I’ve been coming here most mornings since moving in the area. Very friendly and efficient staff, my lattes taste very good, better than most:)

Jonathan is such an incredible barista, they make my mornings brighter each day. Thoughtful, cheery, speedy and kind. This is my local Starbucks so I would go regardless as it’s my most convenient coffee but the attentiveness of the staff and community feel is the cherry on top.

Will not be returning to this location or Starbucks in general. This is not a community coffee shop. I spend $30-$40 per week here, and came in to buy an $8 coffee. I recently moved and my coffee grinder broke so I asked if they would grind some beans as well. Rather than simply supporting a regular patron, they said no to grinding less than a pound of beans, even with purchase of their product. So i went to buds down the street who has better drip and service.

Celine and Johnny brightened my morning! Awesome customer service and great drinks to go with it.

I should highlight that when it comes to coffee I am a bit on the snobby side, take that into consideration as you read this review.

The individuals working there were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The service was great.

I ordered a cappuccino, the temperature was too high which caused the coffee to be over extracted, so the coffee ended up tasting bitter and burnt. I should add here that I don't put sugar in my coffee. The milk was also froth at a high temperature.

Now, this being said. If you like Starbucks you will like this Starbucks. It's exactly the same as any other Starbucks. And their coffee is the same everywhere

Always a pleasant visit for both my husband and I. Jonathan is amazing, great and speedy service with his infectious smile!

Ordered at the wrong location down the street and the Baristas there are super helpful and accomodating! They reviewed my mobile order and whipped it up in no time! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered myself a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with Blonde Espresso with no Whipped Cream! YUM!

Great location since it's near the beach. A bit slow in person, granted it was a busy day, should probably order on the phone in advance and pick up later

Have been to many Starbucks but somehow this one seemed to have the most friendly customer service!

The baristas have been hit or miss in terms of customer service and politeness. I get that things get busy here and there but try harder to satisfy customers.

We had an awesome visit! Nina (Neena) was amazing, she took time to tell us about the reserve blends available and what was upcoming! She provided added value and was extremely knowledgeable about a variety of brewing methods. Sincerely appreciated our time at the store, she delighted and surprised us: thank you!

Staff are always friendly at this store and the coffee consistent. Could usually do with a tidy in the afternoons after the busy morning rush, but it's not that big of a deal.

This is totally true it's all for the yuppies very good staff but you need to get a Visa gift card to go here

I find this coffee quite overpriced
. And then a tip jar sits there waiting for a "ping". As for your coffee, some assembly required and I've generally had to ask for a cloth to wipe the last customer's crumbs from a table.not cool. What's the tip for? Tim Horton's is cheaper and fine by me.paying for the brand at Starbucks.

Haven't been there. Don't like Cain stores and mark ups, not shown. Don', t allow that, in N Z! Full price must be shown on price list!

Very friendly service. Guy at the counter Rishabh is excellent and welcoming all. Crew is pretty fast and professional. Thanks to them.

My favorite Starbucks location. Have been there plenty of times, they always get my order right.

Friendly, relatively calm location. Music is usually loud enough to talk over comfortably, baristas are nice and know their stuff. It's a nice place to sit and enjoy a beverage and a snack between bouts of attempting to conquer the world. Lots of outlets too, and the free wifi is handy.

It's Starbucks! Staff are great but the speed of service is down to the poor barista who seems to get little help when busy.

I go to this location a few times a week as I work in the neighborhood. The staff is the BEST, always happy, smiling, friendly. They're the reason I keep coming back! The service is also very accurate and quick!

Overpriced.
Horrible coffee.
Not sure if it can even be called coffee.
Lots of sugar and fat.
Not healthy or fresh and taste wise, well, it tastes like sugar. Nothing more.

I believe Starbucks used to be better, or maybe my tastes have changed, but I no longer love it. I find the espresso here weak and flavorless. The brewed coffee and tea are good but the food is atrocious. Really, really gross.

This used to be one of my favourite Starbucks locations but unfortunately that is not the case any longer. On two separate occasions, I've come in and purchased a pound of espresso coffee and requested it be ground for Turkish (which is the finest grind possible). Both times they ground it coarse and it would not work in my machine. When I tried to return the coffee, I was told I needed the receipt even though it was no fault of my own.

This however, is not the reason I would not return to this location. The woman with pink hair is awful. I asked for a Pike Place coffee and they were out of it. Usually they offer an Americano as sort of an upgrade since the requested coffee isn't available. Not this lady. She told me "other coffees" were available. I let her know I've not tried the other coffees, but I've tried the espresso and I've always been offered an Americano when (on the rare occasion), the coffee I've requested was not ready. She told me again that there were other coffees available. I responded that my particular coffee was not available. She said she could make me an Americano but I'd have to pay for an Americano. She acted like I was lying about their policy and was just looking for a handout. I told her to forget it and walked out.

I'm not a high maintenance person but I pay more for Starbucks coffee because of the service. I'm not going to pay a premium for a bad attitude. Thanks for ruining my (now former) favourite location salty pink lady.
