Starbucks

I avoid this Starbucks as much as possible. Staff is very friendly but omg the slowest DT in Milton.

I am a delivery driver. I went there asked one of the employees about the order, she told me to wait when it will be done it will be there in the delivery area or where they give the other customers their order. Waited there for 15 minutes, new customers came and got their orders. I was just waiting and she never asked my order number. It was just two drinks, unfortunately had to cancel the orders. Just want to say treat delivery guys like you treat your customers.

I didn’t think I’d ever had to say that in a review, I was bitten by a wasp in a Starbucks, this one specifically. Please do something about this, like perhaps empty the trash cans that are overflowing or clean the floors more often, and the windows, something. There are professional companies that can take of this for you.

Customers don’t come to Starbucks to be attacked by wasps. Employees should also not be swatting wasps while working. It’s not safe for your employees or customers.

Also, when a customer indicates that they’ve been bitten by a wasp in your establishment do something. I do appreciate I was asked if I’m ok but that was it. No apology, no free coffee, not much surprise either. A very strange experience. I could very well not be ok.

On the plus side, the Americano was good as usual.

Amanda is very robotic I tried to have a conversation with her she kept repeating one sentence “we will remake it for you” she sounds happy to be working for Starbucks lol

Super slow service. Long wait at the drive thru. I waited for 40 mins today, completely unacceptable. They always take so long and everyone working there sounds miserable. Other locations are much better then this. This location really needs some work

Pineapple passion fruit refresher drink. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Misled to think I would get chunks of fruit. Tastes like chemicals. Gross.

Dante is the rudest barista I have ever dealt with. A few months ago I was in the store with my sister and as I was ordering with Dante they completely stopped listening and proceeded to have a conversation with their co worker, about a minute and a half later once the conversation had come to an end, they asked me to repeat my order because they hadn't caught it the first time (surprisingly). Another unpleasant experience happened recently in the drive thru. I arrived at the window and had my phone ready to scan for stars as well as my debit card to pay. Before I could finish my sentence of wanting to scan and pay debit the machine was being shoved in my face. When I asked if I could scan for stars first, a giant huff of frustration was exhaled and slamming the debit machine down onto the counter. I don't believe that these action meet with Starbucks morals and hope that there will be a change in attitude or employment. I have had many other pleasant experiences in this location but whenever I walk in and see Dante working I can expect to be treated like I am beneath them.

This Starbucks location is great. There are lots of options and the drinks and food are great quality. I personally recommend the Gruyére and bacon egg bites

Very busy place. Seems like youngsters hang out. Not recommended if you want to enjoy your coffee in peace and quite.

I was so impressed with your amazing team today. I was in this morning and they were running short staffed, one girl (presuming team leader) was so upbeat and encouraging to all the staff keepimg things upbeat. She even took time to interact so warmly with customers. Kudos to this amazing team for the work you're doing!

OMGGGG! AIYAHHHHH. She has to be one of the best and most memorable person I've ever met at Starbucks! She and her coworkers went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my drink. Honestly there should be more people like Aiyah in the world. I hope she goes to higher places in the world. She definitely made my week. Please congratulate her for being so awesome! Xo

4 of my last 5 orders (once per week) have been messed up through the drive-though! I should be checking before I drive away but when I go to other Starbucks I never need to. This location is notorious for messing up orders! I visit Starbucks all across Canada, and this is hands down the WORST location I’ve ever visited. AVOID.

This Starbucks needs to get their act together. Walked past a pile of filthy trash right outside the front entrance. Not the type of image Starbucks wants to be associated with.

Amazing job from the crew at Starbucks Milton Main Street. I was running late and my app wasn't working so I called in my order. They were very good about taking my order and everything was ready and made perfectly for right when I arrived. A great team who are always smiling and helping each other so thanks to Kat, Kieran, Ryan, Ree and Dante for the great work.

Worst Starbucks in GTA I spent almost 7$ on a drink that tast like water and sugar, and it's not the first time and they hand you the drink very hot without any protection worst quality

I've been coming here since they opened and overall they are awesome.
I think they should, however, have someone pick up the garbage along the drive-thru (since the lot maintanence people don't) to improve the experience and a "caring attitude. ". Keep up the great & yummy work.:)

They take too long in the drive thru! I had to wait 25 minutes until to get a cup of coffee! This is insane

Service is amazing no complaints but when i ask why there is price difference no reply which hurt my feeling seriously i am a gold member when i got to know about pricing was shock.some cent does not matters but matters is ethics and brand name.i don't know what else i should say but it hurt me so much.

They're so friendly, but my chai latte is very rarely made correctly at this location. It takes like I'm drinking warm milk. Only ever do I experience this issue from this location.

I ordered my usual, black iced tea without sweetener or lemonade, got to the window in the drive through and the barista mentioned my order as a guava iced tea. I didn't say guava. They corrected the situation I thought, and gave me the original for free, but my new iced tea tastes like guava as well. So now I have two guava iced teas that I don't like. Didn't notice until I was already on the highway. The barista was nice however.

Normally I would not be bothered when a mistake was made on my order and the barista genuinely owns up to the mistake. But it's one thing when the baristas make a mistake and decide to scold the customers for THEIR MISTAKE. Telling the customer 'next time, order with the size first' while quickly saying 'but it's our bad' does not cut it as a proper apology, especially when I specified my order, with size first, TWICE. So to the lady who made our order, maybe don't take your frustrations out on your customers?

I was greeted today by a wonderful barista by the name of Alyssa, she was very kind, and had truly made my day. It's so nice to see such kind individuals during such a difficult time!

Starbucks coffee is always the best flavor. However in this store you have to wait a long time. Service is really slow. Especially if you are in drive through. Please make a mobile order.

Major electrical problem with this location. The power supply isn't clean which affects people's electronics. Please test your electrical system grounding.

Otherwise a great place. The 1 star is to capture your attention.

The staff are great. Service was a little slow because I think they were overworked (very busy on a Saturday afternoon). Took very long to get our coffees.

I waited for 30 minutes to find out there system hadn’t processed my order and then an additional 20 minutes for my order because they were having trouble making it because of new staff. Not happy. Should have had better management!

Although this was a typical Starbucks visit, the bathroom toilet was covered with blood as was the litter basket. I won't post pictures but it was bad and extremely unsanitary.

Located in one of the biggest and busiest shopping plaza in Milton, this Starbucks location is similar to any other Starbucks, however, seating capacity is somewhat limited. They do have the drive through option as well.

Overall, a decent place to hang out and work (if you're are able to find place). You may also take your drink/food from here and walk across the street to Milton library provided that it's open.

100% chance of them getting your order wrong. They could careless about allergies and do not take the nondairy or non nut allergies serious.

I love this Starbucks. They are always nice and the fastest Starbucks in Milton. Avoid being here at around lunch time on weekdays as there is a high school close by that makes this Starbucks really busy.

Terrible service. Didn't even get my drink the way I ordered it. Never going back there. Avoid at all cost.

A bit grungy on the inside and toilets have this disgusting putrid smell. Good place to test how long you can hold your breath for. Otherwise service is awesome and speed is great.

Worst managed Starbucks

The slowest service I’ve ever received from a Starbucks location. I’ve given this location multiple chances, cause it’s the closest to where I live. However, it never improved.

Always slow, for some reason also does not write down orders correctly. I can’t say it’s me, since the other locations seem to understand with no issues.

STAFF needs improvement. Faster service, especially through the drive thru.

As a Starbucks Gold member, I can only say that after many many years I am Very disappointed of the service and product I received today at the Main St location in Milton, ON. I had to wait at the drive through for approx. 5min and I didn't even received what I wanted because the ran out of coffee; I understand this could happen but the other option I had an Americano was not Hot enough

Place was good but the staff was ok, kind of, when you order salted caramel, you have to say the customer what ingredients are missed, we were not told and once asked saying is not good from Starbucks. Place located is very good, have lots of eatery options. Clean store.

The best customer service you will get. Had a really great positive experience. All Starbucks should be this way. Keep it up guys!

I go to this Starbucks every morning, all was good until half way through my drink when I almost swallow a piece of plastic. The top of the milk bag was in my drink. I will 100% return to this Starbucks, just very disappointed. How hard is it to throw the piece in the garbage.

Not well managed. Seating arrangements are not well planned and air conditioning not properly maintained

I ordered a drink from UberEats and they spilled it and blamed Starbucks.so I called the Starbucks I ordered from and one of the girls took the time out of her very busy day I'm sure to make me a new drink and drive it to me herself! Worst Starbucks ever. This place used to be great but the last few years have been horrible. Every few months I give it a chance and without a fail they screw up the order. The staff never apologize and will put ur replacement drink at the end of the line for making. They take zero regards into food allergies. I have walked out multiple times with dairy based drinks that I've specifically asked to be made with coconut or almond milk.

I always enjoy going to Starbucks stores. I get good coffee, interesting and yummy fresh pastries and good service.

Always good coffee. This local is very small. Only a couple of tables. Hit and miss to get a good spot. Lots of stand up or stools by the windows. Overall my visit was good and the staff was friendly and fast.

The employee was rude while I was placing my order, cut me off several times. Also the drink was not made how I wanted. Asked for extra chai and no foam. The drink was weak and had tonnes of foam. For the price I expect to get what I ask and pay for.disappointing.

Done. Never again will I go here. My mobile orders are consistently lost in the cloud leading me to walk out empty-handed after I drop $10 on the purchase and walking in 10-15 minutes after placing the order. I probably lost $40 in the last three months at this location. If you can’t have your systems work right then don’t offer the “service”. Waste of my time and money.

The baristas here always have a great attitude- even when it's busy. The drive-thru moves quickly and my order has never been incorrect at this location.

Very nice place and quiet, by the morning at least. Very good for a nice, relaxing, morning, summer coffee.

The staff were distracted and did not use the non dairy mug to make my soy chai tea latte. Luckily my husband was stand there watching them. I am lactose intolerant and this would have made me sick.

Pretty quick despite big line up. Hot chocolate was not very good, was disappointed. Other drinks were good, and so was baked good.
