Service from staff is always nice and efficient. Ample seating space and always clean as well.

Staff at this quiet and never too crazy busy (in the evening) location are always very friendly and professional. I always enjoy swinging by this spot.

My order was ready and waiting for me. It was fresh and made exactly how I order it. Bravo!

Just wanna put out there, last night I went in with a friend and we ordered drinks. Matthew took our order, just want to say Matthew is kindest most sweet barista i’ve ever met. He was so welcoming and kind and had a whole conversation with my friend and i while waiting for our drinks as there was no one else in line. Matthew made our night so much better by having conversation and laughing with us. Great man.deserves a raise honestly.we Absolutely appreciate how outgoing and kind he was.it’s always nice when a barista/cashier can have a laugh and convo with you. Thank you so much Matthew!:)

Excited to find a location that opened at 6.except their doors aren't open at 6? Went this morning for my birthday drink before work and at 6: 05 both doors were locked as workers behind the counter were scrambling to set up. None of them acknowledged me trying to open the door even though I'm sure I was heard. Maybe don't open at 6 if you don't want to open the doors at 6.

It's an ok Starbucks outlet, except they appear oblivious to the promos that are pushed by their head office on our apps and phones. So after repeatedly getting denied, I see no point in getting excited for the promos. I'm sure it's not the staff's fault because they genuinely want to help but can't because of the proverbial "computer says no! " scenario

The baristas were so nice, all of them. The drinks are also made well. I’ve also noticed that the baristas don’t put a lot of ice in their drinks, it’s a reasonable/small amount compared to what i’ve had at other locations which is something i appreciate because i’m actually paying for the drink not ice.

The employees here are always very welcoming and being a frequent customer there, I get recognized as well, which is a nice feeling. They have never gotten my order wrong and recently gone through a dining area refresh making it feel extra cozy

I can't say enough good things about this place. It has become my second home as I work on my thesis. The employees and manager are incredibly kind and comfortable to be around. They regularly offer free samples too. All the best ️

The staff's friendly and the drinks are usually spot on. Clean dining area inside and on the patio.

Placed a mobile order for the first time today to save time, but this place is madness! So crowded. I was almost late for work and I work at home.
And the parking lot sucks so probably won't go back to this location. Wish I read the reviews before.
There is a Starbucks in Longos just down the street at Glen Erin and Thomas, so I'll try there next.

Always late to do mobile orders even if you order 15-20 minutes ahead

Staff was ok. Pick up was a mess very small area with lots of people. Great place to sit and watch fancy cars. Free car show!

12 July 2022 11: 56am: I place a mobile order, drive to the store, drink is ready.about a few minutes later, the barrister calls my name and hands me an empty sandwich packet.is this a joke!

She proceeds to tell me they've run out.and I proceed to ask why the app did not prevent the order from going through, she responds they've only just run out.

I opt for a refund.and find my sandwich at a different location.took some time driving around!

20 Sep 2020 8: 40am: Looks like someone got a free drink from Starbucks.the Cashier did a cash order instead of my Starbucks card and therefore processed the transaction twice and said he'd refund/reverse the cash order transaction.

I was wondering why the Barista making my coffee cappuccino said I'm still making your second one. I walked out and realised the Cashier did not reverse the cash transaction order even though he said he would.

I'm guessing the Cashier either took the cash transaction order for himself or gave it to one of his buddies.

Too many mistakes. Starbucks, you need to train your Cashiers or you'll be giving away coffee for free, on customers accounts.

My husband sent me my divorce papers today and so my day started off terribly. Figured i would treat myself to a starbucks refresher, and that was the best decision i made today. One of the baristas, her name was Jules, made my entire day. Not only did she make my drink in a timely manner, but she made such funny jokes and conversation with me and just showed me there's so much more to life than divorce. This place is now my third home.

Came in for a hot cup of joe to get the day going, was not disappointed. Thanks for the fresh, black coffee.

Not good a zoo no order to the place. Not freindy need more staff. I know it's a long weekend but I'd alway a zoo at this store.

This store makes you wait too much and look my drink “light ice”

1 year later I came back and look they still put too much ice. I ordered “light ice” and ser below the picture after having the drink and of course some ice melted. I will not change the rating.

Placed mobile order for medium roast grande and picked up within 5 minutes. The coffee was not hot and to make it worse it was not filtered properly. I am disappointed Starbucks!

Cashier was texting a snapchat group chat while taking my order, pretty good at multi tasking bad at cash! FAX

The music is way too loud and won't be turned down despite asking. Not everyone wants to listen to "Barbie Girl" by Aqua full blast when trying to work or relax at the corner cafe from their home.

They are supeeer slow in serving coffee I had to wait 15 min for a cup of coffee they were only taking care of Uber orders and we were many waiting in line …. Never go there again

Always gets the order wrong, I have ordered a shaken expression from here at least 3 times, and it either missing the syrup or used the wrong milk. Not to mention getting it uncapped.

The baristas are great and the drinks are always made very well however recently, it’s been incredibly busy and I have sometimes waited over 20 minutes for a drink - not that the staff isn’t working as fast as possible, just that it seems there aren’t many locations nearby so the staff seem overwhelmed with the amount of orders.

Great and fast service here just like any other Starbucks in the area except that there are many employees who take ownership of your order and I like that about this location.

Very busy today Feb 21 2022, maybe as it was family day. My drinks took about 40 minutes after I placed my online order to be ready. Yes, that's how busy it was at this location! Everyone comes to this location Anyways, as always my drinks were great

I had a good experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered 2 mocha lattes and some cake pops. I did enjoy the food here but I don't like the location of this Starbucks. This plaza is pretty sketchy. A lot of people loiter here at night and it doesn't feel cozy as most other Starbucks locations. The staff were polite and professional and the customer service was nice. I enjoyed my food and my drink as they were up to Starbucks par.

Super busy at 8am on a Thursday! Location is hard to get to due to busy traffic. Many nearby Starbucks locations have been closed, so I think it has made things very busy for this spot. Expect long queues. Food and drink are good, and service is good. The poor staff were doing their best filling orders in order and quickly as possible. A disgruntled customer gave them a hard time. Was impressed with how staff handled the pressure.

Easily one of the best locations in Mississauga. The baristas start off my day in the best way possible and I hope I do the same for them. Thank you for the hard work!

Go here at least once a week and I give it a four just because it’s normal customer service, they aren’t mean but also aren’t nice. It’s so-so. I like however how they have NEVER messed up my drink!

This place was quite busy at the drive through and in store, there was a lineup but the staff were quick and efficient so the wait wasn't that bad

Came in for a new drink suggestion and was really unsure about what to order in the menu. Newbie to starbucks so the menu can be a bit intimidating. I believe Samantha was the barista that helped me and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more welcomed at a cafe in my entire life! She greeted me with kind eyes, and a positive attitude. She really took the time to chat with me about which menu items suited my tastes and what I was looking for! Eventually settled on an iced shaken espresso with some toffee nut in it and it was fantastic! Major props to Samantha! You’ve got a customer for life!

It was ready when i got there. Didnt have to go inside as barista was outside at the door with a mask on with a bunch of orders all on the table beside him. He handed me my drink it was that simple.

Have used this location handful of times and I have never had any issues ever in terms of the order.

I ordered online and I payed extra for them to make the milk lactus- free and I'm not stupid to not know the difference between normal milk and lactus free milk. I experienced terrible pain and couldnt sleep due to them being dishonest. Its seriously unbelievable that I had to even pay extra and not even get what I payed for.

Least professional baristas ever. I always leave this Starbucks feeling worse than when I first come in. The baristas need to fix their attitudes.

These baristas use Hazelnut syrup instead of Toffee Nut in their Salted Caramel Mochas once they run out. I would not trust their drinks.

Drink was ready for pick up as soon as I got there. Order was made perfectly and workers were friendly when passing off the drink

Avoid if you can. They mess up order most of the time, as simple as extra hot request. Staff is arrogant You never come out with good experience. Had enough. Will not visit again.

Don't believe their hours. They close early for no apparent reason. The employees stand inside and just turn people away.

Staff here is great. Friendly and one girl even remembers your last order if it was recent. Only had one time where one of the staff didn't make the drink properly but that was taken care of and not an issue.

Small neighbourhood Starbucks. The high ceilings and modern design deserves high marks. Staff are friendly and a great location to chat with friends.

3/4 of our drinks were missing things; usually pretty decent but I think they were extra busy this particular day.

Went to the Starbucks on boxing day because they were having happy hour (3030 Thomas St. Mississauga). The store was packed and all the customers were waiting to get the order and there were 4 baristas (Cheisea, Brittani, Melissa and Brad) working the shift. They were busy and staying calm while working all of the orders one by one, instead of stressing out. When a person had a question they would answer the questions. This is one Starbucks that makes great drinks, how you like the drink. I would recommend anyone to go to this Starbucks anyday and any night. And definitely will go back to that Starbucks

Dirty bathroom, went to wash my hands, the floor is covered with toilet paper and water all over the floor, the light is very dim hard to see in there, decided not tp wash my hands. Was going to buy a coffee but disguisted by the bathroom.

Very great service. The workers are super kind and bubbly. I come here once in awhile with my mom and really love how fast and great the service is. It only makes me come back.

It is hard to find a Starbucks with bad service and this held true at this super non busy location. Idrove up and my preorder was ready even though I ordered 7custom drinks (which were all correct!) thanks for making my day easier:)

Other locations you can order the same drink every time and it’s hit or miss. This location gets it perfect every time. Very efficient service.

I was disappointed today when I picked up my PSL. I know it was 'free' because I redeemed Star rewards for it but still. It should be close to full.

First of all I hate leaving bad reviews. I always come to this location, everything is always great, this morning my sandwich was burnt and my stuff was on the counter for 6 minutes because the barista whispers the names out

Great location. Perfect to study or read a good book. Staff are great. My mobile orders are always prepared and ready for me when I arrive. One of my personal favourite locations!

I am a regular here. I like the personal touch most of the baristas know me by my first name. I enjoy meeting new people and talking up a storm with them. You could say this is my home away from home!

I feel sorry to see a place with such nice products losing points due to lack of care.

Friendly staff, mobile orders usually get delayed, it’s really hard sometimes to find a spot to sit

I worked at Starbucks for many years and live closest to this location. The reviews that mention partner attitude are true. You get ignored at the bar- I’ve had instances where my drink is placed on bar and the barista just walks away- doesn’t address me or even call out the drink, then continues his conversation with another partner. The instance that made me vow to never step foot in this location again; I ordered a wrap and drink through mobile order- I was commuting from work and my phone was dying so I ordered ahead of time 30-40 mins. I arrive only to be told my wrap was “given away” because I hadn’t picked it up in the typical 10 mins by the shift supervisor. I explain that i paid for it therefore it’s mine and as a former barista that was never a policy I knew of nor one we practiced. No apology was offered, he shrugged and said I can give you your refund or another wrap. This experience was a sad reflection of how Thomas streets treats its customers. Fix the attitude guys, you never know who you may be serving; former partners, ceos and vps. Creating excellent customer experiences has cultivated Starbucks brand loyalty. There are higher volume locations that still manage to quickly process orders AND treat their customers well. I know because I’ve worked/phantomed at them as well as Thomas.
