I went in today Sunday afternoon was super busy long line up for orders to be honest they were all working really hard and were nice and polite but I waited more than 20 mins for 1 pumpkin spice latte which is alot I would recommend the owner to bring more staff to avoid such long waits

I stumbled upon the caffeine oasis known as Starbucks, and boy, was I in for a treat! This place is like the "Fast & Furious" of coffee shops. The staff are like espresso-fueled superheroes, zooming around to ensure orders flow quicker than the Flash. They manage to be pleasant and friendly even with the speed of a cheetah. The place is buzzing with students and business folks, all tapping away on their laptops. So remember, set your alarm and go early to grab a seat, or you might end up laptop-less and crying into your decaf. Oh, did I mention they have a drive-thru? Talk about efficiency in caffeination! Keep up the great work, Starbucks!

The coffee is always very tasty, but. This is definitely not light ice. May need to resort to just skipping ice altogether

Very pleasant interaction with drive thru cashier. Very friendly upbeat/ energetic in the morning.

Good place to hang out. I like the atmosphere, but they need more healthy less sugary options, sugar took over our contry many years ago causing all kind of health issues. I hope starbucks comes up with good healthy options to enjoy.

My go to Starbucks in Oakville. Staff works efficiently and genuinely! Never had a bad experience here and their coffee tastes the best! Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, especially during the holiday season, keep slaying!

I’ve been coming to this location for years- Liv served me today and she was fantastic. My sandwich fell on the floor and she got me a new one despite me offering to pay. Things like this make a difference to me! Thanks Liv, you’re awesome

Been here several time, always good. Today, I ordered a warm machiato with no foam, and I got burning hot with foam. The guys looks new and has no idea what he's doing. They should not let a trainee handle all walk-in drinks alone.

Great friendly service. Loved the people working there, took the time to make sure they got our order perfect and if we wanted any extras on our frapps

Had asked for putting sugar in my coffee 2 days in a row but they dont seem to care! Charge 6 dollars for the coffee no problem, but make sure to make a good coffee as per customers needs! Tim hortons does a better job for half the charge! That first sip feeling was not good at all!

Personally I’ve always had a good experience when coming here. When walking through the door and hearing hellos, offering to remake a drink if it wasn’t up to standard or to my liking. And always enjoy speaking to the staff. The management here are doing a great job. Thanks guys!

Staff are awesome, always super friendly well organized speedy efficient always get my drink right and go the extra mile to ask me about my day and do their best to make sure I have a great one. I came in last night and both baristas on floor were so sweet. I remember Jade. I didn't get the other Barista's name. They were a good conversationalist though. Very entertaining people as they serve and make your drinks! I'm a barista as well so it was fun watching Jade foam oat milk

Have been to 100s of Starbucks across North America and this is the friendliest I have been to. Never felt the need to write review for a Starbucks in the 15 years till I came across this one. The people here were genuinely nice. Pleasant surprise!

Ordered a medium drink and got 75% ice topped up with 25% drink. That's a rip-off to be honest. No one wants to pay that much money for ice. Tasted more like flavoured water. Called to complain and rep didn't seem to care. I won't ever go back to that location!

Worst Starbucks ever! If in Oakville go to 321 Cornwall Starbucks or when in Burlington, go to Burlington mall Starbucks. They actually treat their guests with manners and respect.

Xavier is the most incredible barista and deserves so much recognition! He is so patient and always takes the time to help me figure out exactly what I'd like to order. He is so friendly and overall amazing at what he does. I usually go to this location to study and he makes my day every time! Starbucks should be super proud of the staff at this location:)

They didn’t even gave proper amount of thr drinks and it doesn’t taste the same as other locations.

The staff are very pleasant, positive, and welling to help. The cafe was clean and offered quick quality service. The drive through is very quick and convenient. This is one of the best locations in Oakville.

The staff here are SO NICE. They're always helpful with orders. When my go-to drink was discontinued they recommended a really tasty alternative, even with my dietary/medical restrictions. If it's taking a bit to get my order to me at the window, they always ask how my day is going or what my plans are. I don't know if it's a directive from management, and it never feels forced or fake either way, but I've had some really lovely conversations for those few minutes that have brightened my day! Please keep doing what you're doing, it's always a nice trip for coffee when I visit.

Excellent service Nicki at the drive through was so engaging while we were waiting for our drinks to be ready. She even suggested a nice park for us to visit since we were driving around aimless lol

I placed my mobile order for two beverages. Went to pick it up in drive thru and the lady at the box and window was so friendly. First time ever at that location. If ever I’m in the area again, I’ll go back. Thank you for quality drinks, fast service, and the extra connection.

Friendly welcome at the door, monitoring well how many people are in the store with good social distancing. Beverages as always well made, able to redeem a few points. Overall great experience?

My roommate and I decided to go out for some Starbucks and in the parking lot her car battery died out completely. We went inside to ask if any of the staff have jumper cables in their vehicles and to our surprise every staff member jumped up to check if they could help us. Unfortunately none of them had cables but they were so sweet. After we confirmed a tow was on the way we went in to order our Starbucks (cause we deserved it at this point) and all the staff immediately checked in on us as well as gave us a discount for our drinks and left a note for us saying "have a good day. " We greatly appreciated their kindness and are now very loyal to this location!

I went to the drive thru today and the lady taking my order was extremely pleasant, when I got to the window I was greeted and addressed by my name by a gentleman named Xavier, Xavier asked me how my day was going an if I had any plans for the day, he was very polite and upbeat, nice to see people that enjoy there work and dealing with people. I will go out of my way to choose this Starbucks over ones closer to my home just because of this experience.

If you have the time to spend 25 min in the drive through queue then please by all means come here.

Just had the hottest barista at the drive through, will be returning more often LOL, if you see this hit me up.

I've worked around the corner from this location for about a year now.
And honestly this is probably one of THE best Starbucks locations I've ever been too! I go to the drive through almost every morning, if not every other and the staff are so friendly.
I also used to order huge orders for meetings at work and they were so helpful with it all. I can't say enough good things about this location!:)

Starbucks will always have a place in my heart. Always have the best drinks. Though covid19 restricts sitting capacity but still a nice place to get coffee or other drinks you feel to have.

Great service as always. Golden ginger drink, s'mores frappuccino, vanilla bean frappuccino and iced caramel frappuccino are all family favorites. Waiting for tye-dye to make a comeback

I placed my order and waited 20 minutes and still never got anything, people went in after me and got served first, I got fed up and asked for a refund, the worst customer service they dont deserve even 1 star.

New store in a similar location to the one it replaced. There were alot of people there at noon during the week. Staff was super friendly and my Americano was made quickly.

Ordered with mobile app. Seems to work well although go into the store to get your drink. The drive thru backs up and you don;t save any time getting it that way. Also, I ordered a triple espresso, blonde, and "long" shots and they were not long, just regular. I wonder if some of the baristas don;t know how to make a long espresso because this has happened to me before.

Typical Starbucks like any other one on Earth but the staff were really cool. Pleasant and professional. Good stuff

Worst service of any Starbucks I've been in. Staff don't seem to know what they are doing and they're attitude is awful compared to other Starbucks.

This starbucks nearly killed me using regular milk when I asked for lactose free milk. You have to be very careful when customers alert you about their allergies because there are serious consequences. Not impressed.

This is the busiest Starbucks in Oakville, however, that doesn't seem to affect their service level. The drinks are high quality, the facility is clean with pleasant surroundings and plenty of seating. Busy parking lot.

One of the best Starbucks stores in Oakville, lots of space to sit in and has a great outdoor area. The crew are very young, most of them are students, with no supervisor. Also the outside seating area needs some attention from them.
Menu is the same as every other SBUX of course.
