I did not have the most pleasant experience. I had order my drink with light ice as it says on the label and the employee did not make it with light ice I politely stated it had asked for light ice but the employee turned around and put the drink back added a little bit of milk blended it and put it back in the cup added some sort of sauce. This is the drink the employee gave me back with supposed “light ice”. Additionally, I had asked for extra cookie crumbs and she did not bother to put it on she just took it from the blender at put it in my cup. Also she did have a little bit of attitude on her but that’s not what bothered me it was that my order was done wrong and she did not bother to do it correctly. Their were other issues I had but I would prefer if I can speak with the manager about that. Thanks for your time

Great location, small, so on busy days you gotta fight for a seat, (not literally), but it's good when you can enjoy alone time sitting down.

Employees are friendly and helpful.

Met a nice stranger while enjoying my hot drink one day, which made for great conversation and made the time fly by.

Love it when they ask me to hold on a few minutes for a fresh pot. Smiles all around and patience.

I just ordered java chip frappuccino and white hot chocolate, I asked for an extra whipped cream for both and extra chocolate chips for the java chip but they did not add it, this is the first time that Starbucks failed to deliver what I ordered.

Great place to get your fix or grab a meal at Swiss Chalet or Harvey's. Plenty of free parking. There's also lots of other restaurants nearby. It's also close to Hwy 401.

Do you want a hot drink on a winter morning? - I would recomand you Caramel Macchiato? ! And for the warm summer nights Mango Dragonfruit Refresher!

Egg breakfast sandwich is now my new thing. Coffee is pretty good too.
Staff very friendly and warm and dont make you feel like you are an idiot for not knowing the size names.

I come here often but as of recently the care of the beverages have gone down. I ordered an oat latte and received a latte with cows milk. Got that remade but the drink is still wrong.: (

Staff were friendly and it was so nice to finally sit in for a coffee in post-pandemic lockdown era.

I want to pay order with cash but staff member refuses to take cash.force me to pay with Bankcard.after next two order she take cash from them.

Standard Starbucks drinks, but the inside of this location was super nice and spacious, and they also have a nice shaded patio set-up. The baristas were also super friendly, attentive, and helpful.

This was one of the best locations friendly staff and all. But lately the management has changed and the attention to order detail has gotten bad. I ordered 3 drinks, they didn’t have the venti cups and place the orders in trenti, the cups were not filled up. I spend $15-25 daily here, why couldnt the cups be filled to the top? Or put on the app that the cup size wasn’t possible. The other thing, no try. I do not drive and rely on ttc. I got instead a bag with try for takeout. But I’m really surprised at the late of packaging and care.

The thing I like most about Starbucks is their consistency. Staff are always friendly, stores are always clean, coffee is always excellent and this location was no exception. Way to go guys!

I must say that ive had better experiences at other locations like Milner etc.my last bad experience was when I had my drink (cinnamon dulce oat milk latte) made incorrectly twice. First attempt they used regular dairy milk. The 2nd attempt maybe had like 1 or 2 pumps of cinnamon dulce (it lacked flavor badly) and because I didnt want to be late for my meeting, I chose not to go back and ask for a new one. No offense to the few who were amazing but due to numerous of mishaps, I dont bother go there anymore.

Friendly service and fairly quick. Free parking in the plaza lot, though the door isn't facing the parking. Fairly big space inside, so it gives you some room for social distancing. I enjoy going to Starbucks due to the drinks and the service. This location doesn't disappoint.

Ordered 2 double shots on ice in the evening through mobile order. I walked in and said hi. One guy doing dishes turns and looks at me and ignores as the second girl walks out from the back and ignores. So I walked out with my order and left. I could tasted that they did not use fresh espresso to make my coffee but used left over cold brew. I was so mad but didnt bother driving back. I never had a bad experience at Starbucks. But these 2 employees are just total bad names for the company.

Fantastic staff. Not my usual go to place as we live out of town but it is my favorite Toronto location.

The drink was terrible. I had the same drink at Midland and Ellesmere, it was completely different. Probably the barista didn't like how I looked.

This is a busy location. Your order will be prepared as you prefer, just expect to wait. The staff are great and do their best under the current pandemic restrictions.

Our orders were made sub par.couldnt even drink my hazelnut blondie I ordered. Drinks we ordered dint taste good at all. Gave 2 stars for the order being ready

Rarely any complaints from Starbucks in price

Especially for its Lattes and Macha Green Tea

But prices seem to be going through the roof every year

If I have a coffee everyday I will spend North of 150$ a month such are the tragedies of modern life
But Alas
The Heart wants what it wants

So can only hope and pray or perhaps earn 100k+

Good people here - they should serve people with simple orders directly at the til to speed up the wait. The best workers here do this already but there’s a few who pass the buck onto the baristas which is just down right laziness. Come on guys.

The girl who served me was great but the SERVICE WAS LIKE A TURTLE! Waited 15 minutes for my drink!

Terribly slow. Ordered my drink in store expect to be in/out in 10mins. I got a holiday latte and a food item. Waited 20mins! It was Not busy and they had 2 baristas on bar making drinks. And No, mobile orders was not busy either. I don't know why they took 20mins to make their promotional latte. I don't frequent this location because everytime I come here it takes forever no matter if they're busy or not. Baristas move like snails. No sense of urgency whatsoever.

They are super slow and make you feel bad when they tell you to stand in the poorly outlined boxes but that's okay I guess. They never mess up my drinks so 4 stars.

Very very slow service. Do not order in advance asthey don't pay attention to their mobile orders. Just waited 30 minutes in store for an order I placed 15 minutes before. 1 iced tea. Yet 8 other customers walk in order Frappee and hot food and left before me. Not good service when you use an app to help speed things up but the company doesn't pay attention.

I often order a grande latte kept and received the cup filled with half foam. If wanted a cappacino I won't order a latte.it happen so many times I'm not going to back to this location. I'm willing to drive an extra 10 min to another location

Hands down the best customer service ever! I really enjoy the way they make my drink (Blonde, sugar free vanilla syrup, sugar in the raw, almond beverage). Also, every time I make an Ubereats order they write cute little messages on my bag, I love itHighly recommend to visit this location and order from them as well, won’t disappoint

The staff are friendly. The products are good. The service needs to be worked on. Mobile orders take up to an hour. Better off to order in store but still expect 30 to 45 minutes.

It's a pretty good location which has the full menu and friendly and helpful staff. They get fairly busy depending on what time of day you go, but this location is a pretty good one. The doors to get in is on the opposite side if you're driving in though. It gets a bit awkward in the winter, because you're climbing over the snow and not trying to slip on the ice with your hot coffee.

I love this spot. Although it was late and I was the last customer they happily served me. Greatly appreciated Canadian winters get cold and I needed a tall peppermint mocha.

Nice place but the guy refused to honour my buy one get one free special I got in the app because I wasn't paying with a Starbucks card.

Friendly barista, clean washroom and clean seating, and they always have snacks and food on the menu in stock.

I took literally two tiny sips in the elevator up to my place, I open the cup and it’s already a third finished. Starbucks is disgusting, how do you charge me $6 for a drink and you can’t fill my cup? Pathetic.

Very friendly staff. Great environment. But not an ideal Starbucks if you need peace to work. Also its a small space. I came in to work on some songwriting but wasn't a perfect environment for that. But if you just need your coffee, its great here and staff is very friendly!

Always come to this location but this morning got very uncomfortable service, wasted time. They got my order ready and just put them very inside and I don’t even know my order is ready, then the guy keep serving other ppl, after all ppl gone, he asked me twice in very very fast speed and very low voice, that make me feel I don’t even know how to speak English. There is not a lot of ppl in store, could you speak slowly when there is not that busy? And could you speak clearly louder on words “order” and not to make it sounds like “water”? They also keep talking with known customers, but not that friendly with other people who waiting for their orders.

Typical Starbucks. Very polite and attentive staff. Clean and whatnot. Sometimes the lineup gets to long but which restaurants doesnt?

A very cozy place, a quick stop or if you have to work on something for quick this is ideal place. However, I think the tables are smaller for placing your laptop and work on writing stuffs (I guess this is general for all of the stores). Good for small meetings too. Parking is free, they don't have drive through though.

Opportunity to improve mobile pickup experience as order was ready but was placed behind the counter as opposed to at the mobile pickup area. Had to wait till after all people in front of me finishing picking up their in-restaurant order before the barista had a chance to hand me the already prepared order, which was sitting behind the counter for the duration I was waiting

I ordered a double espresso macchiato. Terrible, first time couldn't drink it. Bitter and way too much milk.more like a latte. Unfortunately had already left location otherwise would have returned. Staff didn't see very friendly across the board.

Amazing taste, pleasing presentation and speed. Your coffee is served a certain temperature everytime and the taste doesnt flicker from location to location.

This one on Vic Park and consumer is nice, the only issue though is seating. I have NEVER been able to find a place to sit or chill.

Students reading this note, be considerate. Do your assignments in the library (Campus or Public). Let Starbucks be your third place, come chill, talk, hang out, laugh and enjoy your time and let others do the same. #dontbeaseathog
