The price of $6.85 for a small glass of milk for a 16-month-old child is excessively high. It seems unreasonable to charge such an exorbitant amount for a basic item like milk, especially when catering to families with young children. Shame on you!

Good location if you're not allergic to walking.it's at the end of the street with the main attractions, which is about 500 meters uphill.

Worst experience ever. Worst Starbucks I’ve been too. They are not part of starbucks reward program staff was so rude and drinks were bland tasted like water i order matcha latte it tasted like water and sweet cold foam was floating out of cup even the paradise drink tasted like water and don’t know why they charged extra. The total price money which i paid was way more than i paid at any other Starbucks. I’ll never recommend this Starbucks. I would rather stop people to go there.

This is not a normal Starbucks. Drinks are way more expensive and they are not part of the Starbucks rewards program.

I bought a cup which I had been looking for at the store to get my drink in, they charged me 40-something dollars. I bought a grande (which they didn't have any cups for but I asked them to put it in the grande cup I just bought) Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken espresso (which tasted slightly weird), and it was $10. My husband got a venti drink which must have been insanely priced because my total ended up being $74.

The shop inside was small but fine, but there is another Starbucks literally 2 blocks away. Go to it instead.

They are the worst of worst Starbucks I have ever gone to.
Poor service, bad smell in restaurant, a cup of cold tap water for $1.00. Drinks are more expensive than other Starbucks.

Requested for a cup of water for our pet and had to pay 85 cents. Would have been nice if it was free especially on a hot day. I am sure Starbucks can afford that. I asked "Jamie" if this was the official policy and she confirmed. And this is after I had bought a coffee. Shame, Starbucks.

He told me to wait one minute. My disappointment is immense and my day is completely ruined. I will never be coming back to this location ever again and requesting that the cashier be fired.

Refused to remove the fake tourist tax when asked, charged me the wrong prices, forgot to put cream in my second coffee, and then when I said "hey that cup is broken, can I get a new one" she proceeded to jam the lid on and then spilled it on my arm when she tried to hand it to me.thank God the coffee was cold instead of actually hot.do yourself a favour walk a block west to the Starbucks across from the Hojo, they were amazing.

Worst Starbucks ever. Private location allows them to do what they like.
1. Charge for tap water
2. Restrooms for immediate clients only
3. Overpriced even higher in comparison to other prime locations.
4. No one on the line, and i water for 5 min for no reason.
5. Advance orders not available.
I can keep going. Starbucks corporation need to control better, otherwise will loose clients because of some of those “smart” players.

The worst location ever
there was only one person at the cash and I has to wait 30 min to place my order and pay for a chocolate bar and then I noticed that it was expired.what a shamed

Walked in last night, only customers in the store. Ordered and then waited.and waited. We stood there for 5 minutes watching one employee stand at the till, and the other filled sauces. For 5 minutes. Then a huge group of people came in behind us and the sauce guy decides he'd better make drinks.

We ordered 2 grande iced sugar cookie OAT lattes with whip. Key word is the OAT. I am paying for OAT milk. I watched him slowly make 2 lattes and put 2%. As he came to tell us it would be a minute because they had to refill the sprinkle shaker, I brought to his attention they were oat lattes. He remade them. And this time no whip. Over the fact that he couldn't seem to read, we took the L and left.

For clifton hill, that kind of incompetence is unacceptable

They charged me a higher price for Caramel latte and when I asked for a cup of water they said I have to pay $1 for the cup. I don’t know if this is specific to this location or…

Completely ridiculous. Expect to pay over $9 for a simple drink. Also they charge for tap water. Pretty sure that's illegal.

Barista was good. Location was good. Could have been cleaner. Basic washroom essentials were missing

Sooo cheap they don’t even let the public use the bathroom. I hate companies like this that make tons of money from the community yet are so cheap they don’t even let the public use the bathroom. Question: if they’re this cheap with the bathroom how cheap do you think they are with the quality of their food? !? Places like this disgust me

I threw my drink out. Really I just went there to use the washroom. I bought what was recommended and it was super sweet and over $8. I guess the fault is mine because I don't know their products but should I ever go back? It's expensive, why give them the benefit of the doubt for a retry?

I can’t believe this is a Starbucks. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The coffee was cold. Expired items. Dirty milk container.

Talk about being stingy to provide a glass of water for elderly people who were standing in line on a very hot summer day, this horribly mismanaged Starsbucks location and their obnoxiously arrogant staff have the audacity to deny such a basic human rights service that too a paying customer, just blows my mind how this location is still in operation. We as customers have the power to vote our opinions with our monies and I highly recommend you to STAY AWAY from this criminally inconsiderate, high-priced stale menu and unclean establishment and do yourself a favor - SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is a PSA.

Probably the filthiest Starbucks I’ve ever visited, and the staff were not friendly or helpful at all, which may be the first time I’ve ever experienced that at Starbucks. Definitely deviates from the brand standards.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nearly $5 for a double espresso. Ridiculously expensive! I have been going to Starbucks daily since 2018. This is an outrage! On top of everything they have the audacity to charge for cups of water which should be free!

2 tall regular coffee for $9.50 more than double price. Coffee taste horrible, right away through them out, dirty place, extremely slow staff, no customer service at all. This place deserves negative star not even one.

Very busy place. Still as always good taste and great value. Prices are different because of its prime location in the downtown.

Literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Line up for no reason out the door. Only one cashier on duty. The staff move at a ridiculously slow pace. It doesn't even feel like a real Starbucks.

People go in there trusting of the prices that are usually the same everywhere you go.
I was outraged and furious that two coffees a croissant a sandwhich was 38$!
It’s not because you’re close to the falls that you can allow yourself to charge this amount. Sickening.

This specific location and Starbucks as a whole is definitely one of the worst chains ever! Stood in queue for over 20 mins on a hot sunny day (28 degree Celsius) and paid over $10 for a sorry excuse of a sandwich (chicken bacon) not worth it in my honest opinion. Then realised I needed some water requested the staff and the arrogant corporate slave was like "we charge 50 cents for the cup and you need to go back and stand in line for some water. " Like for real? This massive giant of a corporation can't afford to teach their staff basic manners and afford a glass of bl**dy water! And that too I am a customer who paid more than what that sandwich was ever gonna be worth in the next 2 decades! Starbucks need to go! And that staff definitely need to go.

Couldn't use my Starbucks app to pay or receive points. My drink was made wrong. My Brownie was tooooo hot. I asked to warm it, not re-bake it.

They charge double the price of a regular store and they charge for a cup of tap water! The service is super slow. I waited 20 minutes for my drink.

Super slow, 3 people in line and 4 people working took forever to take our order. Prices are insane $19 for 2 grande drinks, i’ve never payed that much for a drink. When our drinks were being made the lady was on her phone the whole time, not hygienic at all.

Super slow, plain iced tea took like 15 minutes. Also charged for just some water I feel like Starbucks usually doesn't do that?

There are 2 staffs at 12: 00 on July 2nd, one is nice and slim, one is rude, she stared at me after she charge me my drink (drink and tip which i didnt wanna pay- she add tip 20% in my bill). My drink is grande ice latte
She didnt show me my receipt
I asked her 3 pump of sugar cyrup but she forgot my request, i asked the slim staff again and she treated me well
I dont have choice for tip, i hope the other customer check receipt carefully
