said that cool so we buy it, not even a minute in while we were waiting for our water, a next couple came in asked for the same thing she said sure and gave it for free didn’t ask for any money to purchase the cup as she did us and that same couple was with us too so we stepped back like we didn’t know them, and they got their water free of charge, my friend and I were the only coloured people in the store at the time, I called her out on it by saying thanks for charging us for free water and she looks around at her co worker embarrassed and we walked out peacefully, that was my second time in my while entire life going to a Starbucks, I understand why there is barely any coloured people employed or being a customer in your stores, the brown hair Caucasian girl with two big talls in her hair shame on you smh, Starbuck I hope you really fix up smh. Ordered a pike place. KATIE poured the coffee. Then decided. Her phone was more important then giving me my order. Poor customer service at its best. Katie needs her phone and attitude taken away!

Went early during the morning and it was empty with seats available. The staff was nice. Walked past here at night and it was packed. You can collect your stars if you have the Starbucks card but for some reason you can't redeem anything.

Cashier was rude to my fiancé for no reason he was being super nice as well. Rolling your eyes at a customer is “great” customer service. I’m only giving 2 stars because the person who made our drinks was super nice!

I’m not sure I understand the concept of Starbucks stores that are not really Starbucks (licensed). You can’t use your Starbucks card, you cannot get points, prices are higher and there’s no wifi.
Coffee still tastes good, same proof available, good location.
I wish the staff was a little more friendly and I wish they would have dark roast in the afternoon.

Boy was Tiana rude…. She made my drink wrong and then got upset when I asked for it to be fixed when I asked for it the way it was due to dietary restrictions… she refused to remake it until another barista chimed in and helped us out.huffed and puffed while making a new one.

Customer service horrible- stayed next door 5 nights- 5 days same drink- different price each day. Do not award points yet advertise the point system. Sandwich way too hot burnt my mouth 2 times- serious blisters. Ran out of brewed coffee one morning! Poorly managed and customer service is really not their priority. Just not what I am used to from Starbucks especially considering the price we pay.

I been coming to Starbucks for a vanilla oat latter for the last I don't even kno how many years daily.but I'm done with Starbucks.this store just tried to charge me $9 dollars fir a vanilla oat latte.so its over a dollar more than any other location.not to mention they add a dollar to the drink because of the oat milk to begin with.but now they are just taking advantage. I will not be supporting Starbucks any longer.

DO NOT waste your time at the starbucks atop the Clifton Hill. They dont take cash, their starbucks gift card machine was down and the simple order took 10 minutes to fill.
Take your time and money down the hill a minute and get a warm cup from Tim Hortons

I have had the worst customer service experience at the Starbucks so far. The manager there needs proper training on how to treat customer with some respect. We were super polite and she started screaming from no where and also told us "Do you guys even want your drinks or not" like she was doing us favor. This restaurant is not even worth giving 1 star. DO NOT RUIN YOUR DAY BY GOING THERE!

I would give 0 stars to this location if the option allowed me to. Their sign says to be kind as the staff is new but the manager herself is soo rude. They didn’t understand my order and charged me twice for it. Never had such bad customer service experience. I felt I was judged by my skin tone. The manager needs to get proper training for how to treat people.

This particular location has earned five stars. They have free parking on site. They had things on sale that other locations were charging full price for. They had some rare coffees that other places were out of stock. It's worth the couple minute drive from other locations that charge you for parking. I've been to many Starbucks locations, and this is one of my favorite.

This store has a great vibe! They have a fun tiktok account. Honestly in the face of all the negativity they seem to keep smiles on their faces. I visit often as they are the cheapest Starbucks in the tourist area. Even when they’re short staffed they always try their beats and get the drinks out quick and apologize every chance they get. For minimum wage workers they go above and beyond. If visiting any store in the area and not wanting to pay 10$ for a sandwich I suggest you go to them. Their merchandise and food are the same as any Starbucks near you! Keep it up girls! Stay strong & don’t let anyone bring you down.

This store and the workers have an amazing vibe, honestly love all the workers. They remembered my drink order after a week of me coming here everyday. They have a fun and easy going environment with staff that will joke around with you. Best Starbucks around!

No respect. Rude customer service. Manager needs to be trained properly atleast how to talk with customer. THE SIGN SAYS BE KIND BECAUSE EVERYONE IS NEW. We asked for same to be kind to us as well. She charged my friend two times. Staff were shouting for no reason and attitude I mean like wow. Staff were laughing. Award goes to manager for handling it very rudely.

This store is honestly so amazing. They have similar prices to corporate & are the cheapest in the tourist area! We saw the sign saying everyone was new and appreciate all their hard work! We saw a group of guys yelling all the new staff saying they charged them twice when they were just trying to explain how they cant reload during a transaction. I felt really bad for them.keep up the great work ladies!

I just came back from this Starbucks location about 30 minutes ago. I did NOT have a good experience here. I had ordered two sandwiches and 3 ice lates. The employees took way too long to make the order. At first, they just left our drinks on the counter and did not inform us. Meanwhile, they were calling out other peoples orders to let them know their orders were ready. Anyways, we waited for our drinks and when it did come it was NOT mixed properly. I always order this custom drink from Starbucks and thats not how its suppose to be. And they did not have my 3 drinks ready while other customers were getting their orders. And most importantly, they completely forgot about our sandwiches. They were too busy taking care of other orders. My sandwiches were just left on the side with them. The sandwiches got so cold. They did not give us the sandwiches when they were done. They left it at back with them cause they forgot about it. I had to go back and ask them again for it. And since the sandwhices were cold I asked them to reheat it for me which even took longer. Such a WASTE of TIME. I wish I had read the reviews before. We were the first customers inside. It got busy after. But since we were the very first customers, shouldn't our order be ready first? Can't they at least let us know our drinks are ready? Both ladies did not know what they were doing. Overall, I would never come back here. Also, the prices here are doubled compare to the regular prices. I go to Starbucks everyday. And this was double the amount I usually pay. And what made it worst here was my experience. I would suggest to go out of Clifton hill for a better experience or check out a different cafe! Theres many options!

We went to this Starbucks at Niagara falls this long weekend. Alisa was the person who served us. She was extremely nice to us. We changed our order twice and she helped us with a smile on her face. (Of course she was wearing a mask but you can see that she was smiling:). It is hard to find people like her these days. Thank you so much Alisa. You made my day.

We've been there everyday during our stay in Niagara Falls. Despite being located in busiest place, I'm amazed by fast service from the staffs. 2-3 mins wait in line, 2-3 mins for order prep.

I had the worst experience at this location because one member of the staff couldn’t simply admit she made a mistake with my drink. Monday (08/31/20) around 12pm I order a grande iced drink with light ice and the cashier was extremely nice, but when I got my drink I realize that not only it wasn’t light ice, it was almost twice of what usually comes. I genuinely said to one of the baristas in a polite way that I ordered with light ice because maybe she did t check and the other barista jumps on and says that they actually put “half” of the amount of ice it was supposed to come and then just ignored me. She was extremely rude, didn’t apologize or even looked at my drink. It made my whole experience terrible there’s no way on earth this is light ice or even half of the amount is supposed to go. I work with retail and I know we all make mistakes, what made me mad wasn’t even the ice but the way the barista handled it. Whoever the girl was you need to honestly need to work on your customer service.

Not cool, starbuck store that doesnt accept order ahead via the app, refused let use my stars reward, charged me extra for dried black berries in my berries hibicus lemonade, and pretend that she didn't hear I want to add strawberry to my drink. Only thing she gave me extra was these gigantic ice cubes cold as her attitudes that brought back winterstorm to my weekend!
