Starbucks

Their mobile ordering system is not working properly. Missed my order and made me wait for 30 min for a cup of flat white.

Always had a good experience at this location. But I think they changed their staff to give possible poor service to their customers. It wasn’t busy.only I was in line waiting for them to call me for taking my order. Girl looked at me 3-4 times and ignored. Busy in themselves talking and laughing around. I had to literally ask them if they gonna take my order or not. Joshuelle

I came to this Starbucks on Dec 10,2023 at 3: 33pm. My dad had gone to another Starbucks years ago and didn’t like the drinks. He told me I could go and get whatever I want but I said I’ll try to get him something. He’s more of a Tim Hortons guy, his favourite drink is the French Vanilla. So I went and told the cashier to make something similar to that. The cashier was so nice and polite and made up a drink of his choice to match the Tim’s French Vanilla. At the end he asked one of his coworker for some assistance and she also added to the drink. I was impressed and after waiting for the drinks to be made I gave my dad his drink. One sip and dad said he loved it. On my mobile app transaction history it says it was the Caffe Latte with 2 pumps of White chocolate mocha sauce and 1 pump of toasted vanilla syrup. Seven days later he still praises Starbucks for this drink. He even says it’s better than any drink from Tim Hortons. He will definitely be returning more often to Starbucks. I love the Starbucks workers that helped customize this drink. Keep up the good work as I recommend this drink to everyone I meet

Ok.so we're in lockdown.
No need to worry. All staff we're so pleasant happy and cheerful it brightened my day.
My wife and I mentioned it to each other in the car. Sad that the Clover press is gone.
Picked up some Reserve coffee anyway.
I can enjoy that at home!

2024 and back to business as usual. A few things have changed. Apparently, men are actually women.

15 minutes to pick up a mobile order… meanwhile 10+ people who just walked in got their orders in a couple of minutes.

Very disorganized, it’s busy but at least both lines should be getting served at the same pace.

The absolute worst Starbucks for mobile order! If you plan on saving time by ordering ahead, you're in for a surprise. The 10 people that walked in after you will get their order first, even if you only ordered a coffee. I've been here three times and it has happened all three times.

Very busy location but they've never messed up my order, either mobile or in-person. Love the cheese danish.

I love a lot of their drinks like the Iced Caramel Macchiato. It’s just very pricey and their store is always freezing! I can never sit in there for a long time, I get diarrhea (especially with the cold coffee?).

For the past three weeks. Every time I place a mobile order. It somehow takes 30 minutes for my order to be made. While people in line who comes after me proceed to receive their orders before me.

Did a mobile order and found the service a little bit on the slower side despite ordering ahead. Coffee was great

Girl was running her hands through her hair 3x as I waited for my coffee and never washed her hands well preparing food or coffee! Disgusting

Really enjoyed studying at this starbucks. It has plenty of room (large area) and lots of people in the working zone. If there was anyone particularly loud in my vacinity I was able to move to another location. Lots of ports and outlets for charging your devices and clean washrooms. This starbacks also has an outdoor patio if you want to enjoy the warm weather. Great spot to come check out and hangout!

Service and drinks are always on point. Favourite local location, and occasionally if you come at the right hour you can hear them play arabic music. Adds a whole new element to the vibe, love it!

This place is near to my work place and worth to go every time, prepare our pickup order on time always.

I ordered my drink a tall one the girl didn’t close the lid properly i didn’t notice i drank it and spilled all over my white sweater. CLOSE YOUR LIDS PROPERLY. But cashier was nice.

I came to this location on Friday the 13th around 8pm and u ordered 5 drinks in total and I got 3 straws and I asked for 2 more straws for my other 2 drinks and we asked a Asian girl who was working at that time she asked how many drinks we got we told her 5 drinks with 3 Frappuccino so she said she cannot give because they are running low on straws and we didn't buy 5 Frappuccinos. It's not customers fault for the restaurants running low on their products and 2nd they didn't run out they have products but don't want to give plus we saw them getting deliveries while we were there and so I don't understand why she can't give someone that spent over $30 very dissatisfied of the service we got

Waited 15 minutes to get my Banana Bread. Finally had to ask for it which they had forgotten to hand over.

This a nice location! This is a Starbucks reserve for those not familiar with Starbucks reserve it’s a more high end Starbucks with more coffee choices. They make coffee any way you want pour over, French press, etc…. This place is nice and clean. Customer service is top notch! The rices are slightly higher than your typically higher but what your paying for is the ambiance which is nice!

Very inexperienced staff. Good luck getting your order right. Very slow service. Update on, June 4-2022 - Now I know why Howard Schultz, wants to spend buy back money on partners" training. This location service is worse then McDonald's and Tim H. Howard Schultz, training may not be enough!

One of the best locations so far.
Ambiance is nice and inviting. I ordered at the counter and the lady was super nice and friendly. Also, they are very efficient to keep waiting time low. They have bunch of tables if you want to get some work done and they keep the place clean. Will definitely go back. Definitely recommended.

One of the best Starbucks I've been too in the last 10 years, give or take. Even though they were busy, service was off the charts, very quick. Quality of my iced coffee was top notch and customer service was excellent, staff were extra friendly. Definitely recommend.

Asked for a personalized latte and she designed it for me! ️on a ️ in Heartland Mississagua… thanks to the talented lady barista a truly Starbucks experience!

This Starbucks is huge and they have a giant patio. They have nitro! Staff was awesome and so were my drinks.

The baristas are so nice and make excellent drinks! I got a Grande Custom Shaken Espresso. I always enjoy my time here. They even gave me suggestions on what I might like. Thankyou for outstanding service!

A great location for Starbucks. I would highly recommend trying the cake pops. The best flavour is the Valentine's Day one.

Let me start of by saying I don’t ever go out of my way to write reviews, especially for franchises, however…. This was the very first time in Starbucks history where I was treated like a person. With everything going on in our world today, it was refreshing to be greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome. Each employee for the most part held a conversation with me, made getting a hot beverage a great experience. My macchiato and treat tasted extra sweet because of the wonderful customer service I received. Not to mention I enjoyed the positive vibrations each person had, despite any adversities they were facing. All in all, I’d say give your staff members who were at work around 4: 20pm on 2/4/22 a raise here Starbucks! Or something because, this was a fantastic experience. Good job y’all.

Nice environment. One of the larger size Starbucks, with spacious seating areas. This is a popular location; always packed with patrons. The wait time for the order can be long, even with pre-order for pick-up. Barista are all friendly and very patience with customers.
